Scheduling was easy and the cleaner was punctual and did the work as expected.

Olga was very thorough and was very polite. I was at home when she was cleaning and she would ask me any questions she had and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work she did. She was able to finish all areas of the house I requested be cleaned and did a great job.

Unfortunately Olga are not working any more with this company, she was the best in this company, really hard worker, she have time always for cleaning house, playing with dogs and kids, she cleaned my house for more then 6 mounts . Olga arrived early for my scheduled 8a-11am appt. I work fr home and was able to see right away she was exactly who I was hoping for so I then purchased another 3 hr special fr Angies List. My home needed some major attention before my hip replacement in about 10 days. I have been worrying about this for weeks! I have such peace of mind now. Olga was wonderful. She was so conscientious, polite and kind. She takes great pride in what she does and she should. I will call again after my surgery and ask for her again. A great experience! FYI-Example:She unloaded and loaded my dishwaher and cleaned my microwave..Above and beyond what I could have expected!! Oh my goodness!!

Olga asked what I wanted and did everything on the list. It was 80.00 for two hours, which seems a little expensive to me, but this is the first time I have ever had someone clean so I might be ignorant of the going rate. Olga worked hard all two hours and did a nice job.

I purchased this service on Aug. 17th. My suggested dates to schedule service is Aug19 - 21. I left the house address and tenant's name and phone number. On Aug 22, my tenant told me that he didn't received any phone call from Tina's Helping Hands to schedule the service. I called Tina and explained the situation. She promised that she will call my tenant on Aug 22. On Aug 26, my tenant told me that he didn't received any phone call from Tina. His wife called Tina several times and left 2 voice message to Tina but no response. Yesterday afternoon and this morning, I called Tina and left 2 voice message but no response either.

No-show. Paid for the services over Angie's List, made the appointment over Angie's List. Nobody ever showed up. I suspect fraud. Called the number on Angie's List and could only get voice mail. Looked them up on Google and there is not much to find, but there was a different number that goes to the Avian & Exotic Animal Hospital in Bothell, WA. I don't think Tina's Helping Hands actually exists. Address listed is an apartment.

Olga was the person to do the cleaning. I left the list of things to do and all went great. Will use the service provided again.

It was pretty good. I think they did a good service. They cleaned 4 to 5 rooms with a kitchen and bathroom. There was one person that came to do the job. It took her 2 or 3 hours to finish. It was up to expectation.

The cleaner ran into Seattle's terrible awful no-good very bad traffic this morning, so was about 45 min late for the appointment, however, given the state of the traffic around here, I'm inclined to say it was really not her fault. You have NO idea any longer how long it is going to take to get somewhere, so I think we all just need to be reasonable about it. Having said that, she showed up, went to work and did an absolutely fabulous job. I have had two knee replacement surgeries in the last year, and I can tell you, cleaning has been the LAST thing on my to do list, so my condo was really a mess, and desperate for a through cleaning. Olga was amazing. Everything just shines. The bathrooms and the kitchen are especially gorgeous. And it smells *great* in here. I'm so glad I called and booked this service, and while I am usually able to do my own cleaning, should I cleaning service again, I will call this company in a heartbeat.

Everything went well... I had already moved out all of my furniture to a new property, and just needed the place cleaned so I could get back my deposit. The cleaner turned up on time, and everything was sparkly clean by the time I got home.

The areas that were cleaned were good. However, she could not finish all areas as we had discussed. Infact she ran out of time for the entire ground floor vacuum. Needs better time management. I had to finish up on that stuff after she left. I had to re-schedule 3 times as the cleaner had car problems. But the agency called me in advance to re-schedule and worked with me on getting a suitable slot.

The service went as expected, no issues.

Olga did a great job and worked very hard. My bathroom was very dirty and had lots of hard water stains from three years of inattention. She washed the window, cleaned out my vanity, and mopped the floor also. I now have a chocolate colored tub and sink that look fantastic! Thanks so much!

The house was empty, so it was a small job. All cleaning was done appropriately.

The girl who cleaned my house,did a very low quality service, by their reviews on Angie's list I expected a good service.. i am very disappointed, after she left, my floor was steel dirty,and she did't dust the blinds and baseboards,I wouldn't recommend them!

The first appointment didn't go well, because the cleaner got lost, and then her car broke down, so she never made it to my home. But Tina offered to reschedule and also to add 30 mins for free as compensation for not showing up the first time. The second appointment went smoothly. She cleaned for 3.5 hours and met all the expectations that I had written down on a checklist.

It was great until I took a closer look.. Toilet missed in the powder room, hardwood floors not mopped, shower doors still spots, some dusting missed and laundry room not mopped. I left an email stating some things had been missed. I would like them to be corrected and then I would continue the cleanings every two weeks. I emailed and called with no response. I was very disappointed because Olga did a great job but missed some major things. No response from Christina. They missed out on a reliable client.

It went well. They did a good job. I thought it was well worth it but to come back after that she wanted like double the amount so I find people for less. I didn't have her back because her boss wanted double.

The company contacted me promptly and was able to schedule a time that fit in my schedule. Olga showed up early and was great about going through everything I needed done. She did a great job.
