I purchased a deal through Angie's List for this service. Price ended up being more than the deal itself, as my roof was a bit larger than I thought, and I opted to upgrade to the 3-year guaranteed treatment. Everything was clearly explained. I unfortunately neglected to move my car as requested... they tarped it to ensure it would stay clean, and when cleaning up the debris blown off the roof, they left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived... terrific service! We'll definitely use them again.

It went fine. It was just fine. It was what I expected. Our windows were pretty dirty after they left. They got rid most of the stuff so it was pretty good. They were fine. They got right back to me.

When they called to schedule the work, I was told that there would be an additional charge, based on 1) the pitch of our roof and 2) the square footage of the roof. I asked where they got their information--did they come out and measure? They said that they looked it up on Zillow. So countered that there was just enough pitch to our roof for it to be okay to have shingles. I couldn't speak to the square footage of the roof, so couldn't speak to that, other than that our house is split level. In the end, I was not charged for additional roof pitch, but was charged for additional square footage. Pyroshield did an excellent job. They were thorough and cleaned up when they were done. We were very pleased with their work!

The service technicians arrived on time. They performed an hour and half of work, which looked thorough and careful to me. They also did a quick inspection of the condition of the roof. Overall a professional job by a knowledgeable crew. I also called them ahead of time on the additional charge, I received a prompt response and satisfactory answer.

They did a great job for us. They sent two very hard working men. They were on time and were so efficient, but careful while climbing the ladders. We have a 2 story home and my husband prefers not to climbing up on the upper roof anymore. The roof looked great when they left. They also cleaned up the deck. And to finish off the job, they washed all the exterior windows. They said they will also call us in a year to do maintenance on the roof treatment. We were very happy and look forward to their call next year.

The overall satisfaction was great and the roof looks excellent. The only complaint I have is that the air cleaning they use can be messy. We just had our house painted about a month before hand, now it needs to be washed again because of all the debris. Admittedly, this is partially our fault for letting the moss get so out of hand on our roof, so maybe if is wasn't so bad, it wouldn't have been as messy afterward. The tech they sent out, did the best he could with our hose to clean the debris off the house.

They did an excellent job of getting all the moss off using air pressure. They treated my roof with zinc sulfate power. They washed the windows in the front of the house and the skylights when they were done. Because my roof was steeper and larger than the criteria, I ended up paying around $600 for the job.

They did a great job. Roof and skylights look fabulous and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. House and yard looked great when they were done. I will be working with them again.

Did a good job cleaning the roof. There was a mix up initially on the deal that was order through Angie's List but a quick call got everything squared away. Clean up in the front of the house was excellent but in the back of the house there were a few things that were left behind.

Outstanding. Both guys were extremely professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the debris when everything was done. Great service, great company, great response time.

It worked out good, they blew something to our attic though. They cleaned up the messes around the yard, but something got blown in the attic and things like that. I'm not sure if they could have prevented it because of the way my house is made. So far we're happy with them. We added on the spray on the roof. It was $450 or so. So far it has been good.

Read the fine print. They cleaned the roof and gutters in a couple hours and I thought they did an ok job for the $369 deal so I didn't make too big of a deal about the mess they left on my patio ( the moss they are supposed to clean up). Until three weeks later they sent me a bill for an additional $249.95. Nobody mentioned any additional costs the day of the service so I was a little annoyed when I received the invoice. I complained and sent pictures of the mess they made so they took $50 off for their unprofessional work cleaning up. Overall their work is ok but not worth it, I will be looking for a different vendor next year.

Services were performed to my satisfaction. They also completed some minor repairs (replaced a broken shingle, removed and replaced 2 pipe jack boot covers) That they "didn't charge" me for. They did however add $121.27 of extra charges that I was not warned or told about until the job was complete when they presented me with the receipt. The "Big deal" that I bought was $356.00, they charged me $532.43 for it (this includes $42.16 tax)

It went great, I was kept informed at every step of the way and the contact was excellent. Pyroshield folks were there as promised and did a great job cleaning up. I will use this company again and will recommend the folks at Pyroshield to others.

The work itself was fine - looks great, their scheduling was flexible, and and their customer service was respectful. Beware of additional costs, however, as I was quoted a price over $200.00 the "deal" I had paid already. They did provide an estimate, but after I had already paid for the deal. If I had known I would be paying over $500.00 instead of the $369.00 the deal advertised, I would have continued looking. Not necessarily deceptive, but read the fine print carefully. So thumbs up on the service itself, thumbs down on the added costs.

The process went well. They did come about an hour later than schedule, but the work itself was done well and had no problems with it.

Arrived on time and did a very thorough job. After cleaning the gutters they sprayed down the house where dirt collected from the gutter cleaning. The hose wasn't strong enough to remove the dirt so they returned the next day to power wash the awning and walls. Based on our experience we also had Pyroshield install some starter metal on the roof. Both jobs were done professionally at a fair price. I recommend them and would use their services again.
