Turned out nice. Process went fast. I am satisfied.

First things first our experience was one that we have never had before with a contractor. Seahawk Remodeling was the fourth bid that we had come out. We had put so much effort into having other contractors come out before we finally called Seahawk. (usually we only get two bids but it seems like all the other contractors that came out didn't click with us). We clicked with Seahawk right away. As a matter of fact we didn't even start talking about windows and siding for a half an hour after they showed up because my husband and the owner were too busy talking about a long motorcycle trip that he had just gotten back from. Needless to say we felt comfortable and my husband really liked the company. We ended up hiring them to do the work and everything went excellent. The windows we got were triple pane and extremely efficient. When the owner showed us the heat lamp and how efficient the glass is we knew that we wanted to go with that type of product. Once the windows finished then came the siding. We could only afford to do half the house because of the expensive price but it just looks sooooooo great we plan on doing the second half of the house next spring. we ended using the pre primed siding so I believe we paid about $10 per sq ft in the end installed. We had a excellent experience and have no complaints.

Homeowners association required more expensive shingle, just my luck. My sister had Seahawk Remodeling do her roof years ago and she was happy and hadn't experienced any problems. Almost exact price as my neighbors roof. New roof really improved overall look of the home and hasn't had any problems through these first few rains. Crews were clean and good to work with.

I enjoyed working with this contractor. Honest from the begininng and on time with work. Had some old metal windows swapped to energy efficient vinyl models. The trims were old and needed replacement. And some siding under windows had water damage so we fixed those too. The deck was worn out on top with good structure so we got just the top done with Trex brand.

They wanted to add a bunch of stuff and I didn't want to go beyond the purchase of the deal.

The roof took them only 3 days and the windows just 3 more days. I was surprised at the pace which they worked. The roof shingles they had in stock and so that portion happened first. The windows are all custom order so they took about a month to manufacture. The yard was tidy each day before they left and they had a big enough dumpster for us to put a few things in. We are impressed and will call them for our deck next year

The house was an investment property for 19 years and had been neglected. We decided to move in after retirement and before doing so wanted to address all the issues. We wanted to deal with only one contractor who could handle the whole job and so that eliminated a lot of bids. The pricing was similar to what we had paid for a similar rehab on a property in Portland. Seahawk was good with scheduling and the workers all worked hard did good work. We would hire them again and also recommend them to people who have multiple exterior projects, they did give us a good discount for doing more than one job.

All went well. Good company to work with.

I jumped into this deck job with only two bids. I was impressed with all the great reviews and felt good about pulling the trigger. The deck was to require permits which the company was able to coordinate without me doing anything. Once the work began I was immediately impressed with the attention to detail. This professionalism carried throughout the job. The crews worked back to back days Monday thru Friday until the job was complete. During the final inspection the Seattle city inspector told me that Seahawk Remodelings decks are consistently some of the best work he's ever seen. Needless to say the final inspection resulted in a pass and I am a satisfied customer.

Took a little while to get the permit Keven showed up on time - removed the old decking that was falling apart and cleaned the area before starting the new deck. He worked hard, measured several times and made sure everything was done right the first time. He kept a clean site throughout. Very pleased with the results. The deck looks wonderful. The inspector commented that it was a very professional job.

It seemed go well initially. I saw the "estimate" while it was being written. (Two persons showed up. One the contractor the other the actuary, I presume.) No formal quote was ever provided, even though the promise was made to forward via e-mail. Based upon the outcome, unless you are (a) close to their location and (b) they "like" you. Would never consider them nor would I recommend them to anyone who asked.

My first plan was to replace the deck surface only. After getting a couple of estimates and talking with Cameron and Nick, I realized that plan wasn't the best idea. The second plan was to re-use as much of the existing siding as possible but basically rebuild the deck to code. We had a couple of unexpected bumps but Cameron worked with me to get a final product that looks great and meets my needs. With proper permitting and drawings, the old composite deck was removed and a new one composed of trex and cedar railings was installed. I wasn't concerned about getting the work done quickly so it probably took a little longer than usual --but, again, I told Cameron there was no rush. When the finished deck didn't look quite the way I expected (due to not being able to re-use as much siding), Cameron was quick to agree and offered to do what was necessary to complete the job. I'm very happy with the finished deck and our local handyman said, "That new deck is very well built!" The deck is approx 300 sq feet--Seahawk's estimate for the job was comparable to other companies. Cameron responds quickly to texts so I suggest that as the best way to communicate with him.

Nick was very pleasant, professional and upfront about the distance, project and travel costs. So I have decided to go with someone closer to home.

WOW! What a great experience we had with these fellas. They were very nice and really gave me the feeling that they knew what they were talking about. They really put me at ease right from the beginning and I have to admit I decided that I was going to use them after about 20 minutes into the appointment. They did let me know up front that they were not going to be the cheapest price. Right there it should have scared me but again it just made me feel like the job was going to get done the right way the first time which is extremely important to me. The workers showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done until it was complete. everything that they said they would do during install happened. it turned out beautifully.

Siding was completed by said provider. They first showed up in a nice looking truck and they looked like very respectable young men so we hit it off with them right off the bat. Home had cedar shingles on it and we wanted to keep with the look of the style of the home so we went with a james hardie shingle for the low maintenence aspect. we paida addition $3700 to get the siding pre painted because it is harder to install and it is factory painted so we actually got a 15 year warranty on the finish so we were pleasantly surprised about that! All in all this is a great company to do business with and I would highly suggest them for the project.

The front porch looks great and the siding makes the house look a whole lot better. Thanks guys!

As with all retrofit projects, the skill of the worker counts greatly towards the finished product. The use of T-111 plywood siding in the northwest can often have problems, especially with the way the original builders do not prime the wood before painting. My house had a problem with the chimney area where the plywood had gotten wet and then dried out several times, leading to a buckling problem. The installer did a great job in removing the buckling problems without having to remove any panels. The new siding lays perfectly flat. The end result is very satisfying, and already the neighbors have commented positively on the improved appearance. Once the caulking dried, I was able to pressure wash and then start painting. I am very happy with their work, and would recommend them to anyone.

Seahawk sent me a very high estimate for the new construction, without any drawings, and moreso, without sizes, style or construction materials to be used . Even "Free Estimates" would be more detailed and the services performed to supply the free estimate would be a lot more comprehensive. The "Big Deal" was "$49 for a Custom Deck Design and Measurements with a $250 Credit". I expected at least a simple drawing of a new deck design showing shape and sizes with materials to be used, and with style of railings and posts being proposed. Very disappointing! Complete waste of my time and money. A total "rip-off".

They removed old decks completely got rid of all debris , kept work areas clean . They were on time every day and completed the job in one week. We would use them again they were friendly and easy to work with.

They were unable to replace current windows with similar type without a big increase in price. My windows have wood frames.

They were very polite. They were not able to replace my windows with the windows that I needed/currently have for this price.

right away. The representative anwsered my message in 24 hours and came to give an estimate the next day. When we agreed 2 days later, they said they thought it might be 3 to 4 weeks before schedule free for work to begin. However, in2 weeks they called and said, if willing, work could start at end of week. It was one contractor for all the actual work, including estimating supplies, securing them and all the building. Kevin always showed up on time and put in a solid 8 hours. He was always pucnctual, polite, easy to work with and kept us informed. He neatly cordoned his tools at the end of the day. At the end of the job he cleaned up everywhere he had been.The deck, railings and stairs are very strong, well made, and good to look at. We are very, very pleased with the finished project, the process and would definitely deal with this company again. We highly recommend them.

friendly, thorough consultation that resulted in an accurate estimate. offered the latest materials & had lots of good ideas to ensure the longevity & beauty of the addition. there was a snafu with the architect that necessitated a tear-down & restart but, because of good communication with the project manager & the builder, it was caught early & corrected at no cost to us. the end result is even better than we had expected. we would highly recommend seahawk to anyone looking to add a long lasting, well-built deck that will complement their home.
