Wrote a check, including tax, under his name, not company's. Charged me for turning off the main water value. Also charged me $300 for something he didn't repair. Extremely PRICEY. If you're a senior citizen, beware. So tired of getting ripped by people in Vancouver. Hard to find an honest company, I don't care what kind of license they have. AG's office, here I come.

Poor attitude and very expensive. I was quoted $870 (which was exorbitant, in my opinion) to replace 4 sprinkler valves. But we are selling the house and time was growing short. After they finished the work, they added $125 for service call. Work was ok, but not worth the price!

After calling Home Advisor, they recommended OC Bohemia. I contacted them, and they sent Roman Kokotek and his wife . Roman came out within the hour, gave me an estimate, and I said go ahead. They did the Rain Bird Sprinkler system repairs at a reasonable rate and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with his work and knowledge. Thank you Roman!!!

My front lawn is new and needed desperately to have the sprinkler working. Roman was quite thorough. He identified the problem, relocated and adjusted 2 sprinkler heads and replace water line. All done in a fairly quick turn around time. Within 2 weeks. :-)
