[member name removed], You hired me on 6 occasions. The first on Oct. 5th 2012 for an initial clean at $200.00 and then 5 other times on 10/19, 11/1, 11/19, 12/6 & ultimately 12/20 all at $90.00 a visit and in 2012. By the end of December you informed us that you could no longer afford the service and never made mention that you had been dissatisfied with the quality. 16 months later you decide that it would be fair to voice your dissatisfaction on Angie’s list giving us the first “less than excellent” grade we have ever had. We are sorry and regret that you feel that way and wish that you would have simply expressed yourself directly with us. As always, I am sure we could have found a solution pleasing both you and us. Description of Work: This is a Husband/Wife team. We asked for a one time cleaning for parts of our house. They showed up and got right to work. Their work was excellent and they even cleaned things we didn't ask them to. We were very, very please with their work. This couple would be perfect for anyone.

The Swanson's cleaned for me, the first time, the last week of October, 2011. They did an excellent job!! They were polite, professional, friendly, and thorough. I have used other services in the past, but my house has never been so clean. I asked them to clean again on November 10, and they showed up on time again, cleaned thoroughly again, and were polite, professional, and friendly again! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a really clean home, accomplished by people who really care about how your house looks. I will continue to use them!

My home looked fantastic afterwards. I plan on using them again.
Description of Work: It cost me $150 for 2.5 hours of deep cleaning. They dusted, wiped knicknacks, vaccummed, changed lightbulbs, clean counters, sinks and just about everything in my home. Seriously... they even vaccumed under the couch cushions.
