Phillip London did an excellent job painting my home. He also replaced the smoke detectors, electrical plates and some light bulbs in the very high ceiling. He did a complete job and was willing to work within my very limited time frame which meant painting on weekends, early and late during the day.

I contracted with Philip to do this work several weeks before the windows arrived. Philip showed up on time and was professional and seemed the best of the painters I talked to, so I decided to work with him. When the windows were delivered for painting, it turned out that one of Philip's jobs had run overtime, so we had to delay the work by a week. Philip started at the rescheduled time, and did a fantastic job on the painting and finishing. The painting and finishing job is just excellent. If I have more work to do, I will definitely hire him again.

Phillip did an excellent job on our challenging house, which has 20 foot high walls in some areas and a lot of exposed woodwork to work around. He kept his work area immaculate during work and left it the same after. Phillip was open to working with low VOC paints, which was important to us. We are very happy with the work and felt the price was extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of work.

We had a number of estimates, and Philip's was extrememly competitive, particulary when compared to larger firms. We chose a pretty inconvenient time for an interior job, August/September, when Phillip was doing mostly exterior jobs. He was able to work us in, however, and did an outstanding job. Professional, neat, and the paint looks really good. His estimate was right on, he cleaned up, and we could not be happier. We would use him again, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Aside from some communication problems that arose from a language barrier, they did excellent work. They were very nice people to work with. I would recommend them, and intend to use them for the interior, as well.

The guy from London Pacific Painting did an excellent job. I liked pretty much everything he did. His price was good. I have recommended him to other people.

I posted about London Painting before when Phillip painted my interior. This company is EXCELLENT. Phillip is so professional, skilled, careful, thorough and extremely nice. Execellent prep, Goes over areas of concern. Was a HUGE help with some large storm windows that had to be removed for painting a bazillion mullions.

Phillip is simply the best. He is detailed and very neat. Very easy to work with. I will not hire anyone else to do our paint jobs. I have recommended him to others with great satisfaction by all.

I couldn't ask for better. Phillip is very nice, totally professional and meticulous. I had to be gone for most of the time he was working and was very comfortable allowing him access. He cleaned up everyday.

We hired Phil after I had him come out to get an estimate with a couple of other painters. Phil was very professional and friendly. He asked exactly what we would like to have done and spoke to me about the various cracks in our walls and ceilings and what would need to be done to fix them. His estimate was right on and he was very helpful in terms of suggestions for colors, types of paint/textures, etc. Part way through the painting of the house (which had been vacant for a bit and needed quite a bit of prep prior to being painted) we had other contractors come in and Phil was very amiable with sharing space. He cleaned up after himself each day (which is saying a lot given that others didn't!) and kept in touch with us as to his progress. He worked to make sure our newly finished wood floors would not be damaged by his work and they were not. We had our wall trim replaced by the floor guys and then asked Phil if he had the time to patch and paint it. He did a wonderful job on the trim and the extra cost was very reasonable. Phil is easy to get along with, knows what he is doing and does an EXCELLENT job!! Our house looks great!

Mr. London always showed up when he said he would, submitted detailed estimates and work reports. There were no hidden or unexpected costs. Devoted to finishing the job, even worked on the weekend, since weather was starting to cool, to finish job. Did an excellent job! He matched our existing colors, repaired and painted a decomposing outdoor bench.

Working with London Pacific Painting was a very good experience. Phillip was quick to respond to my bid request, meeting me on a Saturday morning to take a look at the job. I received his bid via email before the end of the day. The job itself went well. Phillip did most of the work himself, though he did have two people assisting at times due to the size of our project. The crew was friendly, meticulous and clean-up was top-notch both on a daily basis and at completion of the project. Phillip's communication is very good as well, providing me with updates of the status on the painting, as well as asking clarifying questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend London Pacific Painting.

Philip is really easy to work with, he is super clean and very professional. I only give a B for responsiveness because I called to have another small job done (an interior closet that I was sure he could do in 1/2 a day on a rainy day, but his outgoing message said that his summer schedule was full and that he wasn't taking anymore jobs) and he never returned my phone call. He estimated that the kitchen would take 2 days, and he was done with it in 1.5 days and it looked fantastic.

He came on time and did a wonderful job. He is very meticulous and very careful about every detail. Our trim borders cedar siding. He did not tape anything, yet never got any paint on the siding. We will definitely use him again. We love the fact that he is a one person band and doesn't charge us the overhead of a big company yet we got top flight service. I understand that for really big jobs he may have helpers.

Phillip responded quickly to my inquiry regarding house painting. He arrived promptly at my house for the estimate. I found the estimate reasonable and we easily found a mutually acceptable time to complete the work. Phillip emailed me with daily updates regarding his progress and responded quickly to questions. He completed the job in the promised time period. This was a very positive experience.

They were scheduled to begin painting our house next week. When I didn't hear from him regarding color choice, I contacted him to see what was up. He emailed me back telling me he was canceling our job, as his doctor told him his lead levels were high and he should avoid pre-1979 houses. I understand health comes first, but I can't help feeling he could have certainly given us more notice (he obviously knew something was up!) AND provided us with some names of people who WOULD do it. It's practically August now, and all the good painters are taken! We are very disappointed to say the least.

Philip did an excellent job and we were pleased with his work. The job was completed on schedule and as agreed upon in the quote. He kept us informed as to his progress and schedule.

The project went very well. Came out right away. He was very friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. If I need him to do gutters again then i would use him again in the future. He was very professional. He was pretty competitive.

I requested bid for work listed above from London Pacific & three other companies. Phillip responded very quickly and we set up appointment for him to look at project. His initial bid was a bit higher and when I told him I had picked someone else, he recalculated and gave me a better deal. His reviews on Angie's List were very good, so I chose him. Initially the date he gave me was going to be in July, which at the time was not a problem. However, I later decided that I was going to be redoing my laundry room & wanted to coordinate painting that at a specific time and also decided that I didn't want to wait until July to do the exterior since the house had been sitting sample painted since last September because another painter was supposed to paint and never started. Phillip rearranged his schedule to get the laundry room done when I needed it, and also moved our job up to May. He came over one more time for us to review where the main paint color was to go, and where the trim was to go. He arrived for the actual job when he said he would (showed up at the correct time or even a few minutes early), started the painting on a Thursday when we were out of town, worked through a moderately sunny weekend, and finished up the following Monday/Tuesday.

Great! We love the new paint job! Philip is punctual and considerate and does beautiful work. We are particular about paint brands, colors, and what goes where and Philip always listened and did exactly what we asked. There was some problems with the Devine semigloss paint (formulation and not having used this product before), but he redid work until it looked good and didn't charge extra. He worked around my kids, doing the hallway when they were at school and back rooms when they were around. We have one big open room that we wanted in 3 colors and he was able to do the walls in 2 days.

Phillip answered my message via email inquiry promptly and arrived at the designated time for the estimate. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him immediately. His price was fair and his work was very good. My dungeon of a garage now feels like a spectacularly clean space that I am very pleased to spend time in now. He used Benjamin Moore paint and although it is not inexpensive, it is a product I trust.

Awesome! He does his own work, is meticulous, conscientious, and reliable. We gave him our house key and left. We had some areas of loose plaster and wallpaper. He expertly patched these. He is easy to talk to and nice. I highly recommend London Pacific Painting.

Phil is a super guy. He showed up to do the estimate and asked what kind of finish we wanted. The only guy who did that. He is so detail oriented and did an outstanding job. He used an electric sprayer so it was very quiet and gave him more time to work longer so he could finish on time. Great work.

We are delighted with the work that Phillip did on our home! Phillip personally did the job by himself, with some help from an assistant. He was friendly and professional throughout the process, promptly returning phone calls, taking the time to answer our many questions, and showing up on time. His work was meticulous. The paint job was clean and smooth, with no damage to surrounding plants or to the aluminum siding. He made an old house that looked rather dilapidated into a real beauty. We couldn't be happier with his work and would strongly recommend him.

Fabulous! They started on time and finished in a week. Phillip was easy to communicate with about what we wanted. He was considerate and pleasant, and easily worked around our family. He cleaned up as he went and warned up about problems or to move our car to avoid splatters. We love the way it looks.
