My husband was not overjoyed with the service. They made a larger opening in the ceiling and it created work for him but that really was not their fault with the way our home is setup. I appreciated that they let me know what was going on and there were no surprises. They showed up on time as well.

They were great! They arrived on time. Replaced all the breakers as requested. At a very reasonable cost. This is the third or fourth time I've used "Switch". They've installed a chandelier, installed interior lights, and this most recent installation of new breaker. I would recommend. I'm in real estate so end up using a number of vendors for various job. This was on our own home and we called "Switch" and we're glad we did. Thanks

Switch Electric came out to fix a bathroom fan that a house inspector told us needed to be replaced. Switch Electric looked at it and told us that the fan was a good one and was actually working fine. He thought the house inspector may not have realized that the bath fan is also intermittently run by the furnace, and that may have accounted for the weak sound when the inspector checked it. Switch Electric said we didn't need a new fan and they wouldn't charge me for the visit! I was very happy and would definitely call them if I need anything in the future!

They have an excellent system for keeping in direct communication with their clients (via computer). I knew what to expect, and they followed through on all expectations to the letter. Very friendly and professional.

The provider called shortly after I purchased the coupon for this service. Mr. Kory originally made an appointment for October 31st, but upon finding out that my bathroom fan is installed in a wall, he told me the fan installation they were offering was a ceiling fan and I needed a different model which would be more expensive. He later e-mailed me the brand, model and total cost. I accepted the offer and we made another appointment for November 15. Mr. Kory and his assistant came yesterday in a timely manner. He installed the unit as well as a timer, which I decided to purchase. The cost of service mentioned above represents the total amount (including tax) for this service. Provider deducted from above amount the $249 coupon previously charged to my account and I paid him the balance of $341.98. Mr. Kory was very professional and did a very good job.

It went excellent and they work great.

Kory arrived on the appointment day, checked the situation in our bathroom, and explained what was needed to do the job. Because we would need an upgraded fan/light combo and new duct work, which would have doubled the price, we decided to postpone the job until we are ready to remodel that bathroom and/or the old fan we presently have stops working.

I was very pleased with the Switch Electric service person (Jeremy) he was very helpful. He spent time trying to find a fan that would fit into my opening without having to change my roof configuration. I will call Switch Electric in the future, for my electrical needs.

The electrician showed up on time, explained the installation details, was very professional, and was able to complete the job ina timely manner.

The provider from Switch Electric was very nice and professional. He felt that their type of fan would be difficult to install because our old house has lathe and plaster ceilings which could have sustained damage. That would have resulted in expensive repair work. He felt it was better that we not have them installed and that we, instead, get a refund.

Jeremy called to see if he could move up our appointment, which ended up even more convenient for us. He removed the almost 40 year old bathroom fan, and very quickly, quietly and cleanly installed a new one. He was very pleasant and professional, and although it was just installed this morning, the fan operates very well and quietly. We have already recommended this company to our daughter.

They came out and turned on the power after my basement flooded. They were very nice and timely. I would use them if I had a need.

It looks fine, they had to drill a large hole to put a new switch in which we had to get ithe wall repair and repainted the wall. Plus we were charge extra for putting in a switch instead of using te existing light switch. More money than I expected.

Great, it works well, doesn't wobble

The experience was great. They were excellent. I will actually commend that they were professional and everything was operated.

I purchased the Big Deal and then they informed me that they do not service my area. They list that they service most of King County but how can someone know exactly what they mean by that. Apparently Renton is excluded from that.

They were very nice. Contacted me promptly. Were on time and professional. I had purchased a big deal coupon for a new fan. When they came out and inspected our current fan- they were very helpful in explaining our different options. No pressure or up-selling. Worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Would not hesitate to call them for any future electrical needs.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out well. We paid a little more because they did some more work. They came exactly when they said they would, they did what they said they would. They brought me products that were a little less expensive, and they cleaned up great afterwards.

Very well. When we wanted light housings that matched what we already had, they ordered some for us and installed them after we picked them up and brought them to the house.

Installer was prompt, courteous, neat, competent and efficient. The purchased fan simply would not fit in the space available. He said that refunds are no problem with Angie's List, and if I purchase something from Switch Electric in the future, I will receive previous-customer pricing. I was disappointed that the product did not work for me, but I'm very pleased with the service and attitude of Switch Electric.

He arrived on time, did everything that I asked, and completed everything quickly. Ultimately, he did good work for a fair price, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.
