I would definitely recommend them. She was very accommodating when she came over to give us an estimate. She brought her licenses to show us which other companies do not do. Since we have a lot of antiques, we told her to speacial care of them. It is a very good company. When the cleaner gets changed, she would come with the cleaner the first time to show them what needs to be done.

They were great to work with. They were on time. The cleaners were personable and kind.

Great job, the place was very clean at the end.

I'd be the first to admit that I'm not a very good housecleaner and my house was a bit behind the power curve, so I needed a cleaning service to come and primarily take care of my floors and bathrooms. I don't use a cleaning service on a regular basis, just occasionally. Christina was on time and did a nice job.

Olga came to our house on time and did a wonderful job cleaning. Our house is now ready to rent. I would have her clean my house again for sure.

The cleaning job was very good, their responsiveness to a change in schedule was very accommodating, and their representative arrived as scheduled. After we walked through the house to let her know what I needed done she began her work. For quite some time while she was working I heard her talking on her cell phone which I later learned she had been talking with her boss. At about 3 hours into her cleaning she came and informed me that there would not be enough time to complete the cleaning as I had requested. I determined that she had miscalculated her time and pointed out that she indeed had another hour to complete the job. This involved another call to her boss, after that she apologized and continued working. After 3 hrs and 40 minutes, she came and told me she was done. We did a fast walk through of her work and she then left. My impression was she had to be someplace else and her boss kept calling to find out when she was leaving. The work was very good, but I will use someone else next time.

We had great experience working with Cristina. She is very quick to respond to my first inquiry and scheduled a visit to our home for an estimate. She gave a clear estimate of the cost for both deep cleaning and regular cleaning. We decided to try them out for deep cleaning first. Her staff came on time and was very detailed in cleaning the place. She even asked us for feedback on what she can do better which we really appreciated. She did an awesome job, our home has never been so clean! We are planning to hire them in future for regular cleaning.

Christina was wonderful. I purchased 4 hours of cleaning from Tina's Helping Hands via one of Angie's List Deals, and when I didn't call to make an appointment, Christina followed up with me to schedule. I appreciated that. She showed up on time and cleaned nonstop, working the areas we asked her to focus on. She was really wonderful with our two little children, which was a huge plus, despite them getting in her way at times and making messes where she had just tidied things up. Considering the low point at which our house was at when she arrived, she did a fabulous job bringing our house back to presentable standards. In addition to general vacuuming, mopping, dusting, counter wipe-downs, and tidying, there were several deep-cleaning jobs we asked her to attend to. Our 6-burner stovetop, which was crusted over from several cooking spills, was wonderfully clean by the time she was done with it. The floor and chairs at our children's places at the dining table had seen better days, and she scrubbed at those stubborn areas till clean. She did a great job with our bathroom. She even changed our bed sheets when she saw a stack of clean bed linens sitting near the bed. A job we had intended to do, but she took the initiative since we hadn't communicated otherwise. Again, appreciated. We recommend Tina's Helping Hands. Thanks again, Christina!

Delightful young ladies who do an excellent and much appreciated house cleaning.

I was impressed with the communication to arrange and confirm our first appointment and subsequent scheduling. They also arrive when scheduled. Cristina was thorough in her cleaning and very open to improve areas when pointed out. Certainly it takes several times to see if this level of performance will be maintained. Some of the products used, I requested they substitute with ones that I have found more effective in my house (eg. use of Lysol toilet bowl cleaner instead of Comet). I have scheduled for every other week cleaning. Altho the pricing seems high, if they continue with great work, it will be worth it!

Master bedroom: She did not dust the dressers. She did not vacuum under bed. She did not dust the wood base of rocker and ottoman. Master bathroom: She did not clean the shower. She did not mop or sweep the tile floor. The counter and mirror looked good. Kitchen: She did a good job on counters and appliances altho she forgot the hood above the stove. Great room: She swept and moped the floor but had to borrow my dust mop and broom. She did not vacuum area rugs or move ottoman in front of couch, found fuzz balll and paper underneath. She dusted glass surfaces. She cleaned powder room and laundry fine. She took a roll of my paper towels without telling me, went to use one to clean up a spill and didn't have any...very frustrating. She also took a brand new sponge my son was saving for a project, when I mentioned we had one just like it she just said, you do? She didn't leave it, my 4 year old son cried for quite a while when he discovered it was his sponge she used. Would not use again, the cleaning was hit and miss and really didn't appreciate her using my cleaning items without asking and them taking them.

It went great. this was our first experience with a house cleaner and experience was painless and well worth it. We will be using Tina's again.

They confirm the appointment the day before. She shows up on time. She immediately goes about her task. We adjust the cleaning to be performed slightly each week depending on what is going on and she has no problem making these adjustments. She is a pleasure to deal with. She does an excellent job and we are pleased.

Christina was very prompt returning messages on Angieslist. She is one of the few house cleaners who offers to come to our house for an estimate during evening time, and are available to schedule cleaning on a Saturday. Since both my husband and I work full time, the evening and weekend appointments are appreciated. She was very professional and she listened very well what I would like to have special cleaning for during the in-house estimate. She answered all my questions and she provided me with a reasonable quote. She followed up with service list and copies of license and insurance via email. Highly professional and punctual. We haven't decided on our cleaner yet and we will be checking out a few more companies. Tina's Helping Hands is definitely one that we will want to contact them again.

One person comes to clean and it takes about 3 hours. Cleaned the entire house. The house smelled clean. I am very pleased in general but when you have new cleaners there are a few things. I would tell family to try their service.

They went above and beyond and gave us a space to work in that was pleasant looking and smelling. I dread to tell what bad shape this place was in when they arrived. It had been a rental before I bought it and it was awful. The ladies did a very good job and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. I especially liked that I didn't have to tell them anything. They are real pros and knew exactly what to do and how to do it.

She came originally to get a look at the house and find out what i wanted, she was punctual and comprehended my instructions. She said that she uses her own cleaning materials and I had the option of having her use "green" cleaners. But, I did ask that she use my products on the hard wood floors and laminate as well as on my glass top stove. On the day she came to clean, she was punctual again and brought her employee, they got right to business and did a very thorough job. Tina and her helper did a great job. My only complaint was that when she quoted me the time it would take, she estimated 4 hours and it actually took much longer and had to be broken up over 2 days. I had guests coming that week and I wanted it all done prior. She was very accommodating and willing to squeeze the rest of the cleaning in before our guests arrived. The end result was great. I have no complaints about the quality of work, just the time.

There were some difficult to clean items that she worked very dilligently on. I was impressed with her tenacity. She really wore herself out working late to get the job done right!

I made initial contact with Cristina through Angie's List. She arranged a time to come over and give me an estimate. She arrived promptly, inspected the house, showed me her business license and insurance documentation and made an appointment for the cleaning session. The day before she was scheduled to arrive to clean, she texted me to let me know that she was ill and would have to reschedule. This was accomplished quickly and she was prompt to the second appointment. I was not home, but my college age daughter let them in and verified that they did indeed work for the over five hours that they were in the house. I have had other services where I have paid for several hours, only to find the workers spending a lot of time just standing around. Once I even came home to a housekeeper asleep in a chair in my living room. This was definitely not the case with Tina's helping hands. Not only did my daughter confirm that they worked hard, the house itself is a testament to that fact. I literally sparkles.

She and her associate always do a GREAT job. I have had others clean my house over the years and have all types of issues but I have never had any problems with her. It has all been positive. It is always her and not some stranger from an agency. She is detail oriented. Her work is consistent and doesn't decline over time. She is reliable and always shows up . She is always on time. She is respectful of my home, works around us when we are home and assures the home is secure when we are not home. She speaks English and can follow instructions. I highly recommend Cristina!

I cannot believe how clean our home is. I am thrilled with the attention to detail. I will definitely use Tina's services again.
