overall very good. My only reservation on the entire job was residual left on the kitchen stove burner elements that needed to be wiped off and still had to burn off and had an odor. The oven racks were sticky and also needed to be wiped off.

Not well at all. Things were not done that were advertised. There should have been two people here. The cleaner broke the door on the range oven and when I talked to the owner she had no idea what to do. She wants me to fix it and send her the bill. I think she should offer to bring someone in to fix it.

Very well. Cristina was very responsive in scheduling the cleaning after I bought the service through Angie's List. Her employee Anna showed up right on time and did a pretty thorough job, which took her almost 5 hours.

Excellent. I was out of town but my son was there and said she did an outstanding job.

Fixing the appointment was a little difficult but the serivce was really good. I would definitely hire her again.

Tina's helping hands was amazing! Everything was clean a fresh smelling and shiny. They took the time to clean behind furniture and really make things shine. They were on time and got the job done in the allotted time. Additionally, my daughter left a lot of things on her floor and they picked everything up and put it in a bag or on her bed so they could clean. This is helpful and we are able to sort through later but have her room cleaned. Awesome service!

It went great . Cristina was thorough and professional . Friendly but not overly chatty. Good price . Very happy with the work.

Most of all the interiors were done, but not all of the window tracks were cleaned and it should should a part of the deep clean service.

Most of the house was cleaned fairly thoroughly. Some areas less. There was only one worker and not enough time to get it all done as we had hoped. The Angies List deal was a great one, so we are overall happy with the service for what we paid. I would consider hiring again.

Marianna arrived promptly and did an amazing job. She methodically cleaned the house from top to bottom -- it looked amazing!

I have used them 3 times. Their employees are too immature. And there is a big culture gap. They are from Russia or some place like that and they don't understand the culture. I try to explain it to them. They are always on time but the girl that they sent was so immature. All they had to clean was 1 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, a utility room and all of downstairs. They were supposed to call me back today but they didn't so I fired them

Excellent! Cristina was very prompt in replying to all my questions. My fear was that they would do just a surface clean and stay for the minimum amount of time. I sent Cristina my list of cleaning expectations, and she assured me that the cleaner would stay until all the work was done. Marianna worked hard for 5 1/2 hours, even scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees at times! I was so impressed I hired Marianna to clean my house on a regular basis.

They arrived early, worked non-stop for 4 hours and did a very thorough job on the bathrooms, kitchen/appliances windows, blinds and baseboards. Will absolutely contact them again when our home needs a good scrubbing!

The first two cleanings went well. Tina checked in to see if there was anything that needed to be done differently and was responsive to our needs.

They were pretty good. There was a scheduling problem, but they got it figured out. They did a good job.

Loved this service! She was on time, in fact early! The work I needed done was not pleasant. Inside fridge, dishwasher, corners etc. She worked tirelessly until everything was shiny and lovely! Thank you!

She did not have time to stop for dusters on the way to my house, so I provided her with a swiffer duster. She was here for 5 hours. Prior to my disability due to arthritis, it took me 6 solid hours to do what I needed done. It took me longer only because I was more thorough. One of the area rugs upstairs did not look as if it was vacuumed. I vacuumed it after she left and there was quite a lot of dirt in the canister. Some of the upholstery did not appear to have been vacuumed. There was dust on the front of the buffet. It worked out to cost me $40 per hour. For that much, I expected better quality. Especially since she did not have to clean the oven and frig that would have taken a couple more hours. She talked on the phone while she was working, which I would not have had a problem with if the quality of the work had been a little better. She was pleasant and professional aside from talking on the phone while working. I was hoping to have found a company to clean my home every 2 weeks, but I am sorry to say that I was disappointed and woud not hire this company to clean for me again, nor would I recommend this company to anyone.

Tina was fantastic in making sure cleaning services showed up on the day scheduled. She never missed an appointment. The cleaning services were very good. I rated a B only because occasionally items would be missed (missed a trash can, missed a toilet) but the cleaning was always performed very, very well. Her team is detailed oriented. She runs a very honest business, nothing was out of place. I would hire again!
