These guys were great! They were running 45 minutes late, but called me ahead of time to let me know and again when their truck left their facility. The two gentlemen, Marc and Mitch were very professional and polite. They got right to work and wrapped and loaded the truck quickly. They arrived at the assisted living home timely, even on a bad traffic day, by checking which travel route would be the best. (This was a move from north Seattle to Issaquah and afternoon traffic can be terrible.) They took care of each and every piece of furniture they moved. They even gave my folks a 10% discount for moving to an assisted living facility, as advertised on their website. The took about 5 hours. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a heavy TV moved to my basement. Not exactly a big move, but it was something that was too heavy for me to accomplish. I called the company at 3PM on a Friday hoping to schedule a move that weekend. It turned out they had a crew available that evening and after a few emails, two guys showed up at 6pm. The crew were very friendly, professional, efficient and careful. They have a two-hour minimum (which I understood before they arrived) and asked if there was anything else they could move or help with once the TV was complete (it took all of 15 minutes). I was really impressed with these guys, especially they were willing to work for the full two hours even after the original project was complete. I highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

I know they need to make money and they met all the requirements but felt $200 was a lot. Didn't have enough for them to do to take up time they allowed. But maybe that amount is their minimum. I was VERY pleased to get them on short notice and such nice polite men.

I received a phone call as soon as they left their facility, when they arrived we did a quick walk through of the move path from condo unit to load/unload, and they got started right away. They were careful with my belongings and had no problems with scratches, dents or damages. There were 2 of them and it took ~4.5 hours (including travel time). Excellent service and will use them again for my move in.

I can't say enough good things about the service we got from On The Go Moving, and specifically our crew (Thanks Scott, Ed, and Mo!). We had a last-minute delay in our plans and called On The Go with only a few days to go before we had to complete our move. Jason from the front office picked up the phone on the first ring and immediately had us booked. He remained super responsive via email throughout the build-up to our move and confirmed every detail to eliminate any questions or extra stress. On the day of the move the guys called me as they were leaving their garage and arrived at my apartment right on time. They were perfectly organized, first laying down their protective pads on the doors and floors and then going right to work. They each brought the most friendly attitudes and a genuine willingness to help us out wherever and however we needed it. My wife and I were already so tired and exhausted that it was a huge relief to us both to have such a great crew of guys come put our minds at ease. The unload went flawlessly, even with some tricky staircases and hanging light fixtures that the guys handled like true professionals. These are experienced movers that really know what they're doing, how to take care of your home and your belongings, and most importantly, how to take care of you.

Overall the move went great and we would definitely hire them again. We had a scheduled move time of 1:00 and they did not show up until 2:30. That is the only issue we had, as after that they were awesome. They were good natured, hard working, and very professional. We was very happy with how fast they moved everything, the care they took (especially with one piece of furniture that is 100+ years old), and how well they worked with us in placing the furniture. With one large couch they managed to get it through a nearly impossible maze of doorways and corners, after taking the feet off, to get it into the room we wanted it in, all without scratching the floors, walls, or damaging the couch. We were impressed.

They confirmed the day before and showed up on time. They were extremely courteous and efficient.

The moving crew from "On the Go" showed up on time and got to work immediately. They worked diligently, efficiently and steadily for 8+ hours (with only a 30-minute lunch break) to get our possessions loaded onto the truck at our former home and moved into our new residence. Although I did plan the move, my system wasn't entirely successful, and the well-organized event I had envisioned became somewhat chaotic at the end. (I strongly suggest that, except for the least complicated moves, a minimum period of 1 month's prep time be allocated, if at all possible. For more complicated moves 2-6 months would be ideal.) The importance of pre-move de-cluttering and de-junking to the maximum extent possible cannot be overemphasized! For the reasons noted above the move took longer than was originally anticipated and ended up costing several hundred dollars over the original estimated price. One change I might recommend is that "On The Go" provide an estimate in person rather than by telephone only, especially for more complex moves. It's possible that if Jason had viewed personally the volume to be moved, the estimate might have been a closer match with the actual cost. Definitely on the plus side, all our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. Fragile items were exceptionally well-wrapped. Overall, we feel that "On the Go" did a great job despite somewhat difficult circumstances. We recommend them.

Our household goods exceeded our estimate, so the team had to spend quite a bit more time moving us than anticipated. They handled this unforseen change without complaint. The guys were highly competent and professional.

I am very grateful for the excellent service from On the Go Movers. I was in a tough spot having and they came through with an impressive team. They took good care of my things and keep a nice sense of humor. They worked fast, which I needed. I recommend them without hesitation.

To start, we originally wanted to rehire another moving company (with 2 movers) who helped us back in April 2013 for about $400 with the same furniture but they were busy the July weekend that we needed them. So we found On the Go Moving (OTGM) on Angies List and with short notice determined OTGM was the only game in town for the weekend we needed to move. OTGM provided us their hourly rate, and offered 2 men in a 17ft truck for $100 / hr or 3 men in a 17ft truck for $135 / hr. We went with the 3 man option expecting it to be even less time than we used on our original move with 2 men (different company). OTGM was a bit higher than we were hoping for but we needed to move. The day of, the movers who were friendly and punctual, showed up in an unmarked truck as scheduled Saturday morning @ 8am (they explained their typical marked truck wasn't available?). They came up and started moving out the big stuff but didn't wrap it prior to taking it out of the apartment (which the other movers did do). Instead, OTGM did the wrapping/padding down by the truck after the furniture had been moved around on carts / thru hallways/elevators/doors etc. Overall, OTGM took about twice as long to do the same job with more people (for more money) than the other movers we had worked with 4 months prior. Upon getting to the destination, they didn't put down any pads, runners, drop cloths, until they had moved half the furniture into the house. When I confronted them on it they said they had used all the material to pad the furniture. I distinctly remember the description of OTGM on Angies list and the pics of the runners on the stairs and dropcloths everywhere and found it hard to believe that they wouldn't pack extra material to protect the floors. Needless to say they were able to track in a lot of dirt/leaves into the house. As they moved some of the large items upstairs (a bed rail carried overhead), I winced a few times as they turned a corner and barely missed knocking the item into the wall without even realizing it. After they left, I noticed the damage they left behind. Two rugs had rope 'cuts' in the side of them, a piece of trim in the house was damaged in the move, and they left different walls marked with scratches. Overall everything survived but I would not use these guys again.

Prior to scheduling service, Jason was very helpful and thorough in answering my questions. On the day of the move, the crew called about 30 minutes before I expected them to arrive to tell me they were on their way. I hired a 3-person crew because I was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building without an elevator, and I was concerned about getting some of the larger items down the stairs if there were only two movers. The crew was fantastic. We did a quick walk through of everything I had packed and then they got to work immediately. They were very personable and very helpful throughout both legs of the move: out of the apartment and into the house. There was a small amount of damage to one piece of furniture. Scott, the lead, filled out the paperwork and told me what to expect. A couple of days later Jason followed up with me via phone. I mentioned some other small damage I had found after the crew left. Jason and I worked it out over the phone and I received a check for everything within a couple of days. They made the process very simple. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and will use them again if the need arises.

Set up with Jason, the scheduler, was fairly painless. He was very responsive and gave me all of the options and his recommendation based on my description of my project. He recommended two movers and a truck. As it turned out, because I needed to get moved in the morning rather than the afternoon, he suggested a bigger truck and 3 movers. It turned out to be the right "move." Scott and two other workers arrived at our home on time and prepared. Our home has lots of stairs and these guys did a great job of not scratching the walls, the hardwood floors or the furniture. I was extremely impressed!!! The apartment we moved to was brand new and there was not a scratch on any of the floors or walls in the apartment after they left either. As this is a short term move while our home is being remodeled, I plan to use On the Go Moving in a few months to move us back. I asked Scott if I could has for him and his same crew, and he told me I could, but that all of the On the Moving crews are top notch. Scott is just the kind of worker I would like to have working for me. On the go is a great choice.

The movers arrived on time and started working immediately upon their arrival. We decided to go with 3 men and a truck, thinking that 2 men could take items to truck and 3rd person could arrange items in truck. This turned out to be a smart decision on our part cause move went very smoothly and quite fast. The men would ask would you like us to move that item to a different spot in the apartment for you. They really were fantastic. The men that assisted in our mover were, Scot, Ed and Chris G. You could say the best thing was when going over the bill, I informed Scot that I had used Angies List and was very glad I did. He said oh, so you have a coupon from them so we will just take 50.00 off your bill for you. I will say that we could not have been more pleased with On the Go Moving, and we certainly would recommend them to anyone.

We moved from Redmond to Carnation, a distance of 11 miles. Our home was 4750 square feet. We had already moved all of the small items so the movers were left with moving large pieces of furniture. The movers showed up on time, worked hard and were careful with our things. Everything was carefully packed and nothing was damaged. After everything was put into the new house, we were asked to take a look around and see if we wanted the movers to change the location of anything they had already put into the house. I thought that was nice of them to ask. We would use this company again.

Two movers arrived for the job. Although we anticipated that our newly painted deck might need protection, that was not the case. The move proceeded without a hitch.

I had already used them before - approximately 3/15/213- they moved my belongings to storage unit - this time they again arrived on time - loaded all my things from storage - brought them to my new home - put everything in place - put beds together - and also made a trip to my rental condo and brought that furniture here also. Both times I have to say it was an absolutely great experience - they are fast, courteous and professional. I never intend on moving again BUT if I do - I will hire this company again!!! Thank you!!!

It went very well. Would highly recommend. If there was rating higher than A's, I would give it to them.

Guys worked hard and constant. Took good care of stuff.

We recently moved from Fall City to Redmond. On the Go Moving was helpful and responsive from the first contact till after our move was done. Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with in setting up the move. They accomodated date changes and changes in the amount of stuff moved. We used the 4 men and a 26ft truck Angies list deal. They were terrific! It was a nasty rainy day. They protected the carpets and floors in both homes. Not a single item was broken. They were great about trying arrangements on large pieces. Just nice strong considerate experienced guys! In the past we have spent FOUR TIMES as much from "full service" big name movers, but never had such an easy move. We will definitely use On the Go for any type of moving. HIGHLY recommended. And thanks to Angie's List too.

Jason was very patient and professional throughout our email correspondence, dealing with my date changes and changes to the number of movers I wanted. We had moved 1 year earlier using another AngiesList company who was exceptional, so I am basing my review comparatively to that experience. The movers arrived on time but were 1 man short. They found a replacement 1 1/2 hrs later, but he had very little experience and was very slow. In fact another of the movers was also very slow. I phoned Jason to express my concern with the pace and he showed up for a couple of hours himself to assist with the move. They were also unable to get their truck up our short steep driveway so boxes had to be shuttled down to the street on a dolly. This I didn't understand as the other moving company using the same style truck was able to get their's right up next to the garage door making things go alot quicker. When we got to the new house I wanted sheeting to protect the new carpeting. Was not aware there was an extra charge for this. The movers seemed pretty disorganized getting the sheeting down and starting the move in. They were not as careful with our stuff as I would have liked. The W/D were handled pretty clumsily and walls got banged etc. 2 dressers were damaged. The movers did not seem as experienced nor as hard working as the ones I hired last year. I called Jason a few days later to inform him of the damage and also express my disappointment at the performance of his movers. We talked at length and he took my concerns seriously. He also offered to compensate me for the dresser damage and even refunded some overpaid money that I had mistakenly given the crew leader at the end of that stressful day. If it weren't for Jason's professionalism I probably would have given the review an overall grade of C.
