Description of Work: Pyroshield removed Moss from my roof, treated it against future build up of moss, and cleaned the gutters. They cleaned up and removed all debris from the yard leaving the the decks and walkways spotless. They were fast, efficient and effective.

Description of Work: I have used Pyroshield before. This particular treatment lasts 3 years at our house. If you consider that you don't need to re-treat for moss each year, the cost is reasonable. They also completely clean your roof and gutters. The deal price only includes the basic moss treatment. You must upgrade to get Pyroshield. I think advertising needs to reflect this, as I had no way to tell this before I bought the deal and contacted them. I might have waited until fall had I known this. My future use of them will be contacting them directly instead of using the deal because I want my information at the front end of the decision making process. This is a great product, but as a retiree, I want firm prices up front.

Description of Work: The first appointment was a bit rocky. The crew was supposed to be at my house between 9-10am, but when they hadn't shown up by 11:20am, I had to call them to find out what was going on. It turns out they made two unscheduled stops before mine due to the wind over the weekend, however, I should have been called and told what was going on, and I feel these appointments should have taken place after mine, since I had a scheduled appointment. They finally showed up after 12pm, so to me, it was a big inconvenience, since I had scheduled my morning around them showing up 2-3 hours earlier. | |They somewhat redeemed themselves after the fact, but we'll see what happens when they come to make the repairs noted.

Description of Work: They cleaned my roof and treated it to resist moss for the next three years. They also offered me a discount for cleaning the roof for the next three years until it is due to be treated again.
