Description of Work: They air cleaned my steep shake roof and treated it for moss growth (with 5 year warranty against moss regrowth), cleaned debris in gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up, removing and disposing of debris. The office staff were very conscientious in providing a revised estimate based on steepness (pitch) and large area (3000 sq. ft.) of my shake (versus composite) roof after my purchase of an Angie's Big Deal with them. They gave me credit for my $379 Big Deal as well as $150 off the final estimate. While the service was more than I'd anticipated, I had no previous experience with this kind of service and feel that the work done probably merited the cost. They also offered an annual service with a discount ($425 plus tax) on future service. The moss removal agent they used (Pyroshield 2000) is apparently more environmentally friendly than the standard zinc treatment, which is always a good thing.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters, blew the debris from the roof and cleaned the debris that had fallen in the ground from their work. They also applied a zinc treatment to the roof.

Description of Work: Although Pyroshield did a good job with the roof and gutter cleaning. the add-on window cleaning was only fair (Ryco does a better job with windows and charged a lot less). I'd use Pyroshield again for the former but not for the latter. Considering that we paid nearly $1000 for the total package, I think it was way overpriced for what we got. The roof/gutter part was reasonable but the window cleaning was exorbitant.

Description of Work: The workmen showed up a day early. I understood that the weather was great that day and not forecast to be good the next day. I had to leave. They took care of everything and when I returned the roof was clean and had the treatment applied. Things were left neat and clean. I was very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Three workers from Pyroshield showed up around 2:00 in the afternoon and cleaned all gutters and downspouts and cleaned the composite roof at our approx. 2300 sq. ft. home. The roof cleaning (of an average amount of moss and debris) was done with high pressure air guns, not a power washer (which often damages roofing tiles). They then applied a coat of Pyroshield 2000 spray to the roof. They even cleaned the six skylights above our front porch. Work was done in about 2.5 hours. The workers were very prompt and courteous and our roof hasn't looked this good in years. We had to do some negotiating with the salesperson for the cost of the job, but he was very acoomodating and fair. It's important to understand that the total cost may be more than the posted Angie's Big Deal price (depending on the size of the roof and the type of roof treatment you select). We would use this company's services again. Of course, the proof of the gutter and downspout cleaning won't be realized until after we've had a few good rains.
