I was not here when the work was done but as far as I know he did a fine job. I liked his service. I would use his services again in the future and recommend him to others. They have $180 minimum charge and he took $50 off because it was so easy.

Reputable Electric had 100% A ratings when I contacted them. It is easy to see why. I have used several electricians over the past 20 years of owning this home and intend to use Reputable Electric exclusively henceforth. They were able to perform the work on the day that I contacted them. Even though this was a small job, they were still very professional and courteous.

Bobby responded to ALL my email questions regarding a generator transfer switch in a very timely manner. I contacted numerous electricians and Bobby was by far the most responsive. Bobby was very patient and he gave us a numerous generator interconnect options. We finally settled on a Interlock design which offered me the greatest flexibility unlike the more traditional transfer switches which ties directly to selected circuits. With the Interlock device installed in my electric panel, I'm able to select which loads in the house gets generator power. Once we settled on a design, Bobby came over and installed all the needed hardware; performed a test with the generator to make sure everything works; labeled the panel; and gave me a tutorial. Finally, the primary reason why we selected Bobby was because he replied to ALL my emails and phone calls. All the other electricians either just responded to the initial inquiry but no other responses after that. He is very professional and an expert in his trade.

chen. Now I can run the microwave, toaster oven, refirigerator, and coffee maker at the same time without a trip to the basement to reset the breaker. The work done at my office was accomplished promptly. In fact at both appointments (the house and the office) he arrived early and waited in his truck to one minute prior to the appointment time! This guy does what he says. The office work is to code, passed Redmond inspection, looks good, and the price was right. I had bids from Mercer Island and Bellevue electricians that were over $3,000.00 for the work at my Mercer island home and Redmond business. Maybe it is because Bob is from Renton, but he did it for $1,000.00. I almost didn't share that part because he will read this review and it will go to his head, so when I need future work I may have to pay more for his services. And I will anyway because he has earned my trust.

Bobby Scott was prompt in returning my initial call and made arrangements to meet with me to assess our needs. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He took efficient notes and returned a quote the next day (even though it was Saturday). He scheduled us in quicker than I anticipated. Due to the amount of work needed he brought in two helpers and had the work almost done in one day. He found some other issues that needed to be brought to code and returned the next day to fix those. Even with the additional work his final invoice came in lower than the original quote. We will have additional work for him once the kitchen remodel is further along and look forward to once again working with him.

My experience with Reputable Electric LLC Company was fine. I would use them again in the future.

They were great. to work with. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The inspector said this was a very difficult job and few pass inspection the first time. He said Bobby was one smart guy and recommended I have Bobby do exactly what Bobby recommended. I was there most of the day and these guys are awesome. I would recommend them and will use them again. I have the next job scheduled.

I had the opportunity to be home while the work was being performed. I was extremely impressed with the way things went. The work was efficient and quick. The crew was polite and worked very hard and continously. All installation were very professionally installed. The inspector commented on how everything was so neatly installed and to code. I would highly recommend Reputable and Bobby to anyone for quality of work and cost. I have additional work to be done and plan on using Reputable for these projects.

2nd time I have used Bobby to fix various electrical issues in the house. He is prompt, explains your options and very reasonable. Plus he's just an all round nice guy. 2nd time he sent his assistance who was just as good.

Our cooktop exploded Christmas eve, we purchsed a new one then found we could not locate the junction box to connect it. We called Reputable Electric and he offered to come out that day if we needed to cook Christmas dinner. We did not, so he came out the 26th, found the junction box in the wall and installed a new one so we would not have this issue again, then he installed the cooktop and made sure it was functional before he left.

Very quick and determined. As he go through, taking a part of each outlet and switches, he fixed them if wrongly installed or loose wires are there as part of service. I appreciate his work ethic and focus very much.

I called Reputable Electric after seeing that the company had good reports on Angie's List. The owner, Bobby came the next day and was punctual, professional and I was impressed with his integrity. He explained what needed to be done to comply with the safety code. He also let me know about some other options that would be good but not crucial, since I was concerned about the costs. I opted to refrain from making the meter recessed and flush with the house siding. It would have required additional shingle work which was not in my budget. He didn't try to convince me to do it anyway. He was knowledgeable and seemed honest. Bobby told me that he could do the work within 4 days. I had planned on getting 3 estimates but I felt that his was the right company for me. I hired him. He and 3 guys arrived at my door at the appointed time, 7am yesterday. They were friendly, and hard-working. The work was all done by 4pm and they left the place very clean. Today the city inspector came to my house with one of the electricians and he approved their work. He did point out an illegal electrical extension cord I was using for the garage door opener. Bobby and his crew added another circuit for that and installed an outlet specifically for the door-opener. NO CHARGE. Bobby said that he just decided to take care of the problem right then. And that he appreciated my business and prompt payment. Amazing! If you need an electrician, this is the one! . Now I feel safe in my home. Thank you.

I needed to upgrade/expand electrical service for an upcoming bathroom remodel. I had 3 companies give bids. Bobby was the closest (I like to use as local as possible contractors), the best price and had good reviews here which is mainly why I chose him. Also, he didn’t bump up the price for the permits as the others did but charged me what the city did. When he came for the estimate, he informed me that the panel I had was on a recall for many years and was considered a hazard and wouldn’t pass any homeowners inspection when we sold the home in the future. (This was confirmed by the other 2 electricians who came out to give bids-they all told me that as soon as they saw my panel.) It turned out we had 200 amp service and only needed a new panel to accommodate more circuits. On the appointed day 4 guys showed up right on time and began work. Later only 2 stayed to finish up. We decided to do a sub panel which added to the original cost estimate. Because of this addition and because of some unforeseen problems with the original panel it took about 3 ½ hours longer than they originally told me. (My power was out from about 9-3:45 so if you are planning a panel upgrade, don’t do it when it is extremely cold outside!) Due to this additional time because of the problems with the original panel, I was bracing myself for an argument over a higher price than but was very pleasantly surprised when it was not only not higher, but the sub panel was much less than he had quoted me earlier in the day. The workmen worked diligently the entire time they were here and Bobby is a very personable and upfront person to work with. Communication and responses were timely as well. The only thing I would change is the guys could have vacuumed up a bit better where they drilled and created sawdust, wood chips and small wire pieces, but I do have a shop vac that will take care of that. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to have them out again for work in the future.

I spoke to Bob on Thursday. I called him based on all the good reports from Angie's List. He was very helpful when we spoke on the phone and was able to start the job the Monday after we spoke (2 working days later). He showed up right on time. Bob's crew also showed up on time. The 2 electricians who actually did the work, worked about 10 hours and took only a short lunch break (even though I asked if they'd be gone for an hour). They worked hard and appeared to have completed everything well. I did just get the work done yesterday but so far so good. I will be having them come back to finish off installing the undercabinet lights once the new cabinets are installed. I appreciated the good service and hard work. I would definitely hire reputable electric again.

We had used Bob and Reputable Electric back in December and were so pleased we didn't even hesitate to contact him for this much bigger project! Before even purchasing the lighting kits, Bob came out and walked me through some ideas and gave me some good pointers in purchasing the lights. Once I had the lights in hand, he and his team came out and spent an entire day not only running all of the lights through both the back and front yards (I relied on his creative expertise) but they also dug all of the trenches for the wiring. Even though they completed the work while it was still daylight, Bob came back out later that night to ensure the lights came on when they were supposed to and more importantly to ensure I was happy with the overall look and placement (which I was!). Yet another absolutely great experience and I'm recommending Bob and his team to anyone even thinking about having any electrical work done. Thank you Bob!!!

I cannot express enough how very pleased we were with the responsiveness of Bob and his company overall. I submitted an email request through Angie's List a few weeks back and within a day or two later heard back from Bob who asked what kind of work we'd like to have done and when. He not only gave me an estimate by email but also worked around my schedule for doing the work. He and his partner were very courteous, called on us exactly when they said they would, did extraordinary work, wore booties inside our home and cleaned up after themselves. They spent time answering my questions and I have never been more pleased or confident in an electrician's work. Their prices seemed very reasonable and it was just a great experience overall. A plus service, quality and cost!

We had an idea of how we wanted the back up generator electrical system installed prior to contacting contractors. Reputable Electric responded to our inquiry and suggested a different, much less expensive method that the other 2 contractors proposed. We appreciated his honesty, his expertise and his attitude to not gouge us for more work than we needed. The city inspector reviewed the work and commented that the way it was done works so well and efficiently. Prices were quite reasonable for the service rendered. We are very pleased with Reputable Electric.

Bobby Scott arrived on-time to bid the job and explained in detail what would need to be done. After awarding him the job, he obtained the permit and started work that weekend. Job was completed on time and to all my expectations. The work was performed well and the inspection passed without any issues. Bobby even cleaned up some of the questionable wiring that had previously been done. I plan to use Reputable Electric in the future and will refer Bobby to my friends.

Bobby discussed design options. He coordinated work with the city (including permitting and inspection), with PSE and with other contractors at the job site. It was clear he was focused on customer satifaction as well as safety of the final product and consideration of the asthetics of the design solution. Working to current codes was important to him to ensure a safe design and eliminate problems or surprises at inspection. Very knowledgeable of codes both current and pending. Very trustwothy, dependable and REPUTABLE. I will be using Reputable Electric for additional work once construction of the garage is complete. Also, pricing was very fair and reasonable - I feel I got much more than my monies worth given the high quality of the workmanship.

His work was good and high quality and he cleaned up after he was done. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use him again.

Reputable did both inspection and replacement promptly, and worked us into their schedule on short notice. They kept in touch by phone and were clear about when they would arrive. I actually never talked to them face to face but the work was done on time and done well.
