Jeff discussed the process with me on the phone. Due to the steeper pitch of my roof and choosing the better method of cleaning, the cost would be higher than the value of my voucher, which I understood. Juan came on time and worked through very ugly downpours. As the moss was knocked off the roof and onto my large deck, I worried about the clean-up. I did not need to because he blew all the debris into piles that he scooped up into large bags. The windows were pretty dirty and he hosed them off, too. I was very pleased with Juan's professionalism and work ethic. Since the treatment to keep the moss off in the future cannot be applied in the rain, he came back the next day, sunny for change, to finish the job. I still have some minor clean-up to do under the eaves and on some of the fascia boards, areas that he might not have seen in the pouring rain, but I do not have a problem with that. At this point I do not know if the treatment will keep moss off my roof for three years as promised, but after the good impression Jeff and Juan made, I have high hopes.

Purchased a Big deal for Pyroshield of Washington. Had them do a treatment on our roof. They were efficient and did a good job. I only had one concern while they was on the roof. We have tie offs on the roof for safety because it is very steep and one person was not tied off.

They were punctual, polite and very hard working. Additionally, we have an unusual roof material (recycled rubber shingles) and they made the effort to call the installers to insure that they were cleaning and treating them properly to avoid damage. The work was thoroughly performed and everything wound up clean and neat. They caused no additional mess in the cleaning, which is amazing, and even cleaned up some mess that was not due to their work. Wonderful!

I like this company. Jeff if easy to deal with and very responsive. The people that actually did the work did a very nice job. After the job, most of the cleanup was done very well. Only a few spots were missed, which is impressive, considering the amount of junk that came off my roof.

Pyroshield of Washington communicated well. The crew arrived ahead of scheduled time but I may have misunderstood the time window. Overall I am happy with the task performed and they cleaned up after themselves. Time will tell how well the treatment is at keeping away moss.

Overall, I am satisfied. However, visual observation of the application of moss preventative material is was apparent that the coverage was less than complete. Possibly complete coverage is not necessary as the product will be carried by rain to other parts of the roof than were it was applied...I doubt this. Close observation of the roof (from the deck) shows a small amount of moss survived the cleaning. Perhaps this will be killed by the treatment material. However, it is my belief that any organic material that remains harbors water retention and invites a return to the condition I sought to have alleviated. Additionally, following the blowing out of the gutters, I have noticed a leak has developed. This is a new leak as it is in a location I would certainly have noticed had it existed before. I am not terribly distressed by this since I can go up a ladder and apply a sealant to the inside of the gutter...it's just that at 70 years of age, I prefer to limit my arial activities (that's why I didn't clean the roof myself in the first place). Perhaps, had I made my expectation of a near perfect job known to the crew (two men) they might have been more conscientious and have performed to the standard I expected. Finally, when I purchased this service through Angies List, I for some reason believed the application of the preventive material was included in what I paid. I was a bit dismayed to be told it was "extra" by the service personnel and was required to pay an additional amount at that time. All in all, my level of satisfaction will be know fully after a couple of years observing the regrowth or non-regrowth of moss on my roof. Only then will the full story be tellable.

The Pyroshield office was very responsive. I received the quote the same day. They roofers were punctual and they performed the service quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. My roof looks great. I incurred a surcharge due to the slope of my roof (I was aware I would incur this surcharge when I purchased the coupon) and I opted for the Pyroshield moss treatment upgrade, both reasons my final price was more than the coupon.

Went smooth from start to finish. Discussed issues with roof, discussed remedys and costs, then scheduled appointment. When we had questions afterwards, they called immediately and drove all of the way back out to address concerns; which ended up actually being standard after this type of cleaning and treatment. They are GREAT!

Excellent work. My roof was covered in moss and is now completely moss free. The workers arrived on schedule and were courteous and professional. They did a great clean up job on the roof and the ground around the roof line. Highly recommended.

The only problem I had was getting an invoice after paying over the phone

We felt that the Deal was quite misleading. Our roof is under the square footage allotted by the Big Deal, but he still gave us a quote of almost $300 on top of what we paid for the Deal. He didn't even come out to our house, so I'm not sure where he came up with the figure. I suppose he could have come when we weren't home, but gave no indication of this. After we spoke with him he gave us a slightly lower big, but we would rather find someone else to do the job.

I called Jeff regarding a deal I saw and he explained their services. They offer the normal moss cleaning which would need to be redone every year or so and then they also offer a moss treatment that is guaranteed for 3 years. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and it was actually a better deal than I saw due to size of my roof. I'm so glad I called and he was honest about the pricing. I was sold on the 3 year treatment so we wouldn't have to worry about the moss, not only is it damaging to the roof but it's ugly! Since we are from TX and recently purchased our home here, Jeff explained how moss works and grows on pretty much everything here. I had said that my husband and I were wanting to get the concrete pressure washed and he gave me an amazing deal on it since they would do it when they cleaned the roof off. Jeff emailed me later that evening with the quote plus a quote for just gutter cleaning for next year which would include light cleaning of the roof. So two men showed up the very next day to complete the work. One went to work immediately on the roof and the other cleaning the driveway. They were here about 3 hours give or a take a little bit. They cleaned up the mess that was made from the roof to include raking my front yard which was covered in leaves. My back steps and patio were covered in pine needles and were colored green and black before they cleaned it. Now it is the normal color of concrete and looks fantastic. My house looks so much better after Jeff's crew did their magic. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

The workers arrived on time as promised and took extra care with covering my doors and windows. They were hard workers and were very courteous. They had total respect for my property and performed a great clean up. I will definitely contact them again for maintenance of my roof.

I have used Pyroshield about every three years to remove moss and tree removal. I use them because they use high pressure air to clean my roof instead of water. This method creates less of a mess than water and saves me money on my water bill. Once the cleaning is completed, they apply their Pyroshield 2000 product which retards the growth of moss. They also provide a written warranty against the regrowth of moss. I have actually called them back to re-clean one area of the roof due to re-growth of moss caused by heavy debris from a neighbor's tree. They came back without a problem and performed the work. I have received quotes from other companies but I always go back to Pyroshield 2000 of Puyallup. I highly recommend them. The owner is intimately involved in the physical aspects of the company. The majority of the employees are long term. I have always been satisfied with the work and cleanup. They do an amazing job of cleanup after blowing off the roof debris.
