Technician ran late. After arriving, promptly examined and cleaned furnace. Left sticker with dimensions of filter for future reference. Answered questions that I had about MERV rating, etc.

It hasn't "gone"...I haven'yt heard a woed from these people

Starting with my initial communication with Heather at Universal Mechanical Services of Redmond, to Rhet thoroughly cleaning, inspecting and tuning up my 8,000 BTU, Trane furnace, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and personalities. I was especially impressed with Rhet's patients regarding all my questions. A job well done.

Showed up on time, got right to work. Gave a detailed report sent electronically for our records. Answered my questions about our old A/C unit.

Rhett was here on time. Went right to work. Answered all my questions and offered ideas for keeping the furnace in good repair. Will definitely call him again. ( When the woman called from Universal to set up an appointment I did ask how much vent cleaning would be. The price quoted was quite high so I did not have my vents cleaned by them.

It was excellent, especially given the great Big Deal pricing. The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to ask if he could come early. Yes! When here, he was very respectful of my messy garage and didn't need to move my stuff. He answered my questions completely and patiently which, as an 82-year-old man with hearing difficulties was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this tech and, if all are like him, the company as a whole.

Making the appointment was easy and they were helpful. They sent the same technician who had been here last time so that made it more comfortable as he remembered the house and condition last time. Worker arrived on time and worked quickly to inspect the workings and clean the furnace filters. I appreciate that this company does not try to sell you things that aren't necessary. He mentioned the usual life span of this furnace, but did not try to sell us a new furnace at this time.

We were very happy with them. They came out and there was one little issue. We realized that soon after the guy left. They came back right away and took care of the issue. We haven’t had any problems. My husband was very happy when they came out. He was impressed by them so we used them to replace it. They worked for 2 days. My husband was here one day and I was here the second day. They didn’t leave a mess. They were pleasant people. There was nothing that stood out that was bad and it was all positive. There were no issues with the water heater and furnace since they did the replacement. It’s been all good. Everything is too expensive.

They came out three weeks ago and the service went fine. The service turned out as advertised.

Arrived on time, completed inspection and filter replacement. Reported cracked heat exchanger and arranged for estimate for repairs (which arrived via email within a few hours) and furnace replacement. Friendly and professional service.

It turned out very well with Universal Mechanical Service. Not only were the prompt but they were early and called ahead of time to see if it will be okay. I thought the customer service by the technician was excellent. He identified a problem that while he could not fixed, he told me how to fix it cheaply and easily.

Wonderful. They arrived on time. They performed the inspection as we expected. Gave us feedback that our furnace was nearing its end of life but didn't try to sell us on anything additional. Service just as we expected. No complaints.

Rhett came out at 8:00 am and gave us a quote. By 10:30 Senobio was here to replace the water heater. He was professional and quick. It was an overall good experience. Rhett told us he would give us a water sensor, and I had to call to get him to bring it over, but he did. We are happy, and that is saying a lot because we are pretty picky.

Rhett, the technician, called to say he was running 15 minutes late, which certainly was fine with us. When he arrived, he got right to work on our furnace, which had not been looked at in a couple of years. He pointed out what things were not up to code, but did not pressure us at all to buy a new furnace. He inspected everything and cleaned the filters, including the electronic air filter. He put everything back together very carefully and answered all our questions. We will be happy to deal with them again.

Universal Mechanical Service Co Inc came out to serivce my A/C unit. They were great, very professional and courteous. I intend to use them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a pleasant experience. The gentleman that came out was punctual and professional. He answered a lot of my questions.

Rhett was very punctual. In fact he was 10 minutes early. He completed the furnace tuneup as promised and gave us the good news that our 20 year-old furnace was in good condition. We would definitely use Universal Mechanical again.

everything was ok except the price ! more expensive compare with other estimates I got from home depot, sears or Costco; we chose other company to do our air conditioning

Great. Rhett is really great. Knowledgable, helpful, polite and professional.

The serviceman arrived in a timely manner and went straight to work. He was very professional and cleaned up everything when he was done. He let me know that the gas ignition/igniter will need to be replaced and gave me the cost for doing the work. He was very informative. I really appreciated his professionalism. The scheduling person was also very professional and kept me informed about the up coming service and who would be contacting me to do the service.
