Description of Work: They arrived on time, went over instructions, and got right to work. Cleaned kitchen cabinets, appliances, window sills, tracks and floors. cleaned both bathrooms.They dusted living room and vacuumed. Cleaned the baseboards and light fixtures. Fast workers and very careful. Definitely worth the money.

Description of Work: they did I decent job considering that I have not been able to clean myself like I have wanted to in months. This is another alternative that I will consider going forward

Description of Work: Washed all hardwood floors downstairs (living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, laundry,entry way), wiped down all kitchen counters and appliances, cleaned downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink), vacuumed all carpeted areas upstairs, cleaned upstairs bathroom, dusted all tables, arranged magazines on tables, took out garbage and recycling. Only problem is that they do a very thorough job of cleaning all surfaces on the gas cooking range, including control console--sometimes they wipe console surface and turn off programmed cooking directions. No biggie, if you catch it before dinner.

Description of Work: Total home cleaning to get ready to sell. Good workers however at least one was new and did not know how to allocate her time. Did not come when they said they were going to because they had absent workers according to them. Missed a few spots that had to be gone back to and done.

Description of Work: Clean our house every 2 weeks. Service is generally good, but depends on who the cleaner is and that seems to change every time. Also would be nice if they could narrow down when they arrive during the day (mornings or afternoons) ... that also seems to change every time.

Description of Work: Clean&Simple has been cleaning our house for four years. There is a rotating cast of people who come to clean, but without exception, they gave all done a thorough job. We travel frequently and C&S has always been very accommodating with our schedule.

After Christmas the management staff came by to give me an estimate for cleaning every three weeks. THey started today and when I got home the house was clean and fresh

Description of Work: I find the services and quality of Clean and Simple consistently high and their prices reasonable. We have used them for over two years and I depend on them to help keep my house clean and healthy!

Description of Work: They did not clean all surfaces. Got oil on our new carpet from their vacuum cleaner. It took over 3 weeks and they still couldn't get the oil out. They do not have customer friendly service hours. Customer service is not their strong sui. Quality of cleaning was poor. | |

Description of Work: I am in my sixties and have never used a house cleaner. Decided to do so and have tried three other services, each of which I cancelled after one or two cleanings because the work done was either unsatisfactory or the cleaner was a person who needed to work and talk which was a problem for us. Moved to Clean and Simple from an Angie's List reviews and have been very happy for all services rendered and the cleaner(s) that were provided. We intend to continue to use Clean and Simple and by the number of A ratings given, we are exceedingly happy with the service provided. We have one cleaning person come in for 2 hours every other week. And two cleaners once a quarter for a deep clean. They use all non-toxic products and do a through clean on each visit. M.Vollert

Description of Work: We have used them for over 2 years to clean our 3000 square foot house every third week; they do a great job; Generally 2 ladies clean together; I know they run a criminal history on employees but every cleaning period has a different crew. I would prefer the same crew each week to develop trust and a relationship; They all do a great job but some are exceptional. Regardless, we would recommend them and my wife LOVES the service because we can spend precious free time with the family in liu of cleaning.
