We are repeat customers, after a positive experience with an exterior painting job last summer. Stuart and his crew were cooperative with our schedule as well as the schedule of other contractors, and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure our paint job was to our satisfaction. Stuart is easy to work with. I especially want to commend George, he is hard working and precise.

Summit's crew did a great job repairing/painting all of the spots I pointed out. They also touched up areas that I hadn't mentioned in order for the painting to blend in better with the original paint which gave the job a much better overall finish. In addition, they were kind enough to point out a small leak in the kitchen sink hose that I would not have noticed otherwise. This saved me a BIG headache from the housing inspection!

Stuart was prompt and thorough when he arrived to survey my project and make careful note of what I wanted. He suggested I get some samples and try them on a small section of old paint to determine color choice. The bid was in my hands within two days. I had other bids, but Summit came out number one. They were able to schedule within a couple of weeks, fine with me after 16 years living with the old. I was delighted when Stuart asked if I would mind a delay of three days starting because I was not finished packing all my stuff to get it out of the way. On the new scheduled date the crew arrived on time, and they worked very hard for 4 1/2 days. I cannot say enough about their efficiency and accommodations to me. When the job was finished on the planned day, my home was tidied up and so much nicer to look at! In particular I want to compliment the excellent foreman, George. He kept me involved in the project and I knew I could always count on him no matter what strange request I had! This is a trustworthy and skilled team of house painters and as soon as I have another project, I'll call them again.

Stuart arrived early the day I met him at our condo to let him in. He was very friendly and professional, and he worked very quickly and efficiently to complete the paint job. His work was accurate and he continued to have great communication throughout the process! and he has a newborn on top of it all! We'd definitely hire him again.

We had a great experience. The rate was very competitive, and we were able to schedule to have the work done soon after contacting them. It was a small job, but they got the work done quickly and the room looks great. Stuart was very responsive to questions and any messages, and the team was very neat in our home.

My wife and I decided we needed a fresh coat of paint for the interior of our home which included the ceilings. If I had to do it myself it would never get done and the lines wouldn't look good. I called at least 5 different painters off of Angie"s list. 2 out of the 5 called back and Summit painting was the only one who was willing to come out. Stuart showed up on time. He was very polite and professional and gave me a quote at the end of our meeting. I compared prices with several of my neighbors and Stuart came in a lot less. Angie's list reviews were very positive so I went with him. His crew showed up early all three days. When does that ever happen? Anyway, George who is the foreman runs a very good crew (Juan ,Donnie ,and Rudy). They are all very respectful of you and your house which is nice because when painters come in they pretty much take over your entire living area. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did and they did it all on time with a smile. I kinda miss the back and forth banter they had with each other. You can tell these guys get along well and were generally happy working for Stuart. George indicated Stuart pays attention to detail so they want to do it right the first time. The quality of the work was outstanding. Watching them do the ceilings made think I made the right decision. Back breaking work. Every line was perfect. How do they do that freehand? Stuart and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the staff that were onsite. The staff was very proficient and always polite. Once they started they returned each day until the task was complete. When they were done there was nothing left behind except a little extra paint. Even though I called them late in the season they were able to fit me in their schedule and I'm glad I decided to go with this company.

Do yourself a favor and call Summit Painting. I am a homeowner who has used contractors for many years. Having owned my own business, I think I am quite demanding and expect professional, quality workmanship at a fair market price. I very seldom write a review ? but Stuart Reinsche, the owner of Summit Painting, is truly an exceptional painting contractor. His knowledge of the processes, products (even down to the chemical structure) that are needed to achieve what each project requires was unique. He listened to my objectives and gave me alternative approaches. His attention to his client is unique. Flawless customer service: always available, consistently prompt, kept me informed, took excessive care with my furniture, and always left the job-site looking even better than when he arrived. His estimate was fair; not the least expensive but considerably below many of the other bids. I was concerned, though, because his bid outlined more steps in the project than other contractors. I researched the products he proposed to use and found they were higher quality and more costly than the contractors who came in with higher estimates. Yet, Stuart did exactly what he said. Even when he encountered a problem with holes that had been puttied (would not accept stain), he took care of the problem and didn't even ask to change his bid. It was his attention to detail that impressed me the most. He made sure that the stain was evenly applied; even the edge of the plank where it abuts the next, were all hand brushed with stain for total wood protection. Bottom-line: Summit Painting is a contractor you can totally trust. I simply got the highest-quality, best service, for an incredibly reasonable price. Without any reservations, I sincerely recommend Summit Painting and I'm so pleased I have finally found the best!

Stuart was amazing right from the start. He took the time to walk around our home and explain the different products and techniques. He was also more than willing to answer any and all questions that we had. I was concerned about my plants and the condition of my yard both during and after the painting, and he assured me that they would take the time to both set up and clean up carefully to make sure that no plants were damaged and that everything would look great after the team left. Stuart followed through on this promise and great attention was given to every detail of the job ~ from respectfully watching out for my plants during setup, to making our house look Awesome, all the way down to the final clean up. Everything was meticulously completed. We requested an earlier start date and, even though we were farther down in the queue (and scheduled to start almost a month later), he went "above and beyond" to start and complete our home before our son moved back from overseas for the summer. Not only did Stuart complete our house before our son arrived, he and his team from Summit Painting NW did a Fantastic Job! We are extremely particular about every little detail and we came away incredibly satisfied. Partway through the job, we realized that the people at Summit Painting are very professional and give at least as much attention to detail as we do. In a "nutshell", 1. If we had to have our house painted all over again, we would definitely go with Stuart and the team at Summit Painting 2. When it's time to have our interior repainted, we will go with these folks, & 3. We have already (and will continue) to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They did this in a timely manner and on schedule, in fact a little early. Stuart followed up a couple of times prior to starting the job. I appreciated not having to worry whether they going to be there when they said or not. It also saved me having to follow up with him on his schedule. There were items where I wanted extra work done and it wasn't an issue. I was advised not to stain some new fence work for a few more months which was solid advice. My deck needed some extra care. Others that quoted on the job were hesitant to take the extra time deal with it. Stuart did all the deck work personally; cleaning, restraining and even taking time to sand the boards himself. Price wise Stuart was very competitive. I would not hesitate to use him again.

This what I liked about Summit Painting: -The contract was detailed. No deposit required to schedule the job. -They started on time, as scheduled, and ended earlier than I expected (they had 3, sometimes 4, guys working) -The painting crew was friendly and professional. They did not come into the house except when they had to (to paint the front door). I asked if they needed anything,and they said ice (because it was hot outside), which was no problem. -The painting crew seemed happy (which did not happen with the last painting company I hired--one of the crew quit while working on my job) -The crew told me their job was to make me happy, and that they would stay for as long as needed to make me happy. -Their prices were competitive with the other 3 bids I asked for. Stuart threw in free pressure washing of our deck and patio. -Whatever issues we had--in our case, how the house numbers were put back up--they were addressed quickly What I didn't like about Summit Painting: Nothing.

Stuart was excellent. He said what he was going to do and then did it. I especially appreciated his communication with me when the weather didn't cooperate. I highly recommend his services.

.When Stuart came out to give the estimate last June, he was friendly, informative, and took time to address all my concerns. We exchanged emails over the summer and he was professional and prompt in his replies. He and his men showed up on time to start working. They were efficient, considerate of my dogs, and happy to follow my wishes on exactly where to paint the trim. They cleaned up the yard after each day, and took great care to protect the landscaping. They were careful in cleaning and sealing the house, and meticulous in painting. My house looks terrific! I couldn't be happier. I've had painters before, and these guys are head and shoulders above.

Stuart and his guys did an awesome job on my house painting. He did what he promised, when he promised it, and came in on budget and on time. Their cleanup was immaculate, and my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived! Stuart was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to last minute changes in plan. I would definitely use him and his crew again for any painting job!

Loved it~ Stuart was great, fit us into his busy schedule and arrived on time. Pressure washed, then even cleaned up edges of deck, then came back a week later and stained everything Prompt, thorough, personable, we will definitely use them again. He showed us how to add another coat before winter, on deck railings... We liked his professionalism, and were so happy to meet someone who honestly cared that we were happy with the work he did. I've already given his name to someone else who is interested in having a deck done. Five stars to Summit Painting, LLC. :)

Excellent experience from start to finish! I contacted Summit Painting regarding exterior painting of my home and the owner Stuart was able to make it out for an estimate within a couple of days. Stuart was very professional and described every step of the process that would be involved. My wife and I had quite a few questions and he was more than happy to answer each one. After discussing the price, we decided to go forward with scheduling the work. Stuart gave me a date that the work would begin and he stuck to that date. The pressure washing of the home took place first and a week or so later the actual prep and painting began. Every step of the way I was amazed by the attention to detail that was put into the work. I was in contact with Stuart's crew each day and I can't say enough good things about them. Each time that I had a question or request it was met with a polite and professional response. At the end of each day, they cleaned up around the home and left the place looking great. Most importantly, the quality of the work they did was amazing. I walked around the home about a dozen times to look things over when they were finished and couldn't be happier! I'd recommend Summit Painting to anyone interested in a great customer service experience and a top notch painting job!

They came a week earlier to do the prep (clean up) and then mid July they did the painting. They did a great job! The were courteous, on time and did a thorough job. They used rollers instead of the paint spary and they did not mess up the yellow house back drop. I'm very pleased with their work!

Contacted the contractor early to assure good weather in June or July for painting, Provided a great walk-around estimated of the home and the work, bid was revised upward after the pressuring washing to reflect need for priming unanticipated areas. Workman took a full week to complete the work, always left the site clean and accessible to the interior. Had some difficulty re-installing the exterior doors after removal for painting.

Summit was VERY flexible in scheduling the project so I got the most value for the painters time. We (homeowners) removed the old wallpaper and washed off the old glue, then the pros came in to prime the walls, texture, then paint the two bathrooms. Both bathrooms turned out looking very nice.

They were excellent. They were also clean and professional. Two painters came. They are top notch.

Stuart's bid and description of the project were very accurate. We had an aggressive timeline and he was very frank regarding what would have to happen to meet the deadline. His entire crew were very friendly, professional and did great quality work. This was a large project, 3000 sq ft house with two levels, 2/3 acre of fencing and shed. The crew was efficient and did their best to not damage flower beds surrounding the house. Stuart took time to explain the various paint products we could use on the structures and his estimates for paint quantity was right on. Throughout the entire project (approx two weeks from start to finish) Stuart communicated schedules etc. His crew showed up on time each day and were always receptive to questions or comments we had. Would recommend Summit to anyone requiring professional painting.

Stuart and his team were prompt, reliable, and very professional. They arrived on time, did a great job on the prep work and painting, and when they were done they cleaned up so well you would never know they'd been there. They were also careful not to let any of our animals out.

I bought Stuart's 499 coupon through Angie's list knowing (hoping) we would be buying a home before the expiration date. I loved working with him last time and wanted to work with him again. Thankfully we did actually find and buy a house! Stuart was very accommodating even though our sale date was pushed back twice. That and the house is in Carnation - dirt roads Carnation. The entire house is 5,400 sqft, with a total of 5 bedrooms, an office, a sitting room, living room, dining room and kitchen. We chose an interior color and then one for the master bedroom, 3 colors for 3 of the bedrooms and a color for the dining room. He also painted all the ceilings. All in all it was a HUGE task that Stuart did with amazing skill and precision. The project was started on March 10th and finished by March 17th. There was no painted done over the weekend - which was fine by me. My opinion of Stuart has become even more respectful and I have a great admiration for the work that he does. He took my house, which was simply average, with boring tan walls and turned it into a home with beautiful color. No out of place lines or specs for me to dwell on, just beautiful color. Thank you Stuart. You were great the first time; you were incredible this time.

This crew was excellent. Stuart (the owner) was very polite and professional when he came out to give me a quote. I decided last minute after all the quotes were in and Stuart was able to accommodate me AND finish the job a little early. Stuart kept me in informed throughout the process and made sure I was aware of timeframes. He and his crew kept my house tidy while they were working so I could still be there and every night before they left everything was perfectly clean. Summit Painting's quote came in by far the lowest out of the other 3 I had, which made me a little nervous to go with the cheapest. However, the quality of the paint and trim was above my expectation. I will be using Summit Painting for the rest of the paint and trim on my house.

I hired them because I saw what great work they did painting the exterior of our neighbors house last Summer (and our neighbors couldn't say enough good things about them either). Great communication, timeliness, and attention to detail. They definitely go the extra mile. Can't imagine using anyone else for any future painting.
