I received the estimate and preparation instructions. Everything went as planned. All my questions were answered and now my floor looks like new!

Vasiliy did a good job on refinishing my old original hardwood floors from the 1940s. It previously had stains, dents and irregularities. After Vasiliy’s crew refinished the floors, it looked great and you could not tell there were irregularities. They were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. After the job I told Vasiliy that a piece of wood wasn’t replaced when they said they would. He made sure to come back and finish that job. I would recommend them again for sure.

Vasiliy (NW Premium Hardwood Floors) was professional, flexible, (with our changing schedule!) and reliable. He finished our work - as promised - despite difficult snowy weather conditions. We will definitely be using him again. Our floors look beautiful!

Great work by Vasiliy's crew including David, Yuri, and Peter. Crew is skilled, courteous, punctual, responsive, and finished the job on time. Pricing is competitive though not the lowest. The only improvement I can suggest if for Vasiliy to communicate more with the customer such as responding to text messages and phone calls.

The quality of work is great! Vasiliy, said it would take one week, and it did. Started work and finished on time exactly. The price was $7,000.00 Other estimates were $6,500.00 and $10,000.00 There was not much to clean up after the job was completed. I gave NW Premium Floors, Inc an "A+" because it was earned!

We left the house early in the morning when the men from NW Premium Hardwood floors arrived, and stayed away until about 8:00 at night. This involves a significant amount of trust, but we have found that this company is worthy of our trust. The two men assigned to the task were friendly and professional. We returned to find that our floors look just gorgeous! I highly recommend NW Premium Hardwood floors. The president, Vasiliy Bagniy, is a pleasure to work with.

We hired Vasiliy and his team to convert our main living space (approx 1300 sf) to stained oak hardwood floors. EVERYTHING they did was beautiful and well crafted. We asked for a less toxic stain with BONA and they provided that. We asked for a different color in the master bedroom and they transitioned that perfectly. They came back for a few minor touch ups and to fix some of the issues (at a very reasonable price!) that ocurred from the stair contractor-a different company but Wished we had contracted with Vasiliy for the stairs as well. However, the end result is beautiful and just the right amount of rustic villa look and easy maintenance we wanted.

The project went very smoothly with responsive communication throughout. Vasiliy's crew was very punctual, professional and very efficient. They were also very patient when walking me through the different stain options. We are very happy with the quality of the work, especially the patching that was needed in a couple of places. No shortcuts were taken and with the end result, you could not tell that the floor had to be patched because they matched the new wood with the old wood so well. Our floors are now beautiful. In fact, we had another crew come in to work on the walls a couple of days later and even they commented on how good a job the floor guys did. Highly recommend!

NW Premium Hardwood Floors refinished over 1,000 sq. ft. of red oak flooring and a full set of stairs in my home. They also replaced the carpet in my family room with red oak, weaving it in to the existing flooring in the connecting room. All this was completed in 4 days and they did an excellent job. Vasiliy and his crew are efficient and hard working. My husband, a fine woodworker himself, is very happy with the end result (he is very picky about wood finishing). Vasiliy's crew worked long hours sanding and preparing the floor prior to applying the 3 coats of finish. I was impressed by how hard they worked. We had 3 coats of finish applied, with a semi-satin finish which provides a little shine, but will wear better in that it tends to hide scratches and normal wear better than higher gloss finishes. We have a small dog so this was an important consideration for us. The finish is very consistent throughout, with no brush marks showing across the wide expanses. The floor looks perfectly level and smooth. Vasiliy and his crew did high quality work for us. My husband and I both love our wood floors!

Punctual crew. Excellent attention to detail. This is the second time that we have used Vasiliy and his team. We would definitely use them a third time.

Overall, I am happy with the results of refinishing 1963 hardwood floors. We asked that the crew use a Bona satin finish and it looks lovely. There was one minor issue that I had to ask they come back to address and they did so with no problem. They cleaned up very well after the job. My one criticism would be communication. Along the way of the project, I found it difficult on a few occasions to find out what to expect in terms of arrival times, what was left to be done on which days, when a more major fix would be completed, and so on. Additionally, it was difficult to communicate with the crew when they were actually there because of a language barrier - I think having one person in the crew who can communicate a better with the client onsite would definitely be helpful. It must be a bit of a burden on Vasiliy, the owner of the company to be fielding texts/calls for potentially smaller things that could be dealt with in the moment with the client. Their work ethic and results are very good.

They did a very nice job! The workers were punctual, friendly, and accessible. Vasiliy Bagniy who is the owner was very helpful and attentive. He took the time to explain the process and all the different options. He came to our house on 2 separate occasions to provide a quote, and then a revised quote. We will recommend this company to our friends and would hire them again if we had more wood floor work to be done.

They were prompt and professional upon initially contacting and scheduling the work. Unfortunately the workers did not show up as scheduled and had to be called. The did finally arrive several hours later but they were efficient in doing the job. I will say my job was very small so they were likely fitting me in between bigger jobs. They finished quickly were clean and polite. My one disappointment besides their lack of punctuality was their sanding work on my ash floors did leave some circular edger marks, that while not horrible or too noticeable unless you truly look, I still see them. Still given the price and overall quality of the work I would consider again and recommend.

Overall it went very well. My only issue was getting prompt responses to my phone calls and text messages.

FANTASTIC ! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST TIME WAS TO REMOVE CARPETING FROM A 1959 HOME. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A VERY LARGE SECTION OF HARDWOOD DUE TO PET DAMGE AND MATCH THE FOORING. I FIGURED IF THEY CAN MATCH FLOORING THAT IS 50 YRS. + THEY COULD EASILY MATCH 15 YR. OLD FLOORING IN MY PERSONAL RESIDENCE. GREAT JOB I'M SORRY I DIDN'T DO THIS SOONER.

Wonderful job. I actually overpaid as they did not take out my Angies list discount. When I notified the company the owner came by with a check! One down point was they had to take off baseboards and they do not re-install but they gave me a contact of someone who will. Very happy with the job. Thank you
