I got a flyer in the mall for 1/2 off installation. They mall on appointment were on time - then another person come to measure on time and lastly they caked a setup set up date / time to install.

They were on time for all appointments and performed their job in a professional manner.

The work was done in two phases in 2011 and 2012 and in both cases the visits to determine the type of glide-outs we needed, the measurements and the installation were all performed in a professional manner. One drawer that had a divider for storing lids was delivered with incorrect dimensions. Alan Regala addressed the issue immediately and replaced the glide-out with a new one. While the product may be a little pricey, the quality is very good and has made for an excellent investment in our home.

The shelves were a bit pricey, but I wish had more of them. The installation went smoothly as well.

Everything was just fine. The workers arrived on time and did a good job with the installation.

The shelves weren't cheap, but they're worth every penny. Furthermore, the workers were professional, left the area clean, and responded right away to an issue with one of the shelves.

We had 7 pull out pantry shelves installed, 4 pull out shelves in 2 cabinets installed for vertical storage of cookie sheets and cutting boards, etc. we had two pull outs installed for pots and pan storage and 2 pull outs for dishes with slots made for plates. Our cabinets are very shallow and could not store a normal sized plate sitting flat. The installation required demolition of old shelves and dividers. The work was done quickly with little inconvenience to us. The wood and hardware is first class and everything functions as we had hoped. The workers are carpenters who know their trade well. The designer did a great job measuring and quoting the job.

I thought the price was too high, but the Shelf Genie is a very nice item to have in the home, especially if you have deep shelves in the kitchen. It is really nice for under the sinks in either the kitchen or bathrooms. We have moved and plan on having the Shelf Genie put into our new home.

Everything went perfectly. They were professional, left the area clean, and did a great job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Shelf Genie's installer, was very professional, congenial and meticulous about his work. The project, was worth every penny, this remodel is the best thing we have ever done. We love the product and can't say enough about "Shelf Genie", they're the best!

I am very satisfied with the work they did. I am very happy with the product. They were very professional and they were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. I think the price was high. The standard for the time frame that these products were going to last, were very well laid and installed very well. I am very happy with them.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly. He even asked about other areas in the home that we might want to install more shelving and took those measurements. He will keep file so if we decide to continue with the project they will have that information.

We have been very happy with their service. They are excellent. The installation was fast. We were pleased with their work and have no complaints.

They explained everything to me and showed me exactly how the shelving worked and locked into place. They were very courteous and thoughtful. They knew what they were doing. I think the price was in range with their competitors. They were a little late with the installation because some of the circular units arrived damaged so they had to re order them. They did not try to install any thing that was not up to par.

Two of the drawers now bind. One binds because the installer said that is how the cabinet is designed but the other one started to bind after the installation was done. They miss measured one of the inserts incorrectly. The left about a two inch gap. We had to call them for back to make the corrections because it was not the same measurement as the others. Overall, the experience was good. They were on time and the service was good.

Everything was great. The designer comes out and looks at your space first . Then the installer comes in to ensure the designers plan was accurate. The installer confirmed what we could and could not do. He did save us a little money because he could not install as many glide out drawers as the designer originally thought. We did have them return because one of the drawers was to fit our lids for pans but they had installed the shelf above it too low. So they came back and made the appropriate changes at no additional cost. I also called them about a tax question and they were helpful and gave me all the information I wanted. They want to ensure their customers are happy. They have great customer service. The work is impeccable and they are just perfect. I have absolutely no problems and we are very happy with the service.

They were very friendly and they came on time. They were great.. If I had more cabinet work to be done I would hire them again.

The experience was very good. Their product is excellent. I love it! The installer were great. I got exactly what I wanted. Their measurements were accurate and they installed them correctly. However, they did continue to send advertisements and call after the service was complete. I found that frustrating but everything else was fine.

On time and installed perfectly. the called me in for a discussion to be sure everything was as I wanted it. Professional and reasonable.

Sales person, was on time, provided information and bid. Owner & installer, came to do precise measures and the shelve was built. Installer, was on time and installed.

The workers truly met my expectations. Some material was missed when they originally measured the space in the pantry but they still were able to accommodate and finish the job on said date.

Contract signed Oct. 20, 2011 with estimated time to build shelves (done in the East I was told) 6 weeks, but the shelves came in earlier. The installer came out and did measurements within a few days of signing the contract. Work began around Thanksgiving. Installer, John, arrived with his son and another helper, who were apparently learning the trade. The installation was completed in two consecutive days. On loading the shelves, one shelf (one of my original ones) broke. I called the installer, who came out in a day or two and fixed it. He also noted that two tracks were the wrong size and said he would order the proper ones. I reloaded it, and found that instead of staying put, it drifted out against the pantry door. It was also apparent that the wire rack on the back of the pantry door was too deep for the new shelves, one wire shelf catching just underneath one of the new shelves and pulling it out when I opened the door. Two more shelves in the rack had to be emptied to avoid hitting the contents of the new shelves. This issue clearly had not occurred to the estimator or the installer. I finally simply removed the wire rack, which solved that part of the problem. John called to let me know the new tracks were in, at which time I told him that now two shelves were drifting out, and I was concerned that they were not level. He came out for the last time, this time without his son and the other person, on 12/15. He checked all the shelves and found three were not level. He corrected the problem, and installed the new runners, which he said was part of the leveling issue. All shelves are now working perfectly, with no drifting. At all times, John was pleasant and helpful. He apologized for the problems. The product quality is 100% wood and well made. I might use them again if I had anything else that required pull-out shelves but I don't. ADDENDUM: I had a follow-up call from Alan Regala, the franchise owner. He was particularly concerned about the problems I had encountered, and as a good manager should, had taken immediate steps to see they did not recur. Based on our conversation, I would raise my overall rating of the company to a B+/A-. It is clear that Alan's intent is to provide first class service to his clients, and he actively works toward that goal. It is clear he will work hard to assure the results meet client expectations in a timely and professional manner.
