I used G&G services before and have always been more than pleased with their services. Yesterday had my maintenance done by Corbin. He was delightful, very knowledgeable and was able to do the work. I learned some and he replaced an old capacitator, that I knew was aging out. He did a great job! Corbin is definitely an asset to your company.

I could not be happier with my experience. G&G Heating gave me a quote detailing what work would be done and how long it would take to do it. They were professional and gave me options as far as models of the equipment to choose from and the price differences between them. After choosing what I wanted to have installed a date was set for installation. On the day of installation they showed up on time and they worked quickly and professionally. They answered all of my questions when I had them and gave me answers that I could understand and relate to. At the end of the first day of two to install they had cleaned up the work area and let me know when the would be out the next day to finish the job. When they finished installing the equipment they showed me how to work the thermostat and how to change the air filter. The work area was cleaner than when they arrived. I am impressed with the quality of work and how professional the experience was. I purchased a maintenance agreement to ensure proper care of the equipment installed, at a fair price, where they would come and ensure that things were working properly . I would highly recommend G&G Heating for any of your HVAC needs

It went well it was big job but the crew kept going until the job was done, we were not left without hot water for even a day. The job took over 4 days with 2 to 5 or 6 guys there everyday. so given the amount of effort required I thought fair price. Plus the equipment installed top notch.

The first repair didn't completely solve the problem but I don't blame G & G as the subsequent problem couldn't be found until the first problem was fixed.. I don't know how they would compare price wise to someone else but the $1500.00 price tag FELT like a lot.

Great till the heater went out again. They want me to wait 6 days without heat before the can even look at the system. Called another company they will be out today.

Would definitely recommend. Gary, who came out for the estimate, was very knowledgeable and Glenna in the office was very helpful with questions and setting up the installation.

Technician was prompt and courteous.   Maintenance was thorough and done in a timely manner.  Only issue of note was that when I tested the furnace an hour or so after the technician left my house it wouldn't come on.  Tech happened to still be in the neighborhood and returned within minutes of my call fixing the issue quickly and apologizing for the inconvenience.

They were wonderful from initial call to give an estimate and through the installation of the entire project.  Prompt, courteous, and extremely professional in all details.  Took a great deal of time to explain maintenance and detailed points of setting thermostats.  They were just great in all details!

The crew was on time and were very polite, professional and pleasant the whole time they were here. They worked steady and took a short lunch break, then came back and worked until the job was done. It was a very hot day and I remarked that I didn't know how they could work like that in this heat but they smiled and said they were getting used to it this summer. They kept me informed of their progress when I asked during the day, and answered all my questions. I can't think of anything at all that wasn't positive about the experience or about their work.

Installation was done as specified and in a professional manner.  We're very happy with the resulting system and expect to get at least another 20 years out of the new system.

G & G was professional, helpful, and informative from the first meeting providing me with a free estimate to the day heat pumps were installed.  The owner Gary presented a number of options and gave me time to think about what would work best for my situation and budget.  Workers were prompt and kept me informed of the progress throughout the day.  They were courteous, friendly, and clean. Their knowledge and skill installing the equipment was evident and reassuring.   It is important to get estimates from different businesses, just make sure that one of them includes G & G.  Ask around, I did.  Not only does G & G get excellent reviews on Angie's List and the BBB, but also through word of mouth.  They are highly regarded in the community, and I can see why.

They did an excellent job.  I was well informed about what I was purchasing and how it would work.  The price was higher than I had expected but to be honest, everything is more expensive than I expect these days, and I didn't get estimates from anyone else because I trust G&G Heating to do the best job, the right job, the first time - and that's just what they did.  They credited me with discounts and a substantial rebate and it was worth it!  

I first had G&G Heating do work for me thirty years ago and they did a great job then; every job since has also been great quality work with friendly and professional service.  Crew members know what they are doing and have always been reliable.  I really knew they cared about me as a customer when I was installing a new programmable thermostat by myself, and I didn't know what to do with one extra wire.  I called the office, they relayed my request to a technician who called within an hour.  He told me what to do and presto - it was done - at no charge!  It pays to be a regular customer with a great locally owned family business.

I thought the hissing sound was coming from the furnace. The G&G technician crawled under the house a found a leaking water pipe that was spraying a large volume of water. He quickly found us a reputable plumber to make the repair. The technician was very professional, resourceful and helpful. 
We have used G&G Heating on several occasions and have found all of the technicians to be friendly, professional, competent and responsive.
