Willing to negotiate a better rate. Friendly painter but he left a white scraped area- appears the ladder may have scraped off some paint and they didn't notice it-so I had to fix that. (Didn't bother calling them back out for it). I'm sure they would have taken care of it had I called them.

Jeff an his crew came out and cleared the leak in one of my valleys, and I hired them to come out and clean the entire roof a few days later. Their crew did an excellent job and I will use their services again!

They were great, responded quickly, completed the work on schedule for a flat rate I thought was reasonable and professional for replacement of guttering on one side of my home. There was a minor accident during the job, but the owner took care of the un-finished details to my complete satisfaction

I was very impressed with the professionalism and high quality of work from this company. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, and communicated directly with the owner (Jeff Villareal)( from start to finish.
