They would never come back again. The carpet was not cleaned by the time they finished. They told me that's the way it is and it is your problem. I was told that they would get the furniture out or get it off the carpet and work on the carpet but they didn't do that they worked up to the furniture instead of pulling the carpet away. The price was okay.

I like them because they are on time. They move the furniture because I am too old to move it. The carpets looked great when they left. They are prompt and do an excellent job.

They did have a slight glitch in the wood floors but they came right back out and fixed it for me. They were very very good. I will have them come back because they were very good. They didn't overcharge me, gave me materials to use after they left, were very professional, and were very prompt to come out and fix the thing that wasn't exactly perfect.

I have been happy with them. I have never had any problems.

I have used Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning many times, and I have been happy with their work so I thought I would try their carpet repair service to remove some carpet wrinkles in a two rooms. They stretched the carpet as needed to remove the wrinkles, and I am satisfied with that aspect of the work, but I am disappointed in the collateral damage done to the carpet and woodwork. Specifically: 1. Numerous dents in the baseboard moulding (and the wall) from the kicker getting out of control. 2. Visible tears in the carpet from over-aggressive use of the kicker-claw in a single place (paritally repaired with glue, but still visible). 3. A gap remains between the wall and the carpet in one room (about 1/4 inch) with the underlayment visible. About 1.5 inches of carpet was removed to accommodate the stretching, and it appears he took out a little more than he could stretch out.

I give them an A- with the caveat that i never compare their prices with that of others.

It was unclear how much area was included in the offer. They said it was two rooms because it is a funny shaped room. They said they would do it under the one room charge but not to expect the next person to do that. It looked good when they left but it didn't last very long. It seemed like it didn't actually get cleaned and we are going to have to do it again.

Lousy. The operator that booked the call promised that they would get out as much water as possible and the carpet would dry quickly They would also bring fans, they did not. I have mold allergies and it was very imprortant that the carpet would dry ASAP. I asked for a senior crew, they sent newbies. Our house is big with a lot of carpet, it should have taken about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to clean (as per their booking agent), they were in and out in about 1 hour. As a matter of fact, knowing it would take that long, I ran to the store. When I returned I asked my husband where are the carpet cleaners? He replied, they are gone already! Where are the fans? They didn't bring any. So, they left the carpet too wet, left too much soap and dirt behind, the carpet smelled putrid, it had a musty, rank odor after a few days. PLUS they had the suction on so high they caused wrinkles in the carpet and in one place it pulled the carpet away from the wall about 1/4 inch, it left a black gap looking into the subfloor area. When I called SS Woodinville, they did offer to send out a senior crew and reclean the carpet...They had promised to send out a senior crew THE FIRST TIME. I said, NO, you made a mess of our carpet the first time I don't want you back here again. I wanted them to replace the carpet since it was so stinky and they'd caused damage, of course that didn't happen. I also offered to come and picket outside their office to warn others not to use this service, but I didn't do that. I ended up talking to their home office somewhere on the east coast and the man was down right rude! So we've lived with the stench for 3 years, afraid that calling someone else in would only make matters worse adding more water to already stinky carpet. I finally got up the courage to call ZeroRez. What a miraculous difference!! James came out and did a fabulous job! He explained what he was doing all through the job, he even came back and repaired the damage that SS did and did a fine job at that, too! Their cleaning solution is organic, no chemicals. He explained that the reason the carpet was so stinky is that SS did the job so fast that they left behind all the dirt, soap and residue from their job and any previous cleanings. James took 3 hours to clean the carpet and wasn't offened at all that I was worried and basically micro-managing his work. He is a really nice guy and knows how to properly clean carpet. Customer satisfaction is his priority. ZeroRez is thee company to call if you want your carpets cleaned right the first time.

They called to say they were on the way, arrived right when they said they would, listened to us about what to move and what not to attempt moving, then worked quickly and efficiently to get done in under two hours. Because there were two cleaners, they were able to get the job done with very little disruption to our schedules.

They do a fine job. I prefer them to the last carpet cleaning company I used. I will continue to use them.

I am so impressed with this company and surprised only one rating so far on Angie's List. SS was prompt and informative on the telephone, made one reminder call and called day of service to let me know the service providers were on their way. Both men were extremely polite and professional and zip zip, cleaned the items, cleaned up after themselves and were on their way in under an hour. Cost exceptionally reasonable compared to other companies' estimates.

They came pretty quickly and were professional. They gave good deals and cleaned very well.

Customer service on the phone was excellent. Very flexible with scheduling (could come the same day!) and only needed a 2-hour window - not half a day! Very friendly service providers - went over details and looked at everything, explained the process, and gave an estimate before starting the work. Fast, great work!

The experience with Stanley Steemer has went very well. They guys are very professional, and right on time. They are cautious of my pets, and my belongings. They do a good job, and the carpet is really clean when they are done. The carpet dries really fast. They are always on time. I would use Stanley Steemer again in the future.

They did fine. When we moved in the carpets had fleas we something. They came quick and took care of the problem.

Overall, the job got done. I was a little disappointed because when we had the living rug cleaned, we also paid a little more to have a deodorizer applied, but we do not feel it was worth the extra. As far as the area rug, the attendant was careful as it was 100% wool, and it turned out well. The attendant did his job well.

The rugs had a lot of dog stains and they were able to get them out. There was no smell left in my house when they were finished. They got the job done quickly and got the carpets really clean. They showed up when they said they were going to.

They were good! They came out on time and they did great work. They were very professional.

Their guys argued a lot and they were trying to overcharge me. They were annoying and it was an awful experience this last time. In the past, they have been good. This time the stains came back up almost immediately. Their price is average and I would certainly not recommend them.

They were fast and efficient. They were about to wrap it up and I asked if they could clean a chair for me. They were more than happy to do it. They never once said oh you will have to make another appointment. They were a great bunch of guys to work with.

Workers needed to be told more than once to clean under certain pieces of furniture. Several stains were not removed, however, overall, the carpet looks and feels much cleaner.

Went as usual. Of course the company found reasons they could not honor the special price advertised on TV, which is always the case it seems. Workers arrived half-hour early without the promised call to let us know their arrival times. Workers were courteous, uniformed, thorough, and responsive to request for a second pass over heavily soiled main traffic areas.
