It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine; it was good. It was an easy fix and they asked if I had anything else because there was still some time left. I showed them another problem. They said that I needed to replace the motion sensor. They said they would be fine to come out another time for an additional cost once I got the part. I didn't pay any extra for the deal.

Jeremy and his helper from Switch Electric installed a new breaker box and breakers and updated the electrical grounding in our older home to bring the system up to code. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were pleasant, professional, and skilled in completing the job efficiently. The guys also cleaned up the work area when they were finished. All in all, I feel they did an excellent job, so I am very pleased and would hire them again.

Guys were in an out. A part that they had ordered for the safety switch for the generator inlet was damaged, so they returned a few weeks later to install it. The guys were quick and efficient. They had to make and leave holes in the drywall to route the new wires, but cleaned everything up before leaving. A few of the holes were misplaced because of the location of the studs. That could have been a little better and I would have had to repair less drywall. All in all, it didn't add much to the repair effort.

First inspection quickly determined need for a replacement breaker box. Estimate time needed full day-for-1-person. Troublesome outlet was inspected & found to have char'd wires, outlet was replaced. Appointment for next visit was set, with clarifications upon how much 'stuff' needed to be moved to make work locations accessable. o New breaker will be 14+ x 16", so shelving needs to be removed to allow installation of larger breaker box. o Target location for 2 new outlets need to be freed of clutter to allow access. o Attic location, needed to pull-wires-from-breaker-side-of-the-garage to the-opposite-side, feed of misc. to allow acces for pulling wire as well as drooping wire thru header to output target location. Note Initial follow-on appointment was delayed to allow homeowner more time to move 'stuff'. 9/25/2013 09:00 Switch Electric folks arrived, Kory, electrician & helper, Patrick. Working together as a team, they complete the task in 1/2 day rather than the estimated full-day-for-one-person. Switches in breaker box were labled, with one member of the team in the house & the other member at the fuse box. Work area was swept-up & debris removed. 09/25/2013 11:45 Switch Electric persons departed.

It went well. They did a good job and were very neat and cleaned up when they finished. I had to have another contractor come in and do some sheetrock work afterwards but I was expecting that anyway.

He couldn't find the reason this was happening but didn't take much time to explain why. Found the fan in the bathroom needed replaced.

I am very impressed with Switch Electric. Kyle and his team are very responsive, puntual and professional. I will not hesitate to highly recommend this to any of my friends or anyone else for that matter.

Switch makes great use of technology--online appointment scheduling, email reminders and the bid was all done on the spot using a tablet rather than by hand. Bid was itemized and detailed with all current codes referenced. Bid was provided with the tax included, which is helpful. Bid was competitive with another contractor who was able to provide some additional services for lath & plaster repair without a 3rd party. I would highly recommend having them come do an estimate.

They were right on time, and the price was right. They were courteous, and they came in and fixed them right away. I have them coming back in a couple of weeks.

Everything ran smoothly and promptly from the moment I clicked the purchase button a couple of weeks ago until I waved good-bye to Kory and Jacob about 45 minutes ago. The appointment was available on our preferred date/time. We got an appointment confirmation plus a reminder the day before. The gentleman arrived right on time, swiftly assessed the situation, consulted about placement, and got the furniture covered before bringing in their tools/materials. I learned that I'd misunderstood one of the technical requirements in the offer BUT Kory honored it anyway, despite it upping the difficulty and time needed to do the work. In addition, we stupidly blocked access to the attic crawl area years ago so they had to resort to "fishing poles" to do the work. As a courtesy, Kory switched the wiring at the wall plate so the flip closest to the bathroom door actually operated the bathroom light and the one closest to the living room operated an overhead light outside the bathroom plus the new system. (Yes, it had been backwards since we moved in over 20 years ago. :) The fixtures fit the holes perfectly. Their clean-up left the area better than it was when they started. At the end I was satisfied enough to ask about having someone come do an estimate for rewiring our whole house (a combination of 1940's knob-n-tube plus some 1970's stuff.) I did not know that Kory was one of their estimators. We did a walk through and I am looking forward to receiving an estimate. Two thumbs up. I am a fair but not easy grader. Each part of the Switch Electric team had to do its job well to earn all the stars.

It went very well. He did exactly what he had to do and did not try to sell me into getting a new circuit panel. He gave me a warrantee on all the existing breakers. I was very pleased. I highly recommend Kory who did an excellent job.

My daughter was at home when they came. they were polite and professional. When they finish the job they left the area clean the way it was. We were very pleased with their services.

Work was beyond the scope of coupon purchased. Got little more than a rough diagnosis.

They put in an electrical panel and ran an electrical conduit as well as grounding some wires. They also connected an ethernet cable from the office to the living room. The total cost of the job ended up being around 6800. They were on time and did a great job.

We were able to easily schedule a free estimate online. At the estimate I met Kory Keezer and Tyler Keezer came back to complete the work at a later date. Both were punctual, friendly and very professional. They even reduced my final bill when one of the jobs was easier than anticipated at the estimate. That is the type of integrity you don't find everywhere, I would happily use them again in the future.

It went well. The deal I had purchased was for minor repairs. Installing another light fixture didn't qualify as a minor repair, but for, I think another $50, he did the work. He was fast, efficient and I am very happy with the results.
