It didn't.
Description of Work: None. On July 20, 2016, via Angie's List messaging, I requested a bid on demolishing an existing sidewalk, removal, and a new pour. The job involved approximately 130 square feet. I never received the courtesy of a reply. If this business has a minimum size job it will do, that should be posted.

Jason Fletcher, the owner and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was as good as his word, delivered exactly what he promised and then some. I requested that he separate the rocky ground from the prior driveway and the dirt from the new parking area that we were excavating into 2 separate piles. He also used the tractor to level out an area for me to build a shed on and leveled out an area along the fence line at the back of my property and asked no extra charge but I added an extra $160 to the check when paying him as a thank you. Our concrete job was a difficult one in terms of creating the proper drainage away from both the house and the detatched garage. He consulted with me and skillfully produced exactly the result that we were looking for. The concrete work he did was excellent and nearly everyone who has come in the back and seen it has commented on how good it looks. All Aspects Concrete is the kind of contractor you hope for and in my opinion, they deserve your business.
Description of Work: All Aspects concrete did the following work for me: 1. Excavated a large area for me including area for a large driveway (approx 550 square feet), a connecting sidewalk, and a second two car parking area. 2. Put down gravel for the above area and our approximately 100' long driveway leading to it. 3. Laid and compressed gravel, forms, rebar and concrete for the driveway and sidewalk mentioned in #1 above.

It was great working with Jason and his crew. He listened to what I wanted and absolutely met my expectations. I had my event a couple weeks ago and received so many compliments on the new patio. Everyone thought it was wonderful! I have some other concrete work that I would like to have done in the future and I will definitely have Jason do the work again.
Description of Work: I had an original 50 year old concrete patio and steps that needed to be replaced quickly so I could host an event at my home. I contacted Jason and he came over right away to give me an estimate, which included removal of the original steps (I was able to break up and remove the concrete for the old patio), grading and prep work, and pouring a new, stamped concrete patio. Once I committed to having Jason do the work, he was able to fit this job in very quickly. Jason and his crew finished the job within three days and did a great job.

I needed to replace my deck in the back yard in order to prep my house to sell. I was originally going to rebuild a new deck, but I thought I'd get a quote for how much it would cost to do a patio instead. I had a challenging space which had two different levels of door jams, one higher than the other. I called All Aspects and spoke to Jason. He was able to come out within a few days to look at the space and discuss what I wanted to do. He gave me a informal estimate but told me he needed to go back to his office and run final numbers for the dimensions and the amount of concrete I needed. He emailed me back a formal quote a few days later and it was for $1,900. The initial estimate he gave me verbally was a bit less, however I thought the final pricing was fair. This included his team coming out, laying the forms, site prep, and putting up flashing against the house, grading, etc. I was anxious to get the work done and he said because it was such a small job he could probably squeeze it in the following week. He came as promised and did a great job. The guys who work for him were good natured, and professional and they seemed to take extra effort in doing a good job. I was very pleased with the end result, too!
Description of Work: Formed and poured a new patio for me.

The job went very well and the patio is just the way we imagined it to be. Jason was very easy to work with and we would most definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: We wanted a 16' by 24' patio with a 3' by6' landing at the french doors with 3 steps down all around the landing. We agreed that we would remove the old deck and the sod from the site ourselves and Jason's estimate was $3500 for the patio and steps. After we removed the deck and sod, we realized that the site was not level and a lot of dirt would have to be removed to level it. I called Jason back and explained this and asked him to come back out to revise the estimate as the dirt removal was more than I wanted to tackle. He came right out the next day, and gave us a revised estimate of $4100 for the additional work and a different finish on the concrete that we requested. Jason and his crew arrived on time on the date scheculed, and the work went very well. He and his crew were competent and professional and we are very happy with the result.

It went well. They showed up when they said they would and kept me informed what they were doing. They were the least expensive of my bids and did a great job. I added an extra job to remove the front of the garage driveway right by the garage door. install a drain and repour the driveway around the drain. They did a great job.
Description of Work: Extended a set of steps down from the street along the side of the driveway. Removed a couple of steps from existing steps and tied new extension into old steps. Added a landing for a new side door to the garage.

The entire job spanned 3 days. He initially thought he could get if prepped and poured in one day, but part of the tree stump was attached to the roots and it took hours of work to get the area cleared. He returned for a few hours the second day to do the pour and finish work and removed the forms and cleaned up on the third day.
Description of Work: Jason removed the existing conc. pad in front of my house and about a 10x12' section of my concrete driveway. Both had been heaved and cracked by the roots of a large tree I recently had removed. He removed all the offending roots (which turned out to be far more of a job than either of us had thought) and regraded and compacted the subgrade. He formed, poured, and finished the concrete and returned the next day and removed the forms.

The project did proceed, but it was not due to anything adverse about the company. It was just our timing which needed to put the project on hold.
Description of Work: We did not move forward with our concrete project, but it's important to know that Jason Fletcher did an outstanding job of communicating, meeting with us and providing us with a bid for the job. He provided a great deal of information in a timely and professional manner. We look forward to working with him in the future when we finally proceed with our concrete project.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jason and his crew. I had a driveway/retaining wall replacement project that was abandoned by another contractor after the driveway was poured but before the retaining walls were completed. I needed to complete the project quickly in order to close on my house refinancing and because the dirt from my yard was getting less and less stable with each rainfall. Jason provided a quick bid and was able to start and finish the project within 2 weeks of my initial phone call. The retaining walls are beautiful(every neighbor has asked for his contact information). In addition, he cleared away all the junk left behind by the unreputable contractor. I literally cried tears of joy when I came home the night the work was completed. I paid exactly the bid price. After dealing for months with a horrible contractor, it was a pleasure to work with Jason and his crew.
Description of Work: Poured two retaining walls, cut concrete at garage entry, installed a channel drain, and poured concrete in the garage entry.

The owner answered the phone the first time I called; he promptly scheduled a bid appointment; bid was reasonable. He told us that he had a project that would take a few weeks, which was fine. He kept in phone contact about his appointment. He and his crew came on time and did a good job. The only complaint is that the cleanup was poor.

I contacted several contracctors for this work, and scheduled estimates. All Aspects Concrete was the only one that I didn't have to re-call to actually have someone come out and give an estimate. All Aspects came out to inspect the required work in two days and sent me the estimate in another two days, then scheduled the work within a week of me asking them to start. I was extremely happy with "all aspects" of the work and enjoyed working with Jason, the owner. They did everything that they said they would do, and did it when they said they would do it. The new patio and walkways look fabulous and tie in seemlessly with the existing landscape structures. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards, and the cost was much less than I had expected (and below other estimates).
Description of Work: 1. Poured new exposed aggregate concrete patio tied to existing front porch and walkway (approx 10x12). 2. Poured new exposed aggregate walkway and steps from new front patio to rear deck (approx 40ft). 3. Poured new exposed aggregate walkway and steps from new walkway and rear deck to existing public sidewalk (approx 40ft).

Never got to bid process. Company rude to deal with.
Description of Work: I was very disappointed when I called All Aspects Concrete. The person who answered the phone, who I'm assuming was the owner, did not do so in a professional manner. He never identified himself and I had to ask if I was calling the correct business. When I asked if he did business in my area, he rather rudely said he would only if the job was big enough. That makes compete sense, however, he had zero interest in learning about my project to determine if it would be big enough. I'm a new Angie's List user, so I hope the other contractors I contact are better than this. If not, I'll be asking for a refund.

The work was finished within a little more than one week. The lot slopes and so it was necessary to bring in topsoil to build up the ground to the level of the sidewalk. This hadn't been in the original estimate, but it was not a lot more. The whole project was very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They completed a concrete driveway and walkway of approx 171 sq. feet. They dug out soil, pulled up stepping stones and piled them for me by the house. They then prepared the ground, set forms and put in rebar in the driveway area. dug approx 25 feet of drainage ditch bordering the driveway and laid down drainage pipe. They also had to remove the metal rail for the sliding gate and replace it on the new concrete. They brought in gravel for the front parking strip. They also brought in and spread topsoil to build up the yard along the sidewalk.

I tried to get a quote last summer but had no luck. I called up Jason and they completed it within 2 days. They did great work and would recommend them.
Description of Work: My driveway was sinking and cracking and needed a brand new driveway. They came out the first day and removed the existing driveway and hauled it off. Jason Fletcher (owner) responded to my request for an estimate quickly and met me the next day. He emailed me an estimate the day after he reviewed the work and was able to start the job a week after giving him the go ahead. Throughout the estimate process, he listened carefully and was communicative and collaborative. The tear out was done in a day and the only issue that prevented pouring the first stage was challenges obtaining concrete (a result of a building boom in Seattle, not the fault of All Aspects Concrete). The job took two separate pours, one of which required a pump truck. The entire project, Jason kept me informed of how things were progressing, what the next steps were, and solicited my input where appropriate. He managed his crew well and they were all hard working and respectful. The concrete work turned out great as Jason paid a lot of attention to the surface finish. Clean-up was good, but not great.
Description of Work: Removed existing walls (10 feet long, 5.5 to 3.5 feed high), 2 flights of stairs, and driveway. Cut existing concrete walls to suit tie in of new concrete wall. Formed new walls, stairs, and driveway, with rebar. Installed a gate drain, drain field, and sump pump. Poured, stripped and finished all walls, steps and exposed surfaces. Total of approximately 10 yards of concrete.
