The provider was on time, very efficient, went from one property to the next and had it all done in a matter of a couple of hours. He did have to return the following week to one of the properties because he hadn't gotten all of the ants. When we opened the wall up there were still ants but I have to say it was quite an extensive nest in the wall. I called the company and they responded right away and he was back out the next week to get what was left. All in all I'd say they were a good company to use, I just think the services are a bit pricey but that seems to be what everyone charges.

Toby came out and injected small amounts of anti-ant goo into a bunch of window crevices He then sprayed the outside perimeter of the house. I saw one single ant the entire next day after he left (the fewest number on record in weeks) I have seen _zero_ additional ants each day afterwards. I think it worked.

I look forward to meeting with Dominion and may sign up for regular routine maintenance with ants and spiders as well.

Malcolm was our man on the ground, and he was excellent in his communication, knowledge, and punctuality. He was consistently a few minutes early or right on time, and was available over the phone to discuss any ongoing issues or concerns to make sure our infestation was dealt with effectively and definitively. Kudos to him for being willing to go the extra mile on a house with limited attic access and difficult vaulted ceilings.

Technician was prompt, friendly and efficient with his time and workmanship.

This is exactly what I needed to know. I ripped out the wall and the hive and did the repairs myself. This was very helpful and he did not charge me anything.

Scott on a Saturday morning did a review, explained the process. He had to crawl under a narrow crawl space, cut the heating duct, repaired the duct after removing the dead animal causing the problem. Did a search for potential problems set traps and did a follow up a week later. Great job, Scott. Manley Miller

Arrangements were made on Friday for the next morning, and we asked for a call ahead to be sure we were up and dressed.. The tech was an hour little early, and he said our request for a call hadn't been conveyed to him. But he was knowledgeable and courteous, explained the agent he would apply and its method of killing the hornets. His visit was brief, and the desired result was achieved in about 24 hours, although the tech had indicated 3-4 days. We're delighted with the results.

I noticed frass (wood shavings) under one of my windows yesterday. This morning I woke up and saw frass under a second window on the same wall. I assumed I had carpenter ants. The first company I called from Angie's List quoted me $390 (with $45 off discount) and they said the earliest I could make an appointment was Thursday. Then I called Dominion and not only did they call their employee to see if I could get in today, they quoted me $189 plus a 5% discount for Angie's List members.Originally they scheduled me for 3pm this afternoon. Then about 10 minutes later they told me their tech, Andy, could come right now. I was very impressed. When Andy arrived he was very professional, he explained things very well and he even spent some time taking pictures with my cell phone for me so I would have proof of the ants (we just purchased our home and I was upset this wasn't noted on the inspection). He also informed me we had moisture ants (not carpenter ants) and he explained the differences and the way to treat them was to get rid of the moist wood in the wall. Andy was very informative but not pushy at all. They offer a $65 evaluation fee and then if you get treatment right then (which I did) that eliminates the evaluation fee. He also explained the 3 month maintenance they recommend and told me I could sign up for it today or I could call the office any time and they could set it up for me then. He explained that someone from the office would call in 7-10 days to make sure the treatment was effective and that we didn't have further problems. I really appreciated his promptness, his professionalism and his patience with answering all my questions and taking pictures for me. I would absolutely recommend this company and Andy to anyone, even the most particular of people. :)

Quoted us a fee for the service above. However, it did not included their follow up service which they told us it did when we scheduled the work. Now they want us to pay and have sent the amount to collections. Never use them again.

Excellent experience. Anthony showed up on time (in fact a little early!). was very proffessional, and quickly remedied the problem.

It appears that the ant problem went away so that is good.

I would recommend them. I used their services yesterday for trapping rats and finally they caught one. We end up for $250 a year. They will come regularly for checking. They always turn up without taking an appointment. They are always on time.

Absolutely great experience overall! They removed the birds, sprayed for the possibility of "bird mites" and then sealed the hole so they wouldn't come back. The guy that did the work was very pleasant and explained everything he did. He gave me his card with his direct phone number and told me to call with any questions/problems. Unfortunately, the next day we heard some movement above again - one of the birds wasn't removed. I called the next morning to the guy who did the work. He came over 20 minutes later and removed the last bird. No extra charge and apologized for not getting the job done the first time. Given the small hole and how far the birds were away from the outside wall - it could have happened to anyone. However, this just demonstrates this company's commitment to doing the job properly. I got a call from the owner the next day. He said he had heard what happened and wanted to follow up personally to see if things were working out. I told him there was no issues and thanked him for the great work, and fixing the problem so quickly.

It went very well. We were improessed with the follow-up call to insure that we were satisfied.

They were great and so far, effective. I had found mouse droppings in the kitchen and garage where the dog food was stored. After checking on Angies list, I called and made an appointment. They came right on time, inspected the home and found where they thought the mice were coming in. They sealed the entrances and laid glue traps in the appropriate places. It was particularly important to me not to have poison out because I have dogs and did not want any possibility they could get to mice that had been poisoned. I also got a little lesson in the habits of mice. They have come back twice to remove the dead mice and set new ones. All of the workers have been professional, came right on time, and I have seen no more droppings in the house or garage.

The rats have disappeared from my house. The price is excellent because I got it on a yearly deal. That is the best deal I have got in Seattle in the last nine years. They have been out here a lot of times though I have been using them for less than a year.

I liked them. They did a good job. The only thing I did not like about them is that they were pushing services and products that we did not want. The service they did was fine. It was A work. Their price was very good.

Dominion is EXCELLENT. I at first went to them because of the price (no one would do it for cheaper AND guarantee the job). They used a chemical to spray from outside the house (where they were going in). About a week later, I checked and there were some wasps still alive (Must be some tough Wasps I had). Anyway, no problem, this time they sprayed directly in the nest from inside the attic AND they put in a bug bomb. This return trip was at no charge because they GUARANTEE their work. Totally awesome company. I will definitely use them again as they are the best price AND guarantee their wasp killing work.

We haven't noticed any wasp's since. They were prompt. They took care of the problem. Their price was competitive.
