Description of Work: Furnace check/tune-up. I purchased the Angie's deal and suggested dates for service. After over two months they never contacted me to schedule service. I followed up myself (delayed due to a busy schedule) and once I contacted them, they responded immediately and the service person who came to the house was excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, great!

Description of Work: I bought the big deal to look at my central A/C but found out the BD would not cover it, so they look at my furnace. |The gentleman that came was very nice. I guess he did what he said he was suppose to do. He sent me an email with numbers on it. He did not email it. |I hope if their was any problems they would tell me.

Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance of furnance and A/C on a special deal via Angies List. Arrived promptly and was very professional. Only thing is, he recommended to have a separate appointment repairing a worn out electrical switch contact on the A/C. He told me to wait for a call from someone in his company. But the call has never come.
