Roman was quick to fix my fence.

13year old Rainbird system went bad in all four zones and the control panel. Roman got to us the day we asked for help had to find some replacement parts for extinct parts and got the whole mess back up and running the next day. Cost reasonable/well worth the results

Very professional. New what was wrong, and with permission proceed to repair it. With very hot weather coming, was relieved to get it working. Would give them an over all 5.

He was very friendly and took his time answering my questions. It was a Friday afternoon, after 5, when he did all his work as this was an emergency. I am sure he would have rather been at home but at no time did he display any impatience or irritation. It was a pleasurable experience

O.C. Bohemia did not do the work but subcontrated without my knowledge to a Roman Kokotek. he charged me $135. up front, spent less than an hour to replace and installed a $50. timer for $125. more. He briefly checked my lines and left. I turned the units on and they would not stop. He came back and looked around for another zone solenoid. which he could not find in 15 min. so he left and offered to come back for another $150. more to locate the unit, although if he could not find it, it would still cost me $150.; I declined and still have a non working sprinkler system. The first 15min. were lost as he did not even have a sprinkler turn off wrench.

Roman is a very nice person and easy to work with.

We are very unhappy with the work done. He quoted $1500.00 to do front, side and back yards. He did the front and side, said he had more expenses and charged us over $1500.00. Plus the system doesnt work or doesnt work that well. Now we have to hire a pro in to correct his mistakes and to get our back yard done. Plus he never returned with a receipt.

I made an appointment for an evaluation. Roman arrived as promised. He evaluated the work and made arrangements to complete the repair the next day. He showed up, worked on the sprinkler as promised on the day that was agreed upon. He followed up and told me to call if there was a problem in the future. I would like to amend my initial review. I had to leave town to resolve a business matter immediately after the repair. I thought things were OK but I was wrong. I have had to replace several sprinkler heads since this repair was completed by Roman. One of the heads was one that showed up on the landscaper's print which showed location of sprinklers and their projected coverage. Roman never found the sprinkler. I found it and replaced it. The system was not programmed properly. He did offer to replace my controller box but I don't think that needed to be replaced but rather it needed to be programmed correctly. Another sprinkler head was capped off I guess, without my approval. I am in the midst of looking for another competent contractor to get this resolved. I paid approximately $500.00 and this turned out to be unsatisfactory. I won't use this contractor ever again. He was prompt. However, I was overcharged significantly for the quantity and quality of the work that was performed, in my opinion. I should not have to hire a contractor and then make additional repairs.
