They did a good job of getting the moss off and cleaning up afterwards. Our black shingles are now unevenly colored, but I think that is due to the special moss prevention solution they applied afterwards. I suspect the color will even out once the rains come.

they got it done but i had the roof cleaned on my other house by a different provider. i paid, they did it. simple these folks had to figure an estimate, 'include' stuff 'they were not supposed to' and found $120 of damage on the roof which i declined to do. it just seemed made up like a used car salesman.

We did have to wait a bit longer than expected to get a response from Pyroshield after purchasing the Deal on Angie's List but that was due to an online system glitch within Angie's List website and the unexpected number of responses to their offer. Once we did make contact, directly with the owner, they were able to schedule and perform the work within just a few days. Due to the size of our roof and gutter replacement we were initially told it would likely be a 2-Day job but the 2 gentlemen that performed the job worked well into the evening to get it ALL completed in ONE DAY. They also removed our Copper Rain Chain from the old gutter, cut a custom size hole in the new gutter and re-installed our Rain Chain into the new gutter. Even when I called to tell them that section of the gutter seemed to have too much of a noticeable slope they were happy to come out the next day and make our requested adjustment.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee because there was some patching work on the side of the roof that needed done. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. The technician was very thorough and did a nice inspection. They were able to fine the issues and repair it for us. My wife was the one who was home for the service. They were great with cleanup afterwards and we had no issues with scheduling.

The service went very well. They were on time and went above and beyond for me. They worked on a rental property. They also cleaned the gutters, but the moss off and applied something to keep the moss from coming back. They were great with the cleanup afterwards and I had no issues with scheduling.

Pyroshield had great communication. The work was performed precisely when scheduled. The whole process was very painless.

One guy showed up during the window of time promised and worked steadily for several hours on the roof without a break. He cleaned the roof on the house and shed using air, not water. He did great work and left the deck/garden tidier than when he started. I'll use them again for this service.

It turned out well! I don't think there were additional fees. They made scheduling easy which was nice. I called them and they scheduled me a month out.

I did not use this provider as my plans and needs changed.

TERRIBLE I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE PROVIDER SET AN APPOINTMENT AND HE DOESN'T SHOW UP. I HAVE CONTACTED ANGIE'S LIST TO SCHEDULE MY BIG DEAL THEY DID. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND I HAVE NOW PROCESSED A REFUND

The process went fine except on the day of the service I received a call from Jeff at Pyroshield informing me that they don't recommend doing the service due to the condition of the roof. I was a little disappointed but at least Jeff was honest and didn't rip me off.

The service worked out fine. The cost of the big deal was $379, and there was an additional cost for one of the factors on the roof, but It wasn't a problem. They came, they did the job, and they left. It looked much better. It took longer than I expected, but they came on time, and they performed it, so I appreciated. They were fine, and they were nice.

Jeff was very responsive to all my questions. I was not very sure what the extra cost was for and he explained that it was for the zinc treatment. He was informative as to the reasons for the different types of treatments, what my options were, how they could assess my needs while performing the service; I believe he was fair in his pricing. He called the morning of the service and we revisited our previous discussion. The folks arrived about one hour later than expected, but that was okay because I was available anyway. Even if I was not available, Jeff told me that I didn't have to be there for them to complete the service. I had just put down some new mulch and was concerned that it would get messed up during the process, but the guys put a cover over it from the roof down - I was very pleased about that. They cleaned up the debris afterward. Brian told me that the condition of my roof was not that bad, so the less expensive treatment would be fine. Once they left, I noticed that the zinc was somewhat sparsely applied and intended to call Jeff about that the next day, but got too busy. When I arrived home, I noticed that they must have come back because there was more zinc on the roof and I was satisfied. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did!

the worker was on time. He was professional, and did a very good job. He did an outstanding job of cleanup.

The technicians showed up, set up and began working immediately. The made certain that everything was cleaned up off of the ground afterwards. Very good job, very satisfied.

I ordered on line, received an email asking for additional information, replied and never heard form them again.

I originally purchased a BIG DEAL for $379 - there were additional charges due to the size of the roof and for the work I requested. First, it took quite a while to get a firm service date. The crew did not arrive until 4:15 pm on the scheduled day. I voiced my concern to Jeff asking if he wanted to reschedule. He assured me I would not get "a rush job." While it appears they did a good job on the roof, the clean up was not good. There was dirt and debris on my house, and the houses on each side of me. The crew did their best to clean up what I pointed out, but by that time it was getting dark and they were in a hurry to leave. I found out later that one of my neighbors called Pyroshield to complain about the mess left on her windows and house. I will say I am very pleased with the power washing of my sidewalk, driveway and patio. However, I did notice that they knocked a big chunk of paint off of an area on the front porch. Since I plan on having my house painted this year, I did not complain. I asked at least three times for an estimate from Pyroshield to paint the exterior of my house. I never received an estimate.

We really needed our gutters replaced fast. so we called and spoke to Jeff, he gave us a quote over the phone. He said he would be out Monday to drop off some color cards and other information. He didn't come until Thursday and when he did come he was rude, he didn't even want to talk just wanted to leave. When we would call him he wouldn't respond until the next day. So we decided to take our business elsewhere, boy did that make Jeff mad. He was so rude, said we wasted his time and wouldn't find a better deal. Well Jeff, we found a better deal :)

The provider was very clear in explaining my options. Once the appointment was set up, the crew arrived early (not a problem) and performed the services I requested. Cleanup was very good, and I appreciated being able to call the office to pay for the upgrades I had purchased after the job was finished. I will definitely use Pyroshield for future roof/gutter cleaning.

Service was performed last year and I really had no interest in providing feedback. I knew I was not 100% happy and would not use them again but since Angie's List has been bugging me about providing feedback, here it goes... I was less than impressed. The crew they sent was very unprofessional. They left some of my windows dirty from cleaning the roof and not all the debris were removed from the gutters. They were looking at me through my window laughing and talking. I really don't care what/whom they were laughing at or talking about but I am paying you for the time you here, so, do your job right and leave.

Estimate Approximately 1750 Square Foot (ROugh Estimate) Roof (Based on Casual Drawings), Consider at least 50% More True Surface Area, given the Pitch (Close to 45 Deg), All Shingle, 7+ Years of Pine Needle, Branches, Limbs. Some Gable Windows with Valleys that do a Great Job of "Catching" and Retaining that Debris. Thoroughly Cleaned using High Pressure Air System, and THen Moss Treatment Applied. Very Professional, Prompt, No "Repeated Calls" to Schedule or Confirm Service, Notified me about 15 minutes prior to Arrival to Confirm. Would Definitely Use Again- Not "Plan To", but "Will". The roof treatment went okay. Got a ot of dirt on the outside of the house/windows. We now need to power wash the exterior. The reason we had them do the job was because my husband has a bacj problem and could not do it . Now we have to powe rwash the house of pay someone even more to do it. I asked them for a cost on pressure washing our walkways and driveway. No one has ever called. They won't get the job. I guess they're too busy. I waited quite a while after purchasing this service before I got an email to say I would be called. Got a second e-mail, with basically the same message and a copy of additional costs. It was a month between purchase and Pyroshield arriving at my house. Some acknowledgement might keep the customer more interested. I was ready to cancel. Called about not doing entire roof on 3/24. Was told they do not treat under overlapping level of roof. SHold that not be something we were told when they arrived to do the work ?

I had a revised written estimate before they began. The final cost was considerably more than I had initially thought when I bought the deal, but the work was well and professionally done and I am very satisfied.
