We have used two other housecleaning companies in the past and Tina's Helping Hands is far superior. They provide excellent house cleaning for a reasonable price. Cristina is easy to communicate with, sends a reminder a few days prior and quickly follows up on any questions. They easily accommodated our request for a monthly weekend cleaning and show up on time.

They came exactly on time, worked hard and I was extremely pleased with how much we got done- house was beautiful for the party- whew!

I got a call back from Cristina right away and was able to schedule an appointment to clean my apartment that I'm moving into. My new apartment needed a good dusting, washing, and thorough cleansing since it hasn't been lived-in in several months. I was actually feeling uncertain if I even liked the apartment, but after Karina cleaned it, it was impeccable and smelled extremely pleasant, and I didn't even want to leave (which is how I felt before it was cleaned). Karina was nice and we had a friendly chat. I'm definitely hiring this company again!

They had a minimum. The timing of using them became really challenging and how much they wanted to charge just didn't work for me. One of the challenges was they just get a minimum time commitment. It didn't really work out very well in terms of how long it will take them to clean and what the overall was. They should have better pricing schemes and better cleaning overall.

It was wonderful and I was very pleased with all that my worker did.

Excellent. This is the third time I have used this service, and I'll definitely use them again. The ladies who do the work show up on time, and they do a through job. I don't use housecleaning services very often, about once every two months, and then it's just to sort of deep clean what I sort of skip over.

We've used this Tina's Helping Hands 4 times now and are extremely happy with the quality of their work. They're always hard working, quiet and respectful.

It wasn't great. Setting up the schedule went well and was professional. But the cleaner arrived 30 minutes late with no apology. She apparently did not speak English although I think she understood some. She only cleaned about half the house in 3 hours (this is a very small house - 1700 sq ft) and then offered to stay longer for extra fee. I did not accept. She did not clean the living room nor the master bedroom/bath.

I am revising my review now that we have hired Tina's helping hand on a regular basis. She is very responsible and listens to her customer's concerns. She has a challenge in finding a maid who can be regular. She has assigned Doina for doing the service and we are happy with her. EVen if the maid cannot be regular and punctual, Tina takes effort to keep us informed of any changes. She is extremely responsive most times of the day and on weekends. After our first trial work, we decided to continue with her and happy so far.

Summary: I don't regret the money I spent - I did get value for it. And everyone was very nice and easy to talk to and willing to help. But, if you hire them and you have any special instructions, perhaps ensure you write them down and give a copy to the cleaners or be present to guide them. Christina came and walked through my house with me the week prior and I described what I did and did not want cleaned. I have a large house but she did not take any notes. The two people who did the actual cleaning were very nice and easy to talk to but I assumed that they had been briefed and that I did not need to go through the whole walk-through again. And I left before they were finished. Apparently, everything was not communicated. I had said that, if the door was closed, you don't need to clean there. But they cleaned two rooms that were closed off. They did not sweep the balcony as I had asked. They missed emptying 3 trash bins and a recycle bin. Two were in my office which they vacuumed so I don't know how they missed them. The other two were in the laundry area which they apparently decided was something I didn't want cleaned. They cleaned the bathroom in that area but not the floor or the laundry sink. What they did clean, they did a good job. And they did some fancy touches like making bow ties out of Kleenex on top of all the Kleenex boxes and folding up all the towels into little pockets. My husband thought those touches were charming. I let Christina know about the miscommunication and she responded promptly with an apology and a promise to discuss with the cleaners.

Fantastic! Service provided was top quality, and with a great eye for detail. I was very happy with the outcome.

Excellent!!! I communicated the whole time with Cristina and she usually responded within the hour, even it was late at night when I'm usually handling my personal emails. We went back and forth a few times to discuss how Doina, the cleaner, would get into the house, how to redeem my coupon, etc and she was always super responsive. As for the cleaning service, this was my first time using a cleaner so I made sure to make note of some dirty spots around the house and after services were done, I checked those same spots and they were clean! Considering no one was home, I've always been skeptical of how thorough a job they do but I'm very content. I even got notified when she was done and that there was a certain spot that Doina couldn't get to, so I appreciated the honesty. Now that I'm a homeowner, I'll want to get routine cleanings and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

My house is spotless and smells amazing, I could eat off my floors (not that I would), and my bathrooms are scrubbed. Yeah!

No excuse and I feel bad for this, but because I was already at work, I was late to be there by 8 AM to let them in. When I got there at 8:05 AM, they were already waiting and realized they were there before 8 AM. Due to conflict w/ my work, I sent a text that I will be 10 min late so if they are done, they can leave w/out worrying about locking the door. They waited for me and were finishing up the cleaning. They pointed out that I couldn't get the stain out from one the window seals. Granted, I commented while I was going through the appointment scheduling that I need windows and window seals cleaned and asked how much extra that would be. Not only they did not charge me extra, but their work was superior!

She was on time and worked hard, especially on cleaning my floors, tub and shower. She cleaned the kitchen and my two bathrooms. She also vacuumed the bedroom and hallways as I requested.

Sovina arrived promptly on time and set to work immediately. We had prepared a list of priorities on cleaning we wanted done and she did a great job of following instructions. She was thorough and worked hard, not even taking a break even though I encouraged her to do so. Not only did she manage to do the major tasks we had outlined, she did the secondary ones as well and then more beyond that! Next time we need the house deep cleaned, we will definitely look up Tina's Helping Hands again and ask for Sovina specifically!

I don't know what happened between her and the girl who was cleaning at the time. It was several; there were at least...I think they were 3 all together, 2 at least. I think what happened more or less is, they called my son-in-law and said, she wasn't able to come anymore or she wouldn't be coming anymore because of something. They wanted to have somebody else come and before that was all sorted out, two weeks later, this girl who was actually doing the cleaning arrived at my son-in-law's house...he had paid her when she was there...he had paid her to pay the company...written a check out to the company and she came and wanted him to pay her because she said the company wasn't paying her. So it was really kind of ugly. I don't have any idea what the truth of the matter was, it was obviously a conflict and he didn't want to be in the middle of it and he just, out of it. It might not have been her fault that it occurred. Maybe she had had some problems with her and fired her. It was probably a C or D in general until the end when it was an F. I was paying for it to begin with and then my son-in-law started paying for it. It was $140 every two weeks.

The service was not so great. I didn't use them again after that. They could have been more attentive to the responsibilities of the cleaning, and do a better cleaning job for the price. The price was fine. They were late. It wasn't successful such that I would hire them again. The quality and job that they did wasn't appropriate for the price that we paid. There were 2 young women who came, they were supposed to do a thorough cleaning, and they were in and out in 3 and half hours, and the floors weren't completely clean.

Three hours is not enough for just one working clean, my house is not a really big house, but still not enough for me. When I ask for one more hour, the worker just gone. And my house is not done for cleaning. The worker worked really details but really slow working.

The professional showed up on time and did a thorough job cleaning all of the spaces.

Cleaner showed up on time, cleaned efficiently and quickly. I esp appreciated the great job she did on both bathrooms and on the kitchen. I will definitely use this service again.

Tina arrived right on time. She was very cheerful and pleasant. She went right to work. She was very thorough. All my chrome (and I have a lot) shined to my expectation. In fact, she shined my chrome counter stools so good that they caught my attention. She also cleaned my stainless steal appliances emaculately. Floors, mirrors, furniture, etc., all done very well. Would most definitely use Michelle again. If you book, be sure to ask for Michelle.

Cleaning went well, did everything that was asked, even got some paint off the floor in the kitchen.

Olga was the cleaner who came out to my house. She is a dynamo: she made my entire downstairs area shine and then tackled the upstairs floor. Unfortunately, she was so thorough that she ran out of time for the last room of the house: the kitchen. That's the very room that needed cleaning the most. She couldn't be late to her next appt, so she left and I was left with a dirty kitchen. The owner of Tina's Helping Hands reached out to me that day and said: "I heard Olga couldn't finish the job for you... let's set up time for her to come back and finish the job, at no additional cost to you." I was impressed by the proactive outreach and the high level of customer service. Olga did come back out to my home and did a great job with the kitchen. Tina's Helping Hands went above and beyond to give me excellent customer service.
