Outreach was prompt but we had a bit of a scheduling issue where they were not able to come at the 1st or 2nd time offered on the day after my call. My schedule happened to be flexible that week so the 3rd time was the charm. I'm guessing there was an unanticipated surprise at a prior job that held them up.

They are excellent for removing and hauling recycling waste. Very prompt, friendly, cost effective and efficient.

I have informed the owner of the lack of work completion. Sometimes, it is difficult for an owner to get a really good assessment at the very of the work, this is where the business owner should make sure he completed the as work as agreed. After they left for the day, major discrepancies were observed and work found incomplete. - they forgot to take all demo trash (sink left at my house) - did not remove the floor particleboard. The owner understood that I was installing tile. All they did was pull of the laminate. This a big issue, a big mistake in their part. Now instead of me installing cement board, I need to remove the particleboard. - did remove most if not all the nails in the wall studs. Again, I need to remove them myself before I can proceed with my installation.

Called company to get a quote on full kitchen demolition. Sent photos of kitchen layout for review. Received a quote which was more than reasonable considering we live on top floor of a condo. The kitchen demo including removing appliances, cabinets, island, granite countertops and backsplash. Arrived on time. Prepped well for protection of the walls, floors, condo common areas. Hire this company! The owners are honest, reliable and responsible. Brought a crew in of 5 men to get the job done in a timely manner.

Not only did they take my old sofa and chair, 2 dressers, stereo console, other chairs and junk we had pile on the deck and in storage shed, but they demo the shed for me, broke up the wood and haul the debris where I wanted it to go on my property. They also haul out two old fridge that I had used as a water cistern for my garden. Then they moved the tree log pile from trees I had cut down and neatly place them in a designated area in my yard. Joe and Kevin were awesome. They were polite and very accommodating and professional. They worked fast and the price was very reasonable compared to other pros estimates. I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.
