+ -1 moreThese guys were great to work with. First of all, they were the only ones that ever got back to me. I sent out 4 requests and they were the only response. I had a bunch of delays in my project and Jim always stayed in touch to see how it was coming along. I felt bad because I had to have it quoted 6-7 times because the project changed. Jim just took it in stride and kept re-quoting as needed. When it came time to get it done, they were on time and their people were respectful, neat and clean. When they finished, they cleaned up their own mess. Great job guys!

+ -1 moreThey have kind of a cumbersome scheduling where somebody comes out to give you an estimate. Then there's a couple layers of people you go thru before you can actually schedule an appointment. Then there is the service man who comes out who is not the person that did the estimate so it was kind of cumbersome. They estimated 2 days but it was only a day. The first person who came out was very good and then calling back to schedule you kinda get in their phone system loop. The people who came out to do the work it was a little more difficult. English wasn't their first language. They had been instructed what to do at the office but wasn't able to answer any of my questions. The quality was pretty good. We had a pest control company come out and they found a couple openings that they had missed in sealing up. It seemed very high for us but we got a couple estimates and they were both like that.
Description of Work: We used them for crawl space cleaning.

+ -1 moreSonny and George were sent out by Insulation Northwest to begin the project of removing and replacing my contaminated insulation. Both Sonny and George were very professional and polite with me and my wife and knowledgeable about their work. They were excellent in their care of our home during and after the removal of our insulation. They laid plastic down in every area of the house they were going to use. They protected our furniture by covering them in plastic and protected our walls by putting up cardboard protectors. These guys really knew what they were doing. My wife and I were so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism during the removal that we had requested that both Sonny and George return to install the new insulation, which they did do. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. I highly recommend this company for any insulation work you will need.
Description of Work: My wife and I had purchased a new home just 7 years ago. But because our home is abutted against a green belt, we had an infestation of roof rats that were able to climb up my downspout to access my roof and then chew a hole to gain entry into my attic area. Imagine my shock when I found out these critters had the wherewithal to do that. Once they were able to gain entry into my attic, of course, I was able to hear what could only be described as "rat frat party" going on in my attic until I could get an exterminator out to address the issue. The next thing I did was call Insulation Northwest because I had read such great reviews of the work that they performed. James Patterson came out the next day after I called the company and he inspected and provided me a very thorough and complete assessment of what needed to be done to remove and replace the insulation that had been contaminated. Mr. Patterson was very knowledgeable, polite and very professional with me and my wife and spent the time that was necessary to thoroughly answer all of our questions. He also provided a timeline on when the work would begin, how much time it would take to complete the project.

+ -1 moreThe first day they came out and they discovered they have the wrong materials. They were most apologetic. I heard from the owner of the company. They came back out the next day and did a fantastic job. They were very, very good and I have recommended them to others already.
Description of Work: They insulated the floor working in the crawlspace of my house. They basically put in heavy duty insulation throughout the 1,300 square-foot crawlspace.

+ -1 moreUnbelievably terrible experience with new construction. They failed inspections 4 times and finally passed on the 5th inspection. Did not show up as scheduled, tried shortcutting job, not to code, did not install product per bid, left a mess, etc, etc. Reinspections cost me over 4 weeks of construction delays. DO NOT USE this contractor!!!
