Description of Work: UMS came out to service my furnace and a hot water tank. The technician had a very full day ahead, but spent 2-1/2 hours here examining and servicing these units. He clearly wrote out the problem(s) found for those units as well as a second hot water tank; made recommendations, and didn't leave until I fully understood all that he had done and suggested.

Description of Work: He checked out our in-floor radiant hydronic heating system. Replaced the Temp/Pressure relief valve and fixed a leaking mixing valve. Everything was done that morning. The work and expertise was excellent. The cost reflects this expertise. I am willing to pay a little more when the "smarts" are there.
