Great. The young man showed up right on time, was very polite and professional and finished everything I had planned in record time and asked for more.

Bryan arrived at the appointed time. He was courteous and professional. He completed the job in about 90 minutes, cleaned the area, and scheduled the electrical inspection.

We were hoping to have 2 ceiling fans installed. We discussed what options we had which were none installation or getting a refund.

This was interior only but it included all the circuits for Ovens, Dishwasher, Refer, Disposal, Cook Top, Microwave, and GFCI circuits for Kitchen. We had Recessed lighting in the Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room Along with ceiling fixtures for Chandeliers in the Dining Room and Entry. Wiring the Powder Room to code. A very complex wiring job with all the extras. They were fast and gave us everything we asked for in a very short time. Crew was flexible as it started with 2 and ended with 5 on the final day to get it all wrapped up. I have had them back for wiring the upstairs Bedrooms and now I'm on the schedule for completing the exterior wiring. I had originally planned on doing a lot of the wiring myself but was forced to step away due to illness. I am Very Happy with the work that has been performed.

They installed it in the pouring rain in pretty horrible conditions. They did a good job and the price was great.

I asked the installer if he would check the exhaust piping to insure the air would move unobstructed but he didn't want to look into it because he would have to go to the attic. This fan is not what I was told it would be.

No one called or e mailed to let me know they weren't coming I waited two weeks for this appointment for nothing. Very frustrated.

They are so good. They have the best customer service. Their prices are reasonable. They're professional, yet they're still friendly. If I had any kind of electrical issue or something I would add on to, I would definitely call them. I recommend people to call them and tell them what they need done. They'll get somebody out within a week to do it. I've even got it done the next day. If they have the time, they will definitely stop by and see what you're dealing with.

Jeremy and Riley did a great job. The work was completed within the estimated 5 days. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up every day. I was amazed that they only had to make one hole in my walls! I would highly recommend Switch Electric and will use them again to do additional outside electrical work. Regarding punctuality, Jeremy and Riley live far north of Seattle and got caught up in unusual amount of traffic a few days.

It went great. They didn't give me a ridiculous quote. They were responsive and didn't play any games. It was not too low, not too high, savvy with the pricing and they can size you up pretty well so they know you are a serious client. They came on time, they are highly efficient and incredibly automated. At the time the receptionist was new and the time I called her she seemed new. It's a small family operation.

Everything went wonderful with them. They were just pleasant guys.They got the job done and explained and answered my questions. They cleaned up afterwards.

I was very disappointed with them. They sent 2 kids out. I'm sure they were real electricians. They told me I didn't need a new box. They kind of got away with highway robbery I felt because they did do one thing that was far less work than putting in a new breaker box and never discussed refund or anything like that. I really thought I got ripped off by them. I kept telling that I expected more work out of them for $229 and these kids weren't about to give me any break.

Switch Electric was one of the 3 electrician companies I contacted for an estimate. All three responded in a timely manner. One only communicated with my via email, which was fine, but they wouldn't do an onsite estimate. However, they gave me enough information for self assessment, which resulted in about $275-$325 plus material cost, if needed. The second one came for an onsite estimate. However, they didn't bother to open the covers in the ceiling to see what's really needed for installation. Their estimate was $305 for labor, plus $108 for parts. Here's the thing. I don't know anything about ceiling fans. I wasn't even sure whether I would need the extension tube, in case the ceiling was too high. All I knew was that our house was brand new and it came with all the bells and whistles, which made wireless internet connection and TV hanging jobs a snap. Subsequently, I expected that we would need nothing extra to hang the celling fans. Tyler came onsite for the estimate. He brought his own ladder and opened both caps in the ceiling to determine whether the job would require additional parts. He even applogized for the little dust the fell from removing the caps. Later that day, I received an estimate of $272. No only their price was the lowest but also their attention to details was a big selling point to me. It gave me confidence in their estimate and professionalism. I would have chosen them even if their price was higher. On the installation day, Brian was the technician. It took him an hour and a half to install 2 fans without a hitch. As far as I can tell, he worked very efficiently. Both Tyler and Brian were on time and courteous. And the final bill was the same as the estimate, $272. No surprises! I would definitely use Switch Electric for future jobs.

As a second generation contractor with a degree in construction management and having worked all over the country I have a pretty firm grasp on how projects run. This project was pretty small in scope and was at our primary residence, I called Switch and they responded very promptly and were out the next day with an estimate. Tyler is wired right in with the web so electronic communication is quick. We agreed to the contact and the start date came, work proceeded quickly without real big speed bumps, but like most young, new companies things can get lost in the shuffle and they sometimes get a little ahead of themselves. All in all they did a good job and if needed I will call Tyler and gang again. My impression is that Switch is an up and coming electric company that has to gain some maturity to be really good, their personnel are young and small things get overlooked and a few callbacks may be needed. This will get corrected as they mature. Tyler is right on his game and I expect to see this company thrive. David and Gayle

Very difficult rewiring job on old house with lathe and plaster walls! Bryan and Aaron went out of their way to make as few holes in my old plaster walls as possible. Very pleasant and personable, timely, great to have around and great to work with. Came back after inspection and took care of little things inspector found, several of which had nothing to do with the job they had done. All completed without complaint. They did great clean up after too. Would definitely recommend and will use for any future electrical needs.

Switch Electric arrived on time. They sent two electricians and together they located the trouble and rewired the outlets in much less time then I expected. They solved our electrical problem on the first try. I will and have recommended them to friends and family.

One of our guest bathrooms had a fan that was ancient and barely working. Switch Electric replaced it with a much more powerful fan and more esthetically pleasing cover. Now runs quiet yet sucks out the moisture and "clears the air" very quickly. Would use again.

The electrician was prompt and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done to make the switch of our hall light to a smaller fixture. He also installed a new dimer for the switch as well. He took his time, cleaned up the mess and made sure we knew how to use the light.
