I called in the morning and the company was there that very afternoon. The job took longer than expected so they came back the next day. They are professional. I like the fact that all the follow up appointments have been made in advance.

Excellent response to my call. Initial visit tech forgot his ladder and had to return the next day to finish the job, but did it thoroughly! Clean, clean!

This company responded immediately and Chris did a very professional job for me. He did not charge for his services in this instance, but I look forward to working with him in the spring on a major "ant" problem. I would highly recommend them.

Pointe Pest Control has been very professional. The follow up has been good. It is a little early to determine the results of the work as it has only been a short time. I am very pleased with every thing so far!

We saw three different technicians. One was totally clueless, the other OK, but the last actually knew what he was doing. Was always a surprise when they would show up (the heads-up calls never matched reality). They did get the mole, however.

This company is honest in everyway, punctual, and reliable. I have already referred them to a neighbor friend.

I hired them to find a dead rodent in our house whether it be in the attic and crawlspace. They determined it was not in those locations but probably in the wall. I investigated myself and found the dead rodent in our attic. I did sign a contract for further extermination and control.

This review is how quickly I got a call from David about coming to give me an estimate for yellow jacket bees. I would say from me being on computer asking for estimate to when David called was less than 1/2 hour and this was 8:00 in the evening....Estimate was great! I will write again within 10 days to let you how well the product worked in getting rid of the little buggers! Thanks, David!

Adam came by first to take a look at our house, and gave us a very reasonable quote. We'd talked with several other companies, and overall felt Pointe Pest Control had the best prices and service options, so we hired them. Within two days, Orlando came by and treated our house. He was very personable, professional and thorough. We were having a bad ant infestation and Orlando investigated until he found a origin of the ants - which was on the far side of our property - and treated the whole are.a. It's been about a week, and our ant problem is history! Pointe will check in with us again at the end of a month, then do quarterly maintenance. We're very happy with their service, and would definitely recommend them. Also, the product they used was pet-friendly, which made a huge difference to us.
