Alfredo came ouit and gave his quote (i recevied multiple quotes). He scheduled about 2 weeks ahead and executed on schedule. No complaints. I would recommend to others and will use again.

Great - Alfredo was prompt, gave a reasonable estimate. His crew does a great job from start to finish. I was going to use him just while we were on vacation, but they do such a great job we decided to have them come every week.

Alfredo was prompt in showing up to give a quote and did a superb job. His prices were affordable and he and his crew were polite and professional. They were excellent in cleaning up the mess when they were finished the job.

Alfredo gave me a rough estimate over the phone when I described what I needed to have done. He showed up on time as promised and worked with two men to complete all the tasks we had discussed. He did extra clean up work - edged a bed that I have wanted to have done since I moved in (5 years ago) and cleared my driveway of moss, raked my flower beds free of leaves, and cleaned up leaves and twigs brought down in the January storm.The main job was to fill in many large holes dug by my daughter's dogs - it was done beautifully. The job cost a bit more than expected because they stayed longer than planned (probably to make it worthwhile to travel to Lacey from Woodinville.) But the work was well done and necessary, so I did not begrudge the cost.

I have a small front yard that suffered from bad drainage and lack of adequate good topsoil. I phoned Alfredo on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. He listened to my problem and gave his recommendation for the best solution which made more sense than what I had envisioned. He provided a very competitive bid so I had him do the work, which we scheduled for the following Tuesday. and he finished in two days Halfway through the job, I decided to also have him bring in some bark for the borders. I am very pleased with the results. The yard looks great, the low spot is gone, and I expect the drainage will be very good as well. Alfredo is very pleasant to work with and his crew does their work in a very professional manner, and do a great job of cleaning up when they're done.

The crew did a very good job and as agreed upon in the estimate. Alfredo captures everything discussed during the estimating process. They also hauled some extra branches I trimmed to the brush pile for me. They were punctual and hard working. They even endured an unknown bees nest in the backyard! Very pleasant and easy to work with. I will be calling on them in the future.

I called and asked for a visit to get a quote and Alfredo showed up that night. We walked around the yard and went over the services I was interested in and he suggested some additional things that would help improve the look of the landscaping. He was very friendly and professional and I decided to have him do the work. Two days later he was there with two additional workers. They weeded my beds, removed old sick plants, rebuilt a rock retaining wall, put down a new weed barrier in the beds, put new bark down, edged the lawn and pressure washed the house. They were there most of the day and did a great job. It was amazing to see how nice everything looked after it was all done.

Alfredo came and gave me an estimate on Wednesday and showed up on Friday, as promised, at 9:00. There were five workers that worked for four hours. They weeded every flower bed and around some vegetables, dug out plants and shrubs that didn't winter over and dumped all of the weeds where I directed them to. Overall they did an excellent job except for stepping on and crushing some of our onion plants. They took the time to pull the weeds instead of just cutting them off at dirt level as some have done in the past. We were very pleased with the work they did and will bring them back again. Alfredo is an exceptionally nice man and easy to work with.

Make sure to get a written estimate including tax. I was suprised when my quote went up by $50 for "tax" which was never discussed in the orginal estimate. They did good work, and overall our yard looks much better, but I don't like suprises that make me feel like things changed after we made a deal.

It was a pretty good experience. I left them a message to call me back. They did that and set up a time. They showed up on time to give me a quote. They also showed up and did the work as promised in the timeframe that we had talked about. Their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge were all very good. I had asked them for a continued service, but I did not see any follow through there. That was the only thing that wasn't good. I did not call them back or anything. They were supposed to do it on a monthly basis and provide me with a drop-in invoice outside my door. That did not happen.

Alfredo and his crew work very fast and efficiently. They are careful with existing plants, and do extra clean up touches without being asked.

This was a one-time thing that I set up with them. They did a good job to my satisfaction. Their pricing was fairly competitive. I had actually set up for them to come back every month to do some work and they haven't come back. I also called them to provide me with an estimate for some fencing work and they didn't follow through on that. I would consider using them in the future.

First of all, they do not have a website or e-mail address, so the only way to contact them is by phone, which would be OK if this was the 80's. They also do not accept credit cards, so I have to write a personal check, address, stamp and mail an envelope, which is a bit inconvenient. They're the only bill I pay by mailing in a check. More on that later. The job they do is just OK. At my old house last year, I had a high school kid doing my yard for the same price who did a nicer job. They tend to not cut the grass short enough, so a week after they are here, it's already overgrown with another week before they come around again. When I first hired them, Alfredo said they would come cut the grass every couple of weeks, then every week as needed. They started out that way, but somewhere along they line they just started showing every two weeks. Another minor annoyance is, although they show up on the day they are supposed to, they can show up any time during a 12 hour period. At first they would show right at 10AM.. then the next week (or two) they would show at 8PM... then the next time, 8AM. We have a long driveway with no way to get around their trucks without having them move them for us, so in our case, it's very inconvenient not knowing when they are going to show. Not to mention we have dogs that we have to lock inside when the gardeners are here, so we are basically listening for the sound of lawnmowers all day in order to round the (non-vicious but barking) dogs up in time. One last issue I have is with their billing. As I mentioned, they do not accept credit cards, so we wait for an invoice. The thing is, when an invoice will show is anybody's guess. At first we received an invoice in the mail every 2 weeks or so, but since then, we receive one huge invoice every two or even three months! I know I could and should just call to solve these issues, but it's a matter of convenience (and being lazy, which is why I am hiring people to cut my grass). If you don't mind using the phone to call your gardener all the time, and explaining to him, over a bad connection, who you are, where you live, and what your issue is, I guess this wouldn't be a problem. My overall grade for them would probably be a C- or a D. It would be an F, but they have never done something unforgivable like not showing up or mowing over one of my dogs or destroying my property somehow. Plus, Alfredo was friendly enough, and they also they did a good job cleaning my gutters (although a little high priced, I thought!).

They did great. They came in, had a good price, were able to do it within the next week, and did a good job.

The project went great and I would definitely use them again. I was impressed how quickly they got our job scheduled in and got it done. They were there when they said they would be and they did nice quality work.

Alfredo and his crew arrived at 9:30 am and worked for six hours on this project: Thatching and removing old grass and moss; rototilling; bringing in 20 cubic yards of topsoil, rototilling again and leveling it in prepartion for hydroseeding. The yard looks brand new! Alfredo is prompt in returning calls and arriving when he says he will be there. He is knowledgable and answers all questions. His team is professional, courterous, and hard workers. I plan to hire this company to do more work on my front and side yards and then use him on a regular basis for maintenance.

I have no complaints or praise for the company.

His prices were very reasonable. I'm very happy with the results. He was willing to work around my beehives, which made him stand out in my mind.

I'm getting ready to sell my house and I needed some landscaping done. Alfredo came out for an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. The crew re-graded part of my front yard and sodded some areas. They spread topsoil in the back yard to cover up some holes where I had removed hardscaping. They spread mulch around, pulled weeds, generally cleaned up, and removed a small tree.

The work overall was very good. Only one ornamental tree was not pruned properly. The relocation of the large shrubs was done carefully and very successfully. The workers took time to make sure they were watered in properly after transplanting. The yard clean up was a lot of work and the three men worked relentlessly. It turned out to be a 10 hour job with me working right along side of them all day.

They did a fabulous job and created a beautiful yard with concrete paving stones, French drain and regraded the lawn and replaced it with sod. They completed this extensive job in 3 days. The crew was professional and they cleaned up their mess.
