Great work and reasonable prices. Always on time. You may have to set up the appointment into the future a bit because his company is in demand.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and even did some work that was not included in the original estimate at no extra charge. I was truly impressed.

He was very good. I would use him again in the future.

He came out and gave a complete bid recommending what to do. He came back two weeks later and performed the work. He was on time and the quality of the work was very good. However, he was a bit unkempt in his work habits. He left streaks of grout in 3 places on the stair banister that fortunately came off with a sponge and water. He also smeared grout on one wall above a counter he regrouted. I tried to clean it up but the only way to get rid of the grout blemish was to repaint that area. His work was good value and good quality but the grout smears were a turn off.

We bought a Big Deal coupon for 300 SF of tile and grout cleaning... and then forgot about it. Three months before it was due to expire, John emailed to remind me to schedule the appointment. The day of the appointment, he showed up on time, and completed the work and cleanup within a couple of hours. The tile looks great, and without being asked, he also recaulked the joint between the bathtub and the tile.

We were satisfied with the Grout Doctor. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 400 square feet worth of tile cleaning. We chose to have him clean the floors and sinks of 2 bathrooms as well as a tiled hallway. There was no heavy machinery, it mostly seemed like good old-fashioned scrubbing. He then sealed the grout of the areas that he worked on. There were a few things that he could not remove, like toothpaste from the kids on the grout, but overall, it came out well. We especially like having the grout sealed as we weren't sure how well it was sealed the first time around. We would hire the Grout Doctor again.

Company returned my call within 24 hours and was able to come out and do estimate same day (worker, John, happened to be completing a job in my neighborhood and squeezed estimate in). Was able to schedule work about two weeks after estimate, appreciate reminder call made by office day before appt. John arrived promptly and was polite and personable. He completed work in a little over an hour. Thought work was well done and very reasonably priced.

John was fantastic! He communicated well and was incredibly flexible. He came out and inspected my sink and shower. He advised me that it was in good shape and that I could easily do a couple of things myself if I wanted, which I chose to do. That's pretty amazing service. I would definitely use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone who needs grout work done.

Excellent service and true professonalism. Grout around bath, sinks and full tiled shower cleaned and replaced where necessary. Tiled floors cleaned by hand. Can recommend highly.

I was not at home, my husband (now ex-) handled the appointment. The work was done but in a very unprofessional manner. It shoudl have been caulked,not grouted. And the "new" groutwork I came home to bugged me for years every monring when I had to see it in the shower. Finally, another workman replaced the grout with caulking. I have no record of the amount I paid, or the date the work was performed. But I was required to fill in those fields, above, so I put in approximate guesses. They are my best guessimates, according to my recollection, but NOT necessarily accurate at all.

Very responsive and professional. My wife did not know I was having this work done. When she came home that evening, she noticed the difference immediately. Worth the price of the service to see her reaction.

John was very nice and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The job looked great. The only problem was that I had an Angie's List coupon for $150 for $270 of work, but when he charged me he only subtracted $150. After he left I realized the mistake. I emailed him and he was very apologetic and sent me a check for the $120 error quickly.

The white grout in the bathroom was stained by two little boys. It was restored to it's original bright white color. I had tried to clean it many times by myself but could not get the yellow stains out. I was very pleased with the cleaning job they did.

Went well. We had recently remodeled the shower and countertop and wanted to clean and seal the floor as well. Utilizing a big deal coupon, we hired the Grout Doctor to take care of this for us. He showed up promptly per our scheduled appointment and performed the job. Our floor and grout wasn't overly stained or dirty, so this isn't a story of an amazing transformation, but the improvement was noticable.

The job performed was not any better than any house cleaning service would have done. It was just for one small bathroom shower tiles and took Grout Doctor less than hour to finish the job. If I were to price the kind of job that was done, I would probably have spent $50 at most. I really regretted buying this deal and I don't even look at Angie's List deals because of my experience with Grout Doctor. The guy showed up all dirty and smelly too. Very unprofessional and the whole experience was unpleasant.

The gentleman who came was polite and worked hard. There were a few small areas that i knew would be hard to clean so I wasn't concerned when they did not come as clean as the rest of the floor. The service technician, however, was concerned about them and spent extra time working on it. Many thanks. A job well done. The only reason I gave professionalism a "B" is because the service technician was dressed in grubby, rumpled clothing - old, baggy jeans and a t-shirt. To be fair, I would be dressed that way too if I was on my knees scrubbing floors and bathrooms all day. I guess I would just prefer to see some type of company-issued clothing. Maybe just jeans and logo shirt. When I open my front door to a service call, I like to be able to tell that the person there represents a company.

So bummed, I bought a $150.00 Big Deal coupon for this grout service, but forgot to use it before it expired! I really want use this service, I will see if they will let me make a new appointment!

Prompt, clean, did what he said he'd do.

I purchased this Deal two times, because the first time around, it didn’t go too well. I felt like the man that came out the first time did about half the job, and didn’t do very well on the 2nd half. I bought the 2nd deal and hoped for another man to come out, but it turned out to be the exact same person, and we had the same issues the 2nd time around. I think he did a great job on the more straightforward parts of the job, but the more complicated parts did not go as well. I don’t feel like I got $149 worth of work, but closer to $99.

Gave us an estimate to regrout our master bath floor and repair the shower floor. We had remodeled the bathroom 6 years ago but big chunks of grout had come out in the floor. He looked it over and noticed some tiles were loose and that the grout was very soft so it probably wasn't mixed correctly for the remodel. We have heated floors so it was not an option to pull the tiles up and redo the entire floor because we would risk damaging the heated floor mat. He was able to remove and replace all of the grout to our satisfaction. The shower had regular grout cracks and repair needs which he also fixed. He was on time, worked efficiently, did everything he said he would for the price he quoted. The only disappointment is the color grout that he used in the shower and floor does not match our original grout. This is not a big deal on the floor since he replaced it all, but in the shower it is obvious where he did the repairs. Luckily our floor has a "marbled" looking tile on the floor so it blends. As far as price, we had another Angie's list tile company come out for a bid and they were going to charge us 3 times as much! I think they were planning to remove all of the shower grout as well, which really wasn't necessary. I talked to both companies to figure out why such a large difference and it came down to overhead costs, so I definitely think I picked the right company!! I would use him again for sure.

He arrived on time and did a great job.

He was very pleasant and friendly while doing the work. He didn't push me to have more work done and cleaned up nicely before he left.

I don't remember the details now, but he arrived on time, worked at a good pace, gave me advice about how often I should reseal grout, and charged a fair price.

The job was completed in a timely fashion.

He was prompt, focused and efficient in his work, and cleaned up very well afterward. What an amazing difference! We'll definitely use him again!
