They were on time. Did a professional job.

We had a water leak in our kitchen over Memorial Day and when the water restoration folks hooked up their blowers, we blew a fuse. However, we couldn't get power back onto half our basement. I had used Switch for a fusebox replacement / generator outlet installation and we called them Tuesday. Ashley was able to get us an appointment for Friday and Brian came out, figured out the problem and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes. The price was reasonable and they did a great job. This is the second time we've had a good experience and we would definitely use them again!

The electrician came on time, removed my broken fan. Made a bigger whole on the ceiling to fit the new fan, cleaned up and the work was done within an hour. I was very impressed with the work. I have used their service for a bunch of other things at home after that.

Only problem that came up was after he tried to replace a switch, and the new switch(es) repeatedly were confused by furnace timer (which was defective). Once he realized this everything was fine.

They reached out to me after purchasing the Big Deal. They gave a good impression by responding promptly. I haven't gone over my ideas with them yet.

They were great and fixed the problem. I did not pay more than the big deal.

Switch Electric was friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. They suggested a cost-effective approach which was cosmetically better than what I originally asked them to do. I highly recommend Switch.

I bought the big deal for Comlete Breaker Box or Fuse box Update /Rewire including up to 20 new breakers for $229.00 from Switch Electric and set the date for 5/16/14. They called early that morning and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled time 2:30pm. I said sure and they were there @ about 10:00 am. (Perfect) The two young men looked at everything and determind that who ever put the electric panel in my house,had done a great job. No corrosion,rust,wiring looked good and recomended leaving everything the way it was. He asked if i had any problems with the breakers triping,i told him no, and he suggested just leaving everything the way it is.That in away, suprised me, not to try and sell me at least on new breakers.That alone, is one reason, i am writing this small review "HONESTY" that is hard to find anymore!Whenever i decide i need electrcal work again, Switch Electric will be the first call i make. Honesty goes a long way, more companies ought to try it. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Did a good job. Had one minor problem but came back and fixed it after the inspection.

Previously, we had extensive additional wiring inside & outside done by a contractor (no longer in business) whose license had expired and never had obtained a permit. Tyler arrived very promptly and spent a lot of time listening to what we needed done and looking at the previous work. He outined what needed to be done to bring the old work up to new codes to pass inspection and how they would accomplish it. The new additional interior outlet would not be a problem. He emailed the estimate the same day which we thought was very reasonable. Two of his electricians arrived on time the day the work started. Both were very courteous. They had to get into 2 separate attic spaces and a crawl space to complete the previous work. They made note of why some items had failed and of things that they observed while in the crawl space. I thought it was nice that they took the time to point these things out to me; it was certainly not required. They cleaned up everything so good that one couldn't tell they were there. Before leaving, they made an appointment to have the work inspected. The inspection went great and both Switch's own work and the work they did to finish the previous job passed with the inspector commenting how neatly Switch's work was done. We had purchased the bathroom fan special as one of our's was making a lot of noise. The guys got up in the attic before removing the old fan and discovered the new fan wouldn't fit because of a lack of space between the rafter and a sky light. But, they found out why the old fan was making noise and they fixed it. I think this shows the integrity of the people for not trying to fit a square peg in a round hole and keeping the solution simple. The money for the fan was credited to my bill. I've had the opportunity, through my work before I retired and through my family, to meet and observe the work of many contractors. Tyler and his crew rank with the best. I will recommend them to my friends and will have them install the radiant heat in our master bath when we do that remodel and any other project we might have.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List for an electrician for 8 hours for $399 + tax. Bryan was very efficient and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went well with them. They were good. I had no problems with them. They were on time and they did everything well. They were very professional and had no problems doing a little extra work. They were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed.

They initially came and gave an estimate. Unfortunately this deal does not fit for the work needing to be done. I am getting a refund from Angies List.

It was fine. The big deal was a little more restrictive, but their service was good. Outside the deal they were a little more expensive. I did not pay more than the deal.

They wired my in-floor heating, added additional circuits/outlets, installed floor outlet in my new hardwood, wired new dimmer switches, outside lighting, new GFI outlets, complicated gazebo lighting, new pump circuit for pond/water feature. All completed without any problems and done correctly. Amazing Company!!!

I purchased a Big Deal, and when the provider came he was very friendly, and actually informed me that my project was simple enough to do myself, and advised me to get a refund for my purchase.

Was great...the crew arrived on time...placed tarps on floor - quickly and efficiently removed and installed fans. Job competed in 30 mins!

They came out on time and were very polite. Upon seeing our situation we were told that we didn't need a new fan. We need a roofer to vent the fan we have and not a new fan. I appreciate Switch Electric's honesty.

It was okay. I was satisfied. The guy was competent. He ran out of things to do an hour or two at the end of the day. He charged $110 for an additional for the fixtures that were installed. He didn't come up with anything else that we needed that we didn't know we needed. He was polite. There was a long wait before they were able to take care of us. His pricing is reasonable.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The jobs turned out well. I could not be happier with the service. The price included the new High quality heat/light/vent, 3 smoke detectors, and new light for the bathroom. I am sorry for the late review. I will definitely use their services in the future. I had a blown outlet in my house for weeks and I did everything I could to avoid calling an electrician. After calling 3 different providers from Angie's List I ended up choosing Switch Electric because they were able to fit me in the same week I called. Jeremy from Switch Electric arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. As he fixed the problem he explained what happend and why the outlet blew. He also showed me what I could do in the futrue if this happens again. Thanks Switch Electirc!!

They messed up my original estimate appointment. The owner, Tyler, called to apologize and offer me a discount for my inconvenience. We rescheduled and Tyler gave me a very competitive estimate. Tyler came out today and did the work. On time, professional, and got the job done, including coming up with some creative ideas that I appreciated and agreed with. In the end, good customer service in response to an unfortunate start and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
