S and A Home Maintenance and Repair Trustworthy - honest and fair! Scott and Andrea are great people. A good team. Scotts very skilled and experienced. That is what has shown up every time I have gladly hired them. They have repaired and rebuilt my deck. Remodeled my fence/multiple gates and created a storage area to conceal my refuge bins and wheelbarrows. That doesnt sound like much, but this was all done to blend with the 18 year-old existing. This (his work) made it look like it was always there and that way! That is what I wanted. That is what he delivered. This was on top of a brand new concrete slab (Not his doing) that was off from being perfect by enough to require his skills to make it look straight and right (it wasnt). He did that beautifully! He also has done work for me such as: building a generator storage shed (with a shingled roof) to match the house and its new roof shingles, mount safety bollards, wheel stops for my boat and multiple fence support posts and post brackets all to the new concrete. He has also removed and replaced my master bath toilet. His work and diverse skill levels are fabulous! I noticed a review that implied issues at one point. I spoke with Scott and Andrea over the phone about what happened to my fence and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Got the quote. They gave me a day and time that they would be out and stuck to it! I showed up from work and the fence was done! Great job!! I will most definitely call them again if needed for home repairs or upgrades!! Thanks!!

Scott and Andrea were very flexible when we had to change the project start date several times. They worked well with our neighbors who share this fence with us. They also had several innovative ideas during the installation that helped us get the desired results. S&A showed ownership in the project, as if they were building their own fence. We will use them again for upcoming projects.

We had our old deck replaced since we are preparing to sale our house. The deck and front porch are beautiful and will be a plus for reselling. For most of the days it was pouring rain as they worked on the deck/front porch.

We asked S&A to start a small project, an RV fence damaged in a windstorm. They completed the work on time and within our budget. Great quality. We then added another project - a 10x8 deck on the back of our home which was dilapidated. They completed the work per our specifications and even made our stairs wider - great innovation. It looks great and is very sturdy! So we added the most challenging project - a bathroom remodel, which included installing a neo-angle shower, new flooring, decorative tile, new toilet, re-texturing the walls, painting and wainscoting. The shower install required jack-hammering the foundation to relocate the drain. Very challenging!! In each of the projects Scott and Andrea demonstrated absolute professionalism, made excellent suggestions and worked within our budget. Our bathroom looks fantastic. These folks are personable, on-time, and quality conscious. I have one more project and would recommend them to anyone!

Not sure who the last person was who wrote their review but they could not have been so wrong about S&A I have not worked with a more professional and hard working team in a long time. This company is a disaster. I've never seen a carpenter who doesn't wear a toolbelt. The windows were the wrong size and he had to cut the complete jams out of the windows and rebuild then using stock that I had. He used at least $1000 worth of gorgeous lumber that he cut over and over and over again because he kept cutting at the wrong size. He smokes like a chimney. He forgot to silicone The windows and had to take the first one out completely in order to silicone it in place. If you do hire him you have to look over his shoulder during all the work.
