I had one of those jobs where nobody really knows what you need until you get things opened up. James came in, assessed the floor, gave me a really great proposal and then worked really hard to stay within the plan we discussed. He repaired and replaced a bedroom floor for me and did a beautiful job. I am really happy with it. He is very communicative and takes the time to walk you through everything that is happening. He stays on schedule and within budget. He really, genuinely cares about what he is doing and that makes all the difference. When the time comes I will be calling him again and likely won't bother trying the 3 bid per job thing because I already know he does quality work.
