Not a great experience, technician was fine. Price charged "Unreasonable". I even called to ask for an explanation of why the price I was charged was double what everyone else (other vendors) charges & spoke with a manager whom was going to look into & get back with me within 24hrs. No call or anything. The reason I asked about an explanation of the cost was to understand how they do business, integrity, repeat customers & customer service. This is something I ask all vendors that provide me with services before I elect to give them more business. I own quite a few other properties locally & out of state. I am always looking for vendors that supply great services for a reasonable cost. For me to take the time right this the price & the service were not favorable. (As mentioned the technicians service work was fine) Other customers should know who they are doing business with.
