Have used their carpet cleaning services 6-7 times. Always has different staff with variable time needed to clean the same carpets.

They came when they said they were coming and did what they said for the price they quoted. They will come out again if I want them too, which is included in price. There was no need. They did a great job.

John was very professional and was on time and called ahead as I was told would happen. I felt the price was fair, and as quoted, for the work done. Great job and thanks to Angie's List and the reports on file, I am very pleased and when I need to get my whole house and furniture cleaned, you can be sure Stanley Steemer will be called.

They were able to squeeze me into their schedule on short notice. They arrived on time, were very nice, and cleaned all my carpets very quickly. They may have cleaned them a little too quickly to have done a completely thorough job. Some areas appeared to not have been cleaned as well as others.

They did a great job. I have dogs and the carpet was very dirty. The results were great, much better than my home carpet cleaning machine. They also came out the same day that I called.

Great work, great service. This is the second time we've used SS. The team was on time (to the minute) and very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The team was methodical and detailed, taking care to carefully inspect and treat individual stains (even those I hadn't noticed). The work took 90 minutes. The work was impeccable, the 15+ year old carpet looks AMAZING - like new, actually. The sectional is restored to 'as new' quality. The price was as expected for the large carpet footprint--beats paying $10k to replace it.

Tim and Brian were the technicians that came to my home. The office and the technicians made contact with me that day so I would know to exactly when they would arrive. They finished very quickly and took care to move the chairs and tables back to their original spots. The next day a stain surfaced under a house plant that had not previously been visible. I called and told the office, and they had another team out at my house within two hours to reclean it. They told me that if the stain came back a third time, they would be out again at no extra charge. I have since used Stanley Steemer again for other rooms in my house and will call them again! I like that they do not use chemicals, just steam.

Stanley Steemer came right out when we asked them to. The carpet looked great when they left; however the stains came back after a couple of weeks. They have a month guarantee, so I called them back. They said they would they did a repeat at no charge. I did not like the time it took for the carpet to dry.

TECHNICIAN CAME ON TIME. CLEANED ALL THREE PIECES OF FURNITURE HOWEVER NOT ABLE TO ELIMINATE TWO SPOTS EVEN THOUGH PUT SPECIAL CHEMICALS ON IT. THE QUALITY OF OKAY.

MY CARPETS LOOK GREAT. I HAD SEVERAL STAINS BEFORE AND NOW YOU CAN'T SEE THEM. THE HOUSE LOOKS AND SMELLS SO FRESH. THE RUGS WERE NOT OVERLY DAMP EITHER.

VERY PLEASED!THEY GAVE ME AN APPT TIME OF 12NOON-4PM. AT 11:50AM THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR THEM!!

THEY GOT THE CARPETS CLEANED WELL, UNLIKE SOME COMPANIES YOU HIRE LIKE THOSE CHEM ONES THAT DON'T USE WATER, WE HAD TO CALL STANLEY TO COME IN AFTER THEY LEFT. STANLEY DOES A GOOD JOB.

STANLEY STEAMER HAS A VERY GOOD WEBSITE. THE CARPET CLEANER WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, REMOVED ALL SPOTS, STAINS AND PET ODORS. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PREVENTION OF FURTHER STAINS AND ODORS.
