Your roof size is 6300 square feet and has a 12/12 pitch, which is steep and treacherous to climb and clean. The size and pitch of your roof was significantly more than what was included in the deal you purchased. The additional cost was more than fair and we even reduced it further upon your request. We also accommodated you by rescheduling your job when you needed to change it. We appreciate your business and hope you will reconsider using us in the future.

Description of Work: Work was good. Mix-up in when work was to be performed. They missed the first date and rescheduled. Then they came a week early but only gave me a few hours notice so I could not notify renters before arrival. Overall a good job though.

Description of Work: I needed some love for a roof that had a few years of branches, moss and pine needles. The building has a large roof surface, so the Big Deal did not suffice and I had to purchase more services. The price was not as cheap, but the service was impeccable under every aspect. Punctuality, cleanliness, skill, courtesy are all top notch. I will definitely reuse this provider when I will need this type of service
