Exterior came as scheduled, installer had to adapt to the 1910 cupboard vagaries and did a great job. Cleaned up fully when done.

I signed up for the service at the last Everett Home Show at Comcast Arena. Designer, Alan Townes, contacted me and set up an appointment to review what we wanted. He arrived, explained the different options regarding materials and height of each drawer (different heights for different goods). We chose the ones we wanted and he said someone would be out for a more exact measurement. We paid a reasonable down-payment at that time. Later, the installer came for a more accurate measurement and said he would order the shelves in the configurations we wanted. Once the shelves came in two installers arrived. Brothers Shannon and Robby arrived and installed the shelves. They were very particular and you could tell they cared about the outcome. We were pleased with the final outcome and would recommend Shelf-Genie to others looking for storage solutions.

They arrived promptly, set up their work space, bot to work promptly and finished in 2 hours. Great experience for us. I love my shelves.

We had Alan come out the other day and give us a quote for putting in pull-out shelves in two of our kitchen cabinets. My husband and I were blown away by the price. Alan was very professional and extremely pleasant. He assured us that we had not wasted his time and was just sorry that he couldn't help us, right now. The product that the company offers is very nice and I realize that they are custom built for each situation, but it is simply far beyond our budget and not something that we can afford to do. INSTALLER IS TO CALL ME FOR FINAL MEASUREMENT APPOINTMENT. THE COMPANY HAD TO WAIT ON ME FOR A LONG TIME WHILE OTHER RENOVATIONS WERE COMPLETED BEFORE THEY COULD MAKE A VISIT TO SHOW ME THE PRODUCT AND HELP ME CHOOSE WHAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR ME. THEY CALLED OFTEN TO BE SURE IT HAPPENED AND I APPRECIATE THAT. I'M REALLY EXCITED TO GET THE SLIDE OUT SHELVES INSTALLED! I HAVE SEEN THE PRODUCT MANY TIMES AT LOCAL HOME SHOWS AND TALKED TO THE REPS AND THIS WAS A BIGGIE ON MY WISH LIST. WHEN I SAW THE BIG DEAL I WAS SO PLEASED I COULD GET ON THE LIST FOR THIS SERVICE. It was very smooth and easy. They work great. I found that the number of is perfect for me.

I had all the lower cupboards in the kitchen and both bathrooms done. The original shelves were only half shelves on the top and there was a lot of wasted space. Also had a blind corner that I could no longer make use of (love this option). They look great and it is so much easier to find what I need and use what I have. They were pricey but we could not do the job ourselves and they are good quality. We ordered over Christmas and it still only took 4 weeks. The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

The sales and installers were very professional and fit the systems to my unique needs. I am a quad-amputee so this system will allow me increased function in my kitchen. I was unable to empty my cabinets so they both emptied and refilled the cabinets at no additional charge.

They were great - very proactive and professional. The estimator was great and made some very useful suggestions of what was best for our kitchen.

The price was 5 times higher then Costcos!! Yes I ordered from Costco and I had to do my own measuring and install but it was super easy and I saved a big chunk of money.

Actual work had to be postponed but I've liked what I've seen and heard so far.

Pro: this is a quality product, I got what I paid for,and the people I dealt with were polite and professional Con:the product is ridiculously expensive; the process is too heavy on the selling part and a little too casual on communication after you sign the contract. On the price: I bought the discount deal of $500 off for $199. Two shelves, with the discount, were $860. This means the normal price would have been $1160. There is lots of discussion of upgraded wood, side heights, etc, during the sales pitch, so I was talked into upgrades because the basic product is pretty basic. I resisted moderate pressure to let them quote me on other drawers. The drawers are nice, but I cannot recommend them at this price. It feels like the discount deal was somehow worked out in the price to not really be a $300 discount. On the process: I receive 5 contacts (two phone calls, three emails) to remind/confirm/reconfirm/validate and be sure I was at my house at the time of the initial appointment; this was quite excessive. The "designer" comes to make the pitch and apply moderate pressure on upgrades and additional quotes, but she doesn`t do the measuring, which requires another person to come on a separate occasion. While I want to be sure the right measurements are taken, two visits are unnecessary and the sales person should also do measuring. The installer, on both his measuring and intalling appointment calls, emphasized when it would be convenient for him to come, rather than asking what worked for my schedule. Once the order was signed, I did not hear a peep of communication for 4 weeks. In fairness to them, they told me it would be that long, but after 5 contacts to be sure I would be there for the initial appointment, the silence left me feeling like the focus was on the sale.

The company and owner are great we definitely use them in the future! The Big Deal Promotion was not what we were looking for at this time.

The company was great, responsive, polite, on time and professional. We were unable to use the big deal due to the extra costs involved.

They came out to give me an estimate for 2 shelves in my bathroom to install the pull out shelves. They arrived on time for the appointment and were professional throughout the consultation. The estimate was just way out of my budget at this time.

I signed up for the Big Deal, and was able to promptly schedule a meeting. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could purchase within the limitations of the special, and I was not ready to commit to a large project. I asked for a refund, and they immediately arranged it with Angie's List. They called to apologize for the misunderstanding, and dealt with me in a professional way.

There was a mishap with scheduling but overall they were terrific and made my small kitchen workable. Very quality produced but pricey.

Robbie & Shannon Bothwell called ahead with appointment time & arrived even earlier. Job was completed to my total satisfaction. They did ab excellent job.

Excellent! Some of the best service, communication and responsiveness we have received. Installation was fast and clean.

We chose the least expensive type of wood, and are happy with that. We also chose the least expensive slider mechanism, believing that a slider is a slider is a slider. In retrospect, I would choose one of the more expensive slider assemblies, to get an easier slide. Perhaps it will loosen with time. The estimator made a suggestion, which we accepted -- to build a drawer with compartments to stand cookie sheets, cutting boards, lids, etc. I am very happy we did that. It's wonderful!
