Very punctual.  Showed up the day I called, installed the furnace next day.  Reasonably priced.  Very experienced and competent.  Did not raise the price when he found out the job took longer than required and needed a drain pump.

Charles was prompt in calling back, did not need to come out for a "second diagnosis" after I told him what PSE diagnosed, had the part and showed up right on time. Fixed the furnace in sub-freezing weather, and replaced the thermostat as well. The bill was very reasonable. A+++ service, highly recommend this company and I am a customer for life. Charles is honest and competent, a rare combination these days.

No heat.  Charles came out same day and diagnosed the problems with our 23 year old furnace. Furnace overheated and burn up reset switch among other issues requiring it to be replaced. He called his supply house and obtain an excellent gas furnace at a very good price.  He and another worker installed it the next day. This will save me on my heating costs in the future and my house is nice and toasty warm.  My husband was impressed with the installation and they did an excellent job cleaning up.

Very well.  He is a marvelous man.  He knows what he is doing.  It was a big project because the furnace was in a small room.  It took a lot of ingenuity and hard work to get the old one out and replace it.  He is so knowledgeable and very courteous.

Went fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It wasn't not good. The guy wasn't an authorized service person for the type of furnace I had. I needed to have warranty work but he couldn't do that. They didn't do anything and they couldn't diagnose the problem. I paid for something and got nothing. They came in with their dirty boots on and they didn't bother covering them. I would absolutely not use them again.

We were selling our home and the buyers requested the furnace be serviced. Best Furnace performed the work quickly and professionally, and we would use them again. They honored our Angie's list coupon even though they said it wasn't supposed to be available any more.

The initial fee was $130. I ended up to have replaced 2 parts unnecessarily. I don't want to bring any bussiness down because people need to work for living. But if consumers don't report any scam artist, then the Angies' list would become useless.

Charles was the first person I called and I am glad that was the case. He came the next morning, arrived right on time, and went out of his way to source parts to fix the furnace quickly. We are very pleased.

Any time I call him, Charles responds right away.  He has replaced three furnaces within a day of my calling him, which is especially important in the winter.  He also responded right away to my water heater call.  (I don't recall how much that cost, but I believe his prices are very good.)   He also fixed a heat pump once during a summer heat wave.  He is fair, helpful, and makes good suggestions.  I recommend him highly!

HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS

He was very responsive and did a good job. He has also replaced the same earlier for me on my rental properties. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

Our heater had stopped working early Saturday morning (we woke up freezing!). I called 5 companies that day to try to get our heater working. As expected, many people were unavailable on weekends. I left messages with 4 people -- 2 called back, saying that they were unavailable (but one of them recommended Charles), and 2 didn't return my call. Charles was the only one who actually answered his phone, and he came over 2 hours later. He completed the job in about a half-hour and left the broken part. Our heater works well now. I've already recommended him to our neighbor!

Charles is an older, experienced furnace repair person who clearly knows his business. He was professional, very courteous and really cared about us, including offering us space heaters to use until he made the repairs.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT BEST FURNACE REPAIR, DID ON THE OLD OIL FURNACE AT OUR RENTAL. WE HAD A HARD TIME FINDING A PERSON THAT COULD WORK ON THE FURNACE AND THEY MADE THE FURNACE VIRTUALLY BRAND NEW.
