Mountain Moving and Storage

Description of Work: Mountain Moving moved our household from Tacoma to Lacey. Everything went very well and they finished ahead of the estimated time which saved us money.

Description of Work: We were moving two houses into one. There were two challenging pieces of furniture to move. One was a large heavy long dresser that had to go down narrow stairs with a curve at the top and bottom. This piece was damaged prevously from bringing it up the stairs. They tried several ways and finally did get it down the stairs with just a little paint transfer. I was impressed this piece never should have gone up those stairs to begin with. I was not real well prepared for the move but found the three guys they sent to be flexible, helpful, careful and very nice.

Description of Work: I called at least 3 times. Left a VM for Doug. I also emailed then a complete list of the items that I wanted moved which no one seemed to have access to when finally spoke to someone a few minutes ago. Its my experience that your first few interactions with a company usually tell you all you need to know.

Description of Work: MM coordinated with Stevens Moving to move us from WA to AZ. There were no issues with either of the companies. Every date commitment was met and confirmed with a phone call. I only give the price a B because moving in general is expensive. MM was the most responsive and did not annoy us with incessant phone calls to use their service. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Moved my granny from one Emeritus assisted living to another.

Description of Work: Arrived as requested, actually had to bump date up one day...no problem. The fellas where courteous and worked fast. They asked lots of questions and made the move in just over 2 hours.
