This company did a brilliant job with my roof. I felt like they were straight up from the very beginning about how they did business. They told me they may not be the cheapest company out there but they will follow through on all of their promises and do my roof to perfection. There are a lot of things out there that I would not really want to go with the lowest price and my roof was definitely one of those times. I would rather pay a little more and make sure the job got done right. We went with a color suggestion from one of the Estimators and we are very pleased with how the color turned out.

The guys knocked the job out in around two weeks. Cost a lot of money but the house is big so its par for the course.

We hired them 9/3 and the job was done 2 months later on the dot. Fine gentlemen to work with.

I'm sorry for not writing a review sooner like I had promised. The experience I had was like everyone else, top notch, but not cheap. We had two Craigslist bids and the contractors seemed like clowns. The prices they gave were dirt cheap but one reeked of booze and the other was an hour late and seemed like a tool. I oddly met Nick from Seahawk at Safeway and he was wearing a Seahawk Remodeling shirt. I wasn't an Angies List member yet and he told me about who they were as far as being top rated contractor on Angies List. I had him come over that day and bid me. His price was Higher than the other two but Nick knew exactly what he was talking about and thoroughly explained the process to the point that I was comfortable signing up that day. Weird to meet someone at Safeway have them over to your house and write them a check for 15 large the same day based on website reviews. No regrets, the job went as promised and I am recommending them to my aunt who needs windows in Mount Vernon.

5 double sliding windows and an 8 foot sliding door. Install was clean and fast. Price did not exceed original quote.

The old boards were rotting and the railings were not secure. I was under the impression the the entire deck needed to be torn down and we'd have to start fresh. I was delighted when the estimator told me that the framing was in good shape and that I could just do a repair. The price was a lot less than anticipated and I was able to upgrade to composite materials and still be under my original budget. I am happy I chose this company. I don't know much about construction and they could have sold me a complete rebuild, I appreciated the honesty. The deck looks brand new, no one would ever know that it isn't brand new.

Wanted more natural light in my otherwise dark home. This was the estimators solution. I am happy with the quality of the door and install craftsmanship. I wish it would have been cheaper. I had the option to pay a lot less but I opted for the triple pane model. Winter will tell if it was worth the upgrade.

They quoted a price on the phone before they came out and it was pretty darn close. The deck is made of an exotic hardwood that required pre-drilling the boards before they were screwed in. I was given pricing options for Trex, standard cedar and Ipe. Because of the long life expectancy and rich look I chose Ipe. The deck came out wonderful. Not the cheapest company but they command a higher price because of their reputation with hardwood decking. I wanted to make sure my deck was built by a company who had a lot of experience with Ipe. If the price was 500$ lower I would have gave them all "A's"

Tore the old stuff off, fixed some rottin plywood and then hung all new Hardie boards.

The company did a fine job and the pricing was fair. Would recommend.

We first found Seahawk Remodeling Last summer at a home show and they were actually the ones that referred us to Angies List. Since then we have used them Multiple times as well as other contractors off this list. Since last summer Seahawk Remodeling has done our siding, windows and our roof. They first did our roof last summer and we hired them as a package deal this time for our windows and siding as we recently found out that it is a good idea to do these projects at the same time. Seahawk Remodeling lived up to the expectations they set with us last summer and we are extremely pleased with the work. In the last two years they have completely remodeled the exterior of my home with windows siding and a roof and every step of the way has been great.

This is not the first home I've replaced windows on so I knew what I wanted. I had Penguin brand windows in my old home and wanted the same ones here. This company took over as the dealer when Penguin went out of business and they sell the same windows. Triple paned with a very thick sturdy frame. Very nice windows. The estimate was faster than I expected and since I knew what i wanted I didn't have to look at different frames and go through the process of selection. The prices were presented to me within about 25 minutes and the bid was lower than what I had paid 10 years prior for the same product. The windows took a long time to manufacture, about a month, and then another week to get into the install schedule. The install quality is A+. This is a great deal on high end windows.

The price was right what we had expected. The windows function nicely and we can no loner feel the drafts. The house has a more even temperature throughout and we've also noticed a sizable drop in our energy bills. We are no longer as concerned with security when no one is home because the windows have high grade safety features. Our neighbors have complimented our decision to change the windows. We were one of the last houses in our neighborhood to switch. Id say one of the most impressive things about this service provider is the clean up and care they took to not be messy. Thanks

So we did windows and siding. Both jobs needed to be done and we were convinced it was best to do them together. Luckily we had just inherited some money and were able to afford both jobs. The house looks like it was just built. the company truly did a great job.

Pulled out our old deck and replaced with new one per engineers specs. Went fast and on budget

We were given so many options it made our head spin. 6 different roofing bids and everyone had their own preferences. With this company we chose the options we wanted and were able to piece together the roof that fit our budget best. That was the difference maker. If you want to customize your roof to the specs YOU want then try these guys.

I am very paranoid and skeptical about sales companies and the claims they make. I've had countless contractors knock on my door and harass me at home shows. This is the reason I joined Angies List. I didn't want high pressure contractors and I seem to attract them. The reviews on this company made me call them and it was a good experience finally. Estimator only told me what I needed to know, no long winded explanation of minutia. I had four main questions and the estimator answered correctly without hesitation. I was able to get a discount for volume because my project was large enough, that was enough to seal the deal. We shook on it and signed paperwork. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for my siding project to begin and another 2 weeks to finish. In exactly 7 weeks my job started and was finished 10 days later. All the guys worked hard and the foreman kept me up to speed with the progress.

I choose Seahawk Remodeling to put a new roof and siding on our home based on the great reviews and the quoted price was in the middle of the range I was expecting. -Estimator showed up on time and caulked a leaky window for free to stop a leak I had, the caulking color didn't match but it was the only tube he had in his truck. -Quoted a fair price while giving a few choices of optional materials and stuck to that price when the work was complete. -Did the job when we scheduled it for. Scheduling the actual work took longer than expected but the company could always be reached and has a good office staff. -Cleaned up well after the job.

Seahawk Remodeling replaced my rotton old deck with a new one from Trex. The deck building crew is a talented bunch and they built a more beautiful deck than I expected. My coworker reccomended them and they are also happy with this company.

After reading all the stellar reviews on here, I decided to hire Seahawk Remodeling. They were proffessional, always on time and the price they quoted was right in the middle of my other 5 bids. They answered all my questions and I felt comfortable signing contracts the first day with them. When the work was to start the crew showed up ready to work. They finished my roof in 4 consecutive days even tho the weather wasn't always great. They took 50% down and when the work was done and the yard was clean they took the second half. They put a sign in my yard and now they are doing the roof on a house around the corner. They stopped by to check on my roof and make sure I was still happy. I am.

Would do business with company again... Company is honest and reliable.

I am not impressed with their inspection or recommendations, they gave me a $30k estimate for all that needed to be changed and fixed. I couldn't believe my eyes. I have to say I am very impressed with their imagination! Just to give you an idea they told me all the gutters needed to be replaced and they quoted me approximately. $3k for that job alone. We got an estimate from another company and they told us everything was in a perfect shape only one of the gutters needed to be repaired/reattached and not even replaced and their quote was $125. I still cant wrap my head around their $30k estimate!! Wow, I don't think they are running a business they are running a scam!

We booked at the end of August and our roof was done by the beginning of September. Fast turn around and the roof hasn't leaked and looks very good. I don't know much else about roofing. Polite crew of men and they worked fast.

The deck is really really really nice. I was able to get a price quote over the phone since I live over an hour away and when it was all said and done that price was accurate. Took a while for the permits to come thru but that's not something Seahawk Remodeling is in control of. Totally worth going with a premium company!!!!

I live on an island only accessible by ferry, so the company decided it was not cost effective for them to come out to perform work for me. They were very gracious in providing me with advice and information about my project.
