The ladies are pleasant, but concentrated on their work. They do a very good job and the place "sparkles" when they leave.

The ladies showed up within the given time frame. Were very polite and listened when I had questions, requests, or suggestions. Love them!

I find this service reliable and trustworthy. They are flexible when I ask to change time as needed for my schedule.

The service is seamless. I don't have to do anything but come back to a clean home every other Wednesday.

Not well and they can't help me

We have had Clean and SImple cleaning our home for at least 3 years. I love coming home after working all day and have the house clean.They are quick to respond to our needs or changes we need to make. We had a death in the family and I knew I needed the house cleaned right away since our home was going to be the meeting place of the family. With one phone call to Janet there was a crew at our home the next day. The house was clean and looked great when we returned home. Thank you Clean and Simple!

I love Clean and Simple Clean! They gave me back my weekends to spend more time with my family instead of cleaning my house! I love every other Wednesday after the Clean and Simple crew have been at my house. I have been a satisfied customer for over a year now.

I still use them. They have been really great and accommodating. If I am not on the rotation and I need them to come in early or later, they are willing to work on my schedule. I would say that they are consistent. It’s not always the same girls, there have been few girls who have gone over and above my expectations. They are pretty consistent. They all pretty much do what they are suppose to. However, like I said, there are a few of them; you can tell that they put a little bit more time in their cleaning. In terms of price, it is fine as long as you are on their rotation; if you are not on their rotation, they are expensive. If you only need like a one-time cleaning, I would like to say, it is $35 for one cleaner. Their responsiveness is very good. I would use this company in the future.

They did an excellent job and I will use them for another 10 years.

The overall cleaning part was good although they broke a couple of things and did not tell us. The scheduling was such that we had a five hour window of time that they could come in to work two hours. We did not like not having a definite time to expect them. Their scheduled route would not permit our house to be cleaned first which is what we wanted. The representative was polite and professional and offered to reimburse us for the things that were broken.

They have still ignored the whole issue. My necklace has never shown up. NEVER NEVER USE THEM!

We employed this firm for about 10 months. Until several weeks ago, I would have rated them "better than average" with the only real issue being that individual cleaning teams seemed consistently confused about what areas were to be cleaned even after I called the company to ask this be more clearly communicated to their employees. However, several weeks ago a product was used on some lacquered furniture that damaged the finish. Mistakes happen. But, how a company handles them, to me, is what's important. This company failed miserably, in my experience. During a cleaning, a furniture oil was applied to several (5) pieces of lacquered furniture. (Surprising because I had been told when hiring the company that they don't use any type of furniture polish or oil during regular cleaning, as indicated on their web page stating the regular cleaning just involves dusting furniture.) In some cases the application of the oil was so excessive that it actually had beaded-up with droplets covering the top of the furniture by the time I came home. At first, I just wiped the excess off and replaced the items that were sitting on the furniture (lamps, etc). Within a day or so it became apparent there was a bigger problem. The finish appeared blotchy and wherever there had been items sitting on the furniture, they left a cloudy, dull appearance. I contacted the company. The person I spoke with (operations manager) contacted their supplier who informed her that the product should be cleaned off with a degreaser. She got a degreaser from the supplier and came to our house with it. She tried it on a small area of one table then left the degreaser for me to apply on the rest, informing me that she wasn't a cleaner so didn't feel comfortable doing anything further with the degreaser. (Seemed they should supply the labor but I didn't push it.) All this did was create a dull finish and items placed on the furniture still left marks. After more calls, the quality assurance manger came out with some products to try and to photograph the furniture to show the owner. She stated they were no longer going to use that product because of the problems. She cleaned and polished the furniture but the same problems occurred. When it was apparent there wasn't going to be any easy solution, I stated I felt a professional furniture restorer needed to look at the furniture and advise on what to do. Clean & Simple selected a Seattle firm with a very good reputation to come look at the furniture. This person told me that the finish had been damaged by the product used and needed to be cleaned and wet sanded followed by an application of lacquer. When I called Clean & Simple a few days later to ask the status, I was told that the bid from the furniture restoration company was too high and they had located another person who would do the work for less. Wanting to know more about this person and not understanding how someone could give a bid without seeing the furniture, I asked for contact information so I could speak with him directly. He said he had given them a rough estimated based on the description of the furniture and the pictures but would give a firm bid once the furniture was brought to his shop. He did state, however, that his fee would be much less than the quote they obtained from the Seattle firm. He asked some questions about the appearance of the furniture and stated it sounded like it would need to be cleaned, wet-sanded and relacquered. Wishing to ge this resolved, I agreed to have them take the furniture there. (It was transported in the personal SUV of the owner, without any furniture pads, etc, except one horse blanket, again "to save money".) A couple days later, the Clean & Simple owner called stating the furniture was ready for pick-up. She told me the refinisher said it didn't need that much work - essentially just a cleaning of the surface. She and another employee brought it back a few days later. They simply brought it into the house and quickly left - no real opportunity to look at it together and discuss how it looked. In short, it looks like nothing was done - same dull, blotchy finish on which marks are left where ever items are placed. After 5+ weeks and much time spent with this problem (and never a "sorry this happened"), we have decided to not try to get further assistance from Clean & Simple. We don't feel it would ever be truly resolved by continuing to work with them and just want to move forward.

We are very pleased with their initial contact and service. They had someone come out to interview us and determine our needs. They were very professional and listened to our specific request that our sensitive dogs were considered. They performed the initial service and it was a pleasure to come home to a very clean house that day. I appreciate their personal yet professional approach and was very pleased with the results. No toxic chemical cleaning smell but very clean. We have requested bi-weekly service and look forward to the services provided.

I found them on Angie's List. They work hard. They do a good job. There are two different people that answer the phone, and I'm friends with one of them. They are friendly but professional. They have the system down. They seem interested in making sure everybody's happy. They send out a survey, so they can get feedback on what they can do better.

I love having Clean and Simple clean our house every 3 weeks. It is so nice to come home to a clean house. The staff has been great and responds to any questions or problems right away.

The two women were thorough in their cleaning and professional in their communication with me. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall the cleaning went well. I was happy with the result. They spent two hours cleaning those three rooms which I felt was a bit long because the rooms aren't very large. The cleaners were very prompt and courteous. Also any questions I had were answered quickly.

I am so pleased with Clean and Simple Cleaning. I have been using them for 1-1/2 years, and I always look forward to coming home after they've been there. I particularly want to commend them for their excellent customer service. Every time I have had a concern about something, the response has been immediate. Then someone always calls to follow up and make sure the concern has been taken care of. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and professional. Each time they clean, the team leaves an evaluation card for feedback on their service. They are extraordinarily committed to knowing how they can make their service even better.

Very good service did all the little extras I asked them to do. I have not gotten the statement yet on how much they spent but whatever it is it was well worth it.

My first experience with Clean & Simple was for a deep cleaning. It was so nice to walk thru the house and see things done that had been un-done for a long time. I now use them on a every 3 weeks basis and am more than satisfied.

I have pretty much non-stop house guests from May through September. Although I prefer to keep my house clean by myself, the guests rotation has made it impossible for me to finish all cleaning tasks within the given time frame. Irma's and Yadira's work gave me a good head start on completing all my house cleaning before the next set of guests' arrival. What also influenced my decision to use this firm is their 'give back to the community' -- the testimonial of the client who was ill and for whom the firm's staff volunteered their service and cleaned for free. I felt the cost of the service was a bit high, but it has been several years since I last used a cleaning service, so my frame of reference may not be accurate anymore. I will definitely use this firm's services again.

I needed a quick clean of my house for guests arriving. Found them on Angie's List w/lost of postive reviews. Overall positive experience, the main office manager was very good about setting the appointment, follow-up of how the cleaning went, etc. The cleaners did a good job, even waited for me as they showed-up early and I was not back from an appointment. Unfortunately their hourly rate is too much for me to use them regularly.

They came out for about 2 1/2 hours and had 2 people cleaning. They were good and professional. They came on time and did a good job. We would use them again.
