Excellent service. Friendly, got right to work, found something that was keeping my home from being heated efficiently and fixed it -no extra charge...just billed me the Big Deal amount. What a difference if made in how well my home was heated! I would gladly call them again.

Good! The technician arrived on time and got a call before he arrived.

They didn't do too much - which was fine - but they said "it needs to be cleaned", and then didn't show my wife how to clean it, which would have been nice. That's okay, though.

We were told over the phone when we scheduled our annual furnace cleaning, that we could set up a maintenance agreement. Then when the tech came out to do the cleaning, we were told, no such maintenance agreement existed. Then we later got e-mails describing maintenance plans we could subscribe too. Not impressed with the vendor and are looking elsewhere for a maintenance agreement. We do not want to have to remember to call them to come out and clean annually.

It was kind of a mixed bag really. They were prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did the work they said they were going to do. They charged me what they advertised but then after they conducted the check up which was the check up of my HVAC system, shortly thereafter it stopped working, the thermostat in particular. The temperature gauge was outside and that causes my HVAC system to kind of act strangely and I have to bring them back in and they worked on it and it took a while and they charged it by the hour. So I ended up actually paying a lot more. It was after that, that the problems started to arise. They had to come back and had to do it. It was working fine before they came in and then suddenly now all these problems started to come up. I was not too happy about that.

They were good. He spent quite a lot of time on the work and his professionalism was good.

They came on one of the coldest days in Seattle so the A/C could not be turned on. They did look through the mechanicals and gave me some feedback for that.

The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and went right to work. He was finished in about 30 minutes. He gave my furnace a clean bill of health and didn't try to sell me anything. I didn't even need a new filter, but he gave me a spare for when I needed to change it. This required a trip back to his shop, which is about a mile away, to get it. I thought that was unusually good service.

My furnace quit working during a very cold spell in Seattle. These people installed a new furnace in my house the day after I called there. Everyone I dealt with (salesman, office staff, installer) was great to work with.The installer worked until about 10:00 at night and still took the time to explain things my husband and I needed to know about our new furnace.

I had a special deal coupon. It was running out, and I called to make an appointment, and it was easily done. Rhett got the wrong address, but called and was only a little late. He went right to the furnace and started work. He wrote up a detailed report and explained what he had done. We discussed some problems with my thermostat, and he inspected the wiring for me (no additional charge). He was friendly and professional.

My son observed the service and reported that it was well done. During the month of December, when a part had failed, they were in no hurry to repair it. As such, I called another company which wanted my business enough to repair the furnace in a timely manner.

Overall we were very pleased with the tune up. Since our furnace is older he also informed us about what is involved with a 97% efficient system and the pay back period.

They were very professional and gave me a heads up what will need to be replaced in the next year or so. Did not try to hard sell me on replacement at this time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The house is new, only about five years old, so it was an easy and quick job to tune up the A/C. They didn’t provide a great explanation of what was in good shape and what was not, but they did the job.
