The people at Luxury Bath were knowledgeable about what would fit our space and needs. They helped with the planning and placement of the shower, window, cupboards, and bidet in our complete bathroom remodel. Their quote was very reasonable. They were able to do each of the jobs without hiring an outside contractor. They were very timely, committed to our project from start to finish. We were able to do the major renovation within two weeks. The workers were very courteous, friendly, and were able to answer questions we had. They gave us the present of a beautiful new bathroom, satisfying. Our needs is aging adults.

Esteban and his one man crew were efficient, fast, Considerate for the short inconvenience we had. Turned water on as soon as they could. Cleaned up everything. Really fun to work with. So appreciated them. Will recommend Luxury Bath forever.

Don't work with Luxury Bath of Seattle!! Contacted Luxury Bath about remodeling two bathrooms at my property. Carlos Bezerra, Director of Operations, came to provide the bid. He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor. Attempted to speak with Luxury Bath of Seattle owner, Raz Gunderman, numerous times. However, he has avoided all my attempts at communication. I have now had to obtain a lawyer to pursue a refund. Extremely dissatisfied.

Raz the owner was very detailed about the information. He gave us a lot of choices. I want to say he was being very honest. Rodney the installer did an outstanding work. Willing to answer my inquiries during the job. He resolved what had to be resolved and didn't make any big deal. I asked him if there were any issues and he said, if there were any he just worked on it. I can't believe it was done in less than 9 hours.

Tub to a shower safe shower Carlos come with great plan to put custom bench . Also love the finish the ceiling panel and haw easy is this clean . Went very well. Involved removing a stub wall, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing and flooring. Raz and crew were great to work with and job completed in one week.

Installation and finished product was great. Quality craftsmanship and components provided a significant improvement in replacing our 22-year old bathroom.

Tavio and Hugo did a great job with the demo and install. They were very respectful of our needs, questions and concerns. We're very happy with the look and that everything was placed just as we wanted. 1st shower was very nice. Happy with the shower head set up we chose. Raz did good job helping us find all the components to make this the shower set we wanted.

It went well. It took 1 day approx. 11hrs. The shower looks beautiful. Tavio was experienced with a sense of humor.. I had a small issue and concern the following day after installation and Raz (owner) came over and took care of it that same day.

I called Luxury Bath of Seattle after reading their reviews on this side. Raz, a very nice and patient man, came and explained the options, took measurements, helped me choose the tiles and all the small features. The work included: * Remodeling master bathroom - replacing bathtub, putting new walls with tiles, replacing counter top with sinks, installing features and replacing wood baseboard. * Remodeling kids bathroom – replacing shower and shower head, installing shower door, replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles, installing cabinet, mirror and shelf above sink and replacing the sink. * Reflooring the guest bathroom – replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles The entire work took 10 days as Raz predicted. The team was very professional, very friendly and very attentive to my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend Raz and his team.

Luxury Bath of Seattle did a wonderful job on remodeling our bathroom! The people from Luxury who worked on our bathroom were always on time, professional and knowledgeable. We were told that the remodel would take 5 - 10 days and it was completed in 5 1/2 days! The workmanship was excellent and we highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a excellent bathroom remodel.

Fantastic is an understatement!! The outcome was just as we were shown and the finished product has exceeded our expectations. It is bright, stylish yet simple and was done to the unique dimensions of our previous shower. The shower installation was accomplished on time, on budget with quality. This job was the best renovation we have done in 37 years of home ownership. That is saying a lot and it is a fact. It started with the personal, initial visit by Raz to evaluate the project, to a clear to understand bid on materials and cost, onto a very conscientious install by their dedicated craftspeople and concluded in a joint, final inspection and operational training. The installer showed up on time and was courteous and efficient. The work place was cleaned up while he was here and before he left. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed by the owner.

Luxury Bath wanted their customers be happy from start to finish. We're pleased with Raz and his team. Recently they quickly fixed a stuck faucet cartridge after it has been used in about two years.

Great! The professionals arrived on time as scheduled, completed the work within the estimated time frame, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and efficient. Would definately hire again for the next job in our house. Highly recommend.

I'm completely satisfied with the end result and the Demolition and installation of the new product was first rate, five stars for sure. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner so that I could enjoy my new shower for a longer period of time. The company's owner actually came out for the initial measurements and was tremendously helpful in suggesting a custom design and solution. He also followed up a few months after the installation with a sticky shower door, and fix that immediately as well. Very Hands-On, and I always appreciate great service switch this was.

I'm in the process of remodeling my home and hired Luxury Bath of Seattle to remodel my bath and shower. It was built in 1980 and was basic, boring and very unappealing. Because I plan to eventually rent it out, I wanted to replace it with economical and low maintenance options while still having a bathroom that would give the feeling of being in a spa. That's exactly what I got once Raz & Esteban were done! I had already had several quotes and options presented to me by other companies by the time I called Luxury Bath of Seattle. It was almost 6pm when I called and Raz, the owner, answered, offering to come by that evening to give me a quote. I was impressed he'd come by so late and agreed. After observing the bathroom and hearing what I was hoping to achieve, Raz presented several options. By the time we were done, he had guided me to selecting the floor to ceiling Canyon Rock surrounds, Roman Block style with oil brushed bronze rain shower/hand-held combo faucets and finishes. Raz presented such a compelling cost with no interest payments that I selected his company that night. Through the process, Ella, in the office, ensured I had all the options and products I ordered, ready for the start-date a month away. Esteban arrived to install the shower and did an outstanding job! In fact, I made a last minute change that Esteban managed wonderfully. He stayed a few hours late that night to meet the schedule I requested since I had guests arriving from out of town that weekend. By the time the shower was completed, I was blown away! It's gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. It feels great to take a bath and a shower- just the feel I was hoping for with the remodel. The personal experience I received from Raz, Esteban and Ella was some of the best customer service I've experienced in many years. I appreciate the great attitude they exhibited throughout the entire process. Raz, the owner, is a fast-talking salesperson. We thought we would just get our old bathtub spruced up, but it was in bad shape. Raz talked us into getting a new tub and surround. The one thing I kept saying is 'I take a bath every night and I just want this tub replaced!' We both thought that Raz was coming back to see what had been done. What went wrong: -Installers were to show at 8am. Got a call at 7:50am that they had to go to Seattle and would be about 2 hours late. They showed up after noon. -The bathtub--it was totally different! It has a slope to it. This was NEVER discussed nor was it on the work-order, so we still thought we'd get a replacement for the type of tub we had. When I brought this to the 'office manager's' attention, she told me she was sorry I was disappointed, but that most people wanted a sloped bathtub. -There are marks on our relatively new driveway. Some material they were using. They tried to clean it up (in the dark) but it is very visible. They didn't know how to get rid of it. When I brought this to the office manager's attention, she ignored it. -The installers did not clean off the surround or the bathtub. Both had film on them when the installers left (we didn't notice till they were gone). -Three burn marks in our floor. Really? The installers reply was that it was good we were laying a new floor (what if we weren't?). -Marks were left on the walls and ceiling (from installing the tub we believe). Now we are repainting everything (not planned). -When the installers left, we noticed lots of places that still needed caulking. Luckily for us, they left caulk for us. They were in a real hurry to get out of there and did not caulk properly. We are still trying to fill in the places they missed. -Some kind of material was left on the wall and we are unable to get paint to stick to it. We are still working on this. The good: Our bathtub and surround look awesome. Although we feel the installers were rushing and could have done a cleaner job, they were very nice. Lastly, Raz never replied to any of my emails (office manager did) and has never called or come over to address our issues. I would NEVER use this company again. They do not deserve their A rating in my book. UPDATE 2/23/2017: They sent out another person who finished the caulking and cleaned up our driveway.

It turned out okay. There were a few things the workman did that I wasn't thrilled with. The end result was satisfactory. The part that irritated me was after they left, I found that though they carried most of their garbage out, there was a lot of it that they put down in the wall and underneath where the tub was. Under my house is a big pile of waste and garbage that they didn't haul out.
