Description of Work: They cleaned our roof of moss and provided a Zinc Sulfate treatment for 1,600 square feet of roof which included our small detached single car garage. This amount included a $75 surcharge for our roof having a steep pitch. They did a good job and if was worth the cost. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and remove moss from roof, and placed a moss retardant. The workers were very professional and performed an excellent job. They cleaned up the surrounding area of debris from the roof. I would gladly use Pyroshield service again in the future for cleaning our roof.

Description of Work: After purchase and I contacted them, we received a response asking if we wanted to upgrade to the toxic-free version for $100 more. I hate that a company is selling the toxic treatment to the public and then guilting people as an upsell. They warn that the regular treatment can kill plants around the house. Tacky and irresponsible. Then we were told we had to pay more for the grade of roof. (it is not that steep - you can walk on it without trouble.) | |After the service, I came home to moss all over the deck and yard. They literally blew all these (now toxic) bits all over my yard after they saturated it in treatment. | |Really unhappy with this business and I won't use again. The only value is that the gutters and roof were, indeed, cleaned. I could've done a better job myself though. |

Description of Work: Fantastic job. Cleaned and treated the roof and cleaned up all the moss when done.

Description of Work: The cleaned the gutters and treated the roof. One guy came to the house. He was very nice and helped move all the patio furniture out of the way before sending debris down off the roof. The reason i would not use them again is the treatment chemicals they used got onto the siding and has made some nasty stains that i had to go back and clean up. These stains did not appear until days after service. As nice and professional as they were, i did not appreciate the overspray that doesn't appear until days after.

Description of Work: Everything was perfect. The gentlemen showed up as scheduled, and did a great job. It even started raining, and he just kept working. I opted for the upgrade as far as the treatment goes. He couldn't apply it while raining, so they came back a few days later, blew all of the debris off of the roof again, and then sprayed. It looks great! If I have any work in the future I will keep them on the top of the list.
